We've had their coffee, freshly brewed and buying a few bags of beans, for a few years now at Taylor markets and we are so happy to see them create a beautiful physical location. I got a Dillo (Armadillo) latte and it was sweet and layered with flavor. We learned that their signature Armadillo milk is their take on a tres leches sweet cream with a 3-milk mixture like in the cake. They had a small glass box of delicious looking pastry options. The location is near downtown and has lots of close street parking and parking spots across the street from empty buildings. The morning light that streams in is just gorgeous with the warm neutral accents of the inside. There are quite a few tables as well as some barstool seating on the main counter. If you'd rather enjoy the fresh air there are a few tables outside the shop in the shade. They have an area for merch so if you enjoyed your drink consider taking home a bag of their roasts for home! In this area they also have some non-coffee options and kid options. There is a large, clean single stall bathroom and free Wi-Fi.
