I do like Dunkin, but this location in particular has always been notorious for not giving you your full order, and routinely dismisses your online order requests (I.e. number of creamer, sugar, or swirls). Several times I've placed orders and if I happen to add a donut or two, they skip the donuts and still charge you, or you get the donuts, but not your other menu items with the exception of your coffee. When items are unavailable, they don't tell you and you'll still get charged for your items. Prior to these types of issues I personally experienced the shops doors being locked (with only one customer inside) and told "they're too busy and use the drive thru ". I had walked to their location! I told the employee I had walked and was instructed to go to the drive thru window and place my order! And now they're EXPECTING tips! I'm sorry, but these employees start above minimum wage ( which is quite good in comparison to other places where the cost of living is way higher). I don't think buying coffee and donuts requires tips and I sure don't think it should be expected when half the time your order is not as you input, or your order is incomplete and you're being overcharged because you're missing items. Whoever came up with the idea that tips are now part of your ordering in the shop or going through a drive thru must have some pretty low standards. read more
