I couldn't be more thrilled that I rediscovered this Dunkin Donuts drive-thru, after the lockdown. I've never been a huge fan of Sbucks coffee, but for some reason that's where I ended up going for all of 2020. Then a couple months ago I realized that The DUNKIN DONUTS drive through was open!! (I guess they had been open throughout 2020 but I didn't get out much.) The Dunkin Donuts iced coffee is SO very good! And the crew always makes it just how I like it Even though I usually go in the late afternoon, they are very patient in telling me which donuts or pastries they've still got. I can't believe I was paying those other guys so much money for their precious burnt espresso drinks and overpriced pastries--when I can get an EXCELLENT Dunkin Donuts iced coffee and a donut for less than the price of an iced coffee at that Seattle chain. Oh yeah, and the Dunkin folks who work the late afternoon drive-through are fantastic! They always make my long drive home from Bastrop SO MUCH better! Thanks DD gang! read more

Fast enough but not great. We ordered on the app and went in for pickup. There were a lot of employees there today, but only one or two were making coffees. I picked up the hot drinks as soon as they were placed on the pickup shelf. They weren't hot, just warm, and also tasted weak. We ordered large lattes. One with whole and one with oat milk. We come here often just because it's convenient however the people here are super rude. They lack good customer service. The girl who takes our orders frequently doesn't even greet us, thank us it's no words. They take forever to complete a simple order which leaves the drive thru taking 15-20 minutes long just to order an iced coffee... it's been like this for months it's just ridiculous. read more

The Bastrop Tx. Store has gotten even worse. For ever now, their outside Order device has been broken for several weeks. Service at the window is awful. I order a mocha iced coffee with sugar and it's so sweet it's undrinkable. I order one with no sugar today and it's so bitter and tastes like the coffee has been boiled for hours. Went through drive through. Ordered hot coffee and was about to be given cold. Then I ordered the hash brown bites. I ate one it was mooshy and tasted like old oil. I came for a bagel. I was disappointed that they didn't have any cinnamon or raisin. In my opinion it was also very overpriced for what I got. The customer service was good they just didn't have what I really wanted. The cream cheese was also just globed on. I'll just get bagels from the store moving forward. First time experience at this location: Popped in for some coffee and donuts, asked the girl for a box to put my donuts instead of the bag since I had a long commute for the day. She said sorry no we ran out... but then I pointed out the boxes in the bottom , she went from friendly to rude instantly. She reluctantly still gave me the small box which fit my frosted donuts perfectly. Seriously, what does the box cost her tho? Does she own the store? That attitude was so unnecessary. So this is a combination location between Dunkin' and Baskin Robbin's. We came for the ice cream. The employee was attentive and did a good job scooping and serving us. The only issue came from the strange setup of having to pay at the coffee counter. So we were behind a super indecisive person so it took a while to pay. Luckily the ice cream was pretty solid and didn't melt while we waited. The lobby at first glance was clean but the tables were sticky. It wasn't crowded so we didn't feel rushed. I came to try the new une/coconut swirl ice cream. Ordered two scoops in a cup, this is what I got! That looks like one big scoop, I even showed the lady that did my order and asked " is this two scoops?" She said yes, so I did not think this is two scoops that is almost $6 in price. True story. This photo was taken on 12/16/2021 @ 3:47pm. They had NO DONUTS! The very being of their existence and none to be found. Wow! I asked why they had none and they stated they do not make them in house, rather they come in a truck which would not be in until tomorrow. We opted for ice cream, however it was melted and cones were stale. To add insult to injury, they had no rocky road, empty buckets still in the showcase, no descriptions of ice cream to identify what was what. As if that wasn't enough, they did not have waffle cones, which again is your other money maker. Go the the grocery store, they can't make time to offer anything that they advertise, so take your money and family elsewhere. read more

Good coffee, there's no denying that.. but the ice cream.. no. If you're looking to buy some ice cream to actually take home go somewhere else. They usually only have a couple of flavors and NEVER have our family favorite that we've been getting since I was a kid. Chocolate peanut butter. Let me just say I do love Dunkin's coffee when the machine is working. I read someone else's post about the expresso machine being down a lot and it's so true. Just this week alone it's been down now for 3 days in a row. It's so disappointing and annoying. Also, on numerous times my cheese will be burnt on my wake up wraps. I've ordered the snackin bacon several times too and same, burnt. I too would think that you'd want to run your business a little better and not let stuff like this happen. I have numerous reasons to give this store such a low rating, These are general and about reasonable accommodations: 1) I am handicapped they have no easy way to navigate my Walker from the parking lot to the walkway. 2) No Handicapped Parking anywhere. 3) I went to the restroom to wash my hands before I ordered, the top of the Toilet was broken and appeared to have been that way for a very log time, it was nasty. 4) I am using a Walker and as I came out of the hall of the bathroom, a lady (manager?) flew in through the swinging door that faced the hallway, never even acknowledging she cut right in front of me, the swinging door actually hit my Walker when it rebounded from her entry behind the counter. These are about Service and Quality of product being served: 1) I ordered (3) three cake Donuts and a Whole Milk, what I got upon trying to eat it was (3) three regular Donuts that were old and very cold and a 2% white milk. These are about the atmosphere: 1) Other than the Restroom and the broken Toilet, it was pretty clean in the eating area, but there were no customers there at the time, so that could be a fluke. 2) The staff was at best complacent, no they were unfriendly and even rude, especially the lady that tried to knock me over and hit me with the door. Overall, I wish I had not eaten there and can't imagine going to the trouble of going there again. I would say it Failed in all categories even the Donuts weren't good. read more

I got my iced coffee and I bet they never even tried. I didn't realize until I got to the car and when I drank it it tasted straight water. I asked for decaf I got caffeinated. There was no sugar and cream which I asked for. There was no mocha at all. Never coming back to this Dunkin Donuts location ever. Donuts were good;however, they lost my husband's credit card in the drive-thru and tried to say that they didn't have it. They handed over the receipt just not the card. I get it mistakes happen but they were not nice about the situation and were not willing to take blame for their mistake. read more

My husband and I LOVE Dunkin Donuts. We live in South Austin, and this one is unfortunately the most convenient location. Every time we drive to Houston, which is often, we stop here to get our Dunkin fix. Food is consistently Dunkin worthy, coffee tastes delicious. The problem with this place is they NEVER EVER get our order right. Every single time we have come, they have not given us entire items of food we have ordered, sometimes even multiple items of food. I'm not really sure why they can't be bothered to look at the order before bagging to food. But if you come here, expect to not get part of your order. okay so i frequently go to this dunkin and i had never bad one bad experience. that is until yesterday when i go to get my usual iced coffee. i got it around 5 pm and was headed home. when i got home i finished it and went to go pour the ice down the drain and i see something at the bottom. it was a sticker from another order at the bottom of my drink. i wish i could add photos but sadly i cant. on the order sticker at the bottom of my cup said a small original hot chocolate. which was nothing to do with my order. the time on the sticker said 2:23 pm which made me more disgusted knowing that the sticker had been sitting there in the cup till i ordered at 5pm. also, my order was a medium iced latte so there's no reason why a sticker should be at the bottom of my drink. i am completely disgusted and i encourage people to stop going to this absolutely disgusting place of business. read more

Woman at window asked what I'd like, I told her caramel coffee frozen with whip cream and a shot of espresso, bacon egg cheese croissant and hash browns. She told me "See you at the window" , go up to the window, no greeting,handed me my coffee that was a basic frozen no caramel, no whipped cream, no espresso, frozen coffee. Several complaints here. 1st the donuts are frozen not fresh. I got a cone from baskin and it was just a scoop on top. None pushed down into the cone. After I complained I was told it's store policy. She couldn't add more she would get fired. I've never been to a baskin That didn't fill the cone. As if that isn't bad enough , the chubby girl I think her tag said arrow, was scratching her vagina area behind the counter. So I think I'll just pass on this location all together.
