This location is right down the street from my workplace so I go once in a great while but it's rarely a good experience. I was given coffee one time instead of the mint hot chocolate I ordered and I didn't realize it until I was back at work already. Another time, I was standing at the pickup area waiting for my food forever because someone else took my order really quickly before I realized it was even there. The most recent time I went, I had a coupon from DD Perks for a free drink. I offered my phone to the lady so she could use the code on the coupon. Instead, she and another woman spent minutes and minutes trying to make the scanner work on the coupon while I held my phone even after it was obvious it wasn't able to scan the bar code from my phone. I was embarrassed because there was a line behind me and it was taking so long so I just paid for it and left. Also, Dunkaccino was way below the "full" line in the cup and I had to add sugar myself because it didn't taste good. My review won't be much different than all the others written below. Pulling up in the drive thru this morning was supposed to be easy unfortunately the experience was the complete opposite. The line for the drive thru was long not because customers were ordering a lot and not because the Dunkin workers were understaffed the reason behind that initial impression was the lack of employees who cared. The car in front of us had their entire order refunded for a mixup. We get up to the window and had to tell the cashier our order 2 more times. We paid in cash and never got our change. Peering into the establishment there was maybe 1 or 2 employees actually doing something, others were literally standing around doing nothing. With a line of cars and patrons inside you'd think the employees would be hustling to get orders quick and correct and even be friendly. The cashier Austin gave us our food and before we could even reach it he let go, thankfully we were quick to grab it or it would have fallen. We asked for our change and Austin gave us the incorrect change. Now the entire time this was happening there was no apologies or even excuses as to why the poor service such as "sorry, were understaffed". When a manger or supervisor had come over to help him she came to the window to give us our change and still from her no sorry no nothing. I understand if someone is new or being trained but say something. Don't let the customer think or assume you have incompetent employees even if you do. I mean come on it's Dunkin' Donuts. Seriously the worst dunkins I have EVER been to! I live down the street and this one is my main location but I drive an extra 10 min to the next one just so my day doesn't start off like crap. They never get the order right, ever. Even if your order is just a coffee! There is one person in particular that has the worst attitude you could ever imagine. She's short, like 4 feet, quite large and has the mean face of a bull dog. She is so rude and constantly tells people that she hates working there. Here are some other things that happen here 1. Even if your order is wrong, they yell at you and make you pay for it. 2. Have seen employees making out by the drive thru! 3. Have seen bagel get dropped them put back in bakery to be sold. 4. Never wear gloves! Ever! 5. Have told customers "I'm not making sandwiches today so order something else".. The list goes on! The mean fat one needs to leave, the rude blond "manager" sucks and needs to go and the rest need re training on how to make coffee and grab the right donut... Absolute worst DD I've ever been to. Go in expecting it to be quick with just 2 people ahead of me. Nope. The servers were completing ignoring the customers, fooling around, cursing at each other and could care less about how it looks to a paying customer. The manager or so who I think was it couldn't get my order right to save her life after telling it to her 3 times. Between 8 people behind the counter it took almost 10 minutes for someone to make an ice coffee after I had to ask since my food was ready before it. I've lived in Bedford my whole life and this location has consistently been the WORST Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. It is notoriously the worst and always has been. I can't believe I'm writing a review for a Dunkin Donuts, but like most of the reviews on here, my service was so horrible that I had to speak up. I went to this Dunkin Donuts location and ordered an Oreo iced coffee and a donut from the drive through. Strike #1, I was informed that they were all out of donuts. Out of donuts at a Dunkin DONUTS. Ok, whatever, I tell them to just make it the Oreo iced coffee then. I pull up to the window, hand over my money, and after the money was placed into the cash register, I was informed that they were out of Oreo iced coffee. Excuse me, you take my money and THEN tell me you're out of what I ordered? The girl who took me order asked me if there was anything else I wanted, and at that point I said no, I just wanted my money back. The girl then informed me she would need to get her manager in order to be able to give me my money back. So she disappears to find her manager, and then comes back and says her manager isn't there so I couldn't get my money back. Excuse me?! You take my money, cannot provide me with what I ordered, but now you won't give me my money back??? I insisted that I wanted my money back, and she told me I would need to come back later when her manager came back. I don't live in Bedford and having to come back was a complete inconvenience, which I told her. She asked one of her coworkers what she should do, and her coworker had a complete attitude problem, basically saying "Too bad, they either come back or they don't get their money back." Once the girl relayed this message to me, I insisted that I wasn't coming back and they needed to give me my money. This went on for several minutes, until the coworker with the attitude rolled her eyes and opened the cash register snapping "I'm going to get into so much trouble for this" and basically throwing the money at me saying "Here's your money" again, with an attitude. I don't expect a Dunkin Donuts to have top of the line service, but this was by far the worst customer service I had ever received. The employees acted as if I was an inconvenience or I was asking for something outrageous! Word of advice to these employees - don't take a customer's money before you check if what their ordering is available! Stay far far away from this place. read more

This is one of the worst DD's I've ever been to. Went there a couple of weeks ago. Line for the drive thru was long so I went inside. The line inside was long and it appeared that nobody behind the counter knew what they were doing. It was chaos. One of the guys who stepped up to the register and started taking orders kept calling everyone "Boss" and then talked negatively about his coworkers saying that he was the only one who is doing something. When I finally got to the register to order my coffee, the woman took my order, and luckily they didn't screw it up (which I was expecting). My order came to $2.02. I gave the woman 2 $1 bills and a nickel. She took it and said you're all set. Not that I care about the $.03 but she should have offered me the change and not assumed I would give it to her as a "tip". If anything my coffee should have been free after waiting as long as I did. I had to leave and didn't feel like arguing with incompetent people, so I took my coffee and left. Thankfully this DD is not on my regular routes, but I will never go here again. Terrible. I only gave it 1 star because 0 stars is not an option. read more

In the Northside Convenience gas station where Dunkin Donuts resides, I was accused of stealing 3 minutes after I bought 2 items and went to the Dunkin Donuts counter. Apparently the rude middle aged woman with an attitude didn't remember me. I proceeded to the counter angrily. Told her to look it up and pull your web cam video. And she was appalled that I was upset and was defensive! After them proving that I paid for it, there was no apology only aggravation.Oh...and they don't give or offer you a receipt! They obviously have a theft problem and personally, the counter "help" should be fired for that kind of approach to "customer service" Do yourself a favor...don't shop in there...just get gas outside if anything. I am surprised by the low ratings - I drink a lot of coffee, and thus find myself at various Dunkins locations within a 20 mile radius of my home. Out of all of the Dunkins I've been to in the past 6 months - from Quincy, to Framingham, to Acton and Westford...this one in Bedford has been the only one to fill my order properly (on a busy Sunday especially)! It had the perfect ratio of ice, sugar, and cream and left me a very happy woman. I will be back! read more

Unfortunately, I attempted to order iced coffee with skim milk and two Sweet n Low's here a few times through the drive-thru. The experiences have not been positive and the coffee orders have not been accurate any of the times. (sometimes light with cream, etc.) Most recent experience was around 8:00 on Saturday morning. There were two cars ahead of mine at the speaker. The male person who took my order was RUDE - just asked what I wanted, didn't repeat, said "drive up". It took over 5 minutes to be able to get an order in from the time I arrived. After 6 additional minutes, I was able to get to the window where they started handing me a combo with food - I only ordered an iced-coffee. They realized somehow my order wasn't placed into their system after I said that wasn't my oder. They asked three more times what I ordered. Another few minutes and I was handed an iced coffee. I had asked for Sweet - N - Low - it had NONE! And they were not pleasant about it acting as if I was the one who screwed up? The Dunkin Donuts in the Gulf Station right down the street has consistently provided accurate, speedy service with a smile. Although there is no drive-thru, I found I actually save time going there and leave with a pleasant mind-set instead of annoyed after the experience! read more
