Great location, cozy atmosphere inside. I only had a drink, a matcha latte, which was made quite well. The staff were friendly, especially the lovely lady who served me. I didn't try any of donuts. November 2023: I wish a Dunkin' location was closer to my home because I really enjoyed their coffee. I was at Belterra Village and decided to mobile order a medium coffee and a few donuts. It was pretty quick service where I just ordered in my car, walked inside, and then picked it up. The staff was nice and friendly and the store was very clean. The coffee had great aroma, very smooth and not bitter in taste. The cup was thick and could not feel the heat of the coffee. The three donuts I had were Glazed Donut, Double Chocolate, and Bavarian Kreme. They were all soft with great flavor. read more

I keep giving them another chance since there aren't many fast options in the area but every time I think their sandwiches can't get worse, they do. I ordered a sweet pepper bacon croissant sandwich. The cheese was cold and unmelted. The croissant was dry as hell. Not flaky or buttery in any way. The bacon was the worst. Tasted like someone seasoned an ash tray with black pepper. I recalled memories of my dad and I heading towards our favorite fishing hole on the Colorado River. That made the old Ben White location our goto spot. Building is still there; thinks it's a Mexican place now. Ordered some chocolate donut holes that used to fill my 8 year old soul with joy. Today's order didn't seem that flavorful; could be that 30 year habit of Marlboro Reds. Wished they had whole milk as an option as well. I've got a Rooster I'm still growing on my ranch. I pull up to the drive thru & say I'm ordering milkshakes. I asked for Peanut Butter & Chocolate. They are out. Ok. So I revise my order to Royal Chocolate to then be corrected by the person taking my order (it's called World Class Chocolate). Ok. I proceed to order the milkshakes (I'm ordering 4), only to be cut off by the employee when ordering the 4th, "Ma'am, just so you know your order will take extra time because we have two blenders". Ok. I understand. "Unless you just want to come in and order". Ok. (I think to myself, if I wanted to come in, I wouldn't have come through the drive thru). The employee then proceeds to let me know that I will "be holding up their drive thru line if I don't come in". I look behind me--- no one there. Ok. I ask, "what would you prefer". He says, "Well, I just think you should come in to order so many". Ok. Ok. I ask, "Well, can you still start the order or...." He interrupts me, "Yah, you can still pay in the drive thru but you'll need to come in to pick up your shakes". ???? So I pay, park, and walk in. By now I'm irritated. I live very close to the Dunkin Donuts / Baskin Robbins in Belterra Village. I have 14 grandchildren and 8 of them spend lots of time with me. This is by far the place that they ask to go to most often. I personally love the ice cream and have grown really fond of their donuts. The facility is always clean and the staff is always friendly and courteous. If you order 8 shakes you will have to be prepared to wait a bit because they have only one blender and they clean it after each different flavor shake. They are serious about cleanliness and sanitation. I have read a few unfriendly reviews and I can't understand why. Some days are busier than others and you can't always have enough .... unless you are into waste. Keep up the good work. read more

I think you'll find any fast food place has varying reviews. I thought I'd share my experience now that the drive through is open during COVID. First off, there were a few cars in front of me but the service was fairly fast. The girl taking my order was super sweet and nice. The coffee itself I'd say was average (which isn't necessarily bad). We got the veggie egg white sandwich for breakfast which was also average. All in all, it's a fast food place. If you want super high quality coffee and a giant bagel made out of kale from a local grower, this isn't your place. If you're on the go and looking for convenience, this is your spot. read more

DD is part of my morning routine and often times, I take my 5 kids there!!! The staff is beyond amazing. They are always so sweet and patient (with my 5 kids) they are also understanding when I ask them to use a clean scoop for my son who is allergic to Pistachios. (Someone complained that there was a peanut in the ice cream but never mentioned making the employees aware of an allergy to start.. this is always a must when your child has a food allergy) They go above and beyond and the good coffee and tasty ice cream and donuts are an added bonus!! REVIEW OF BASKIN-ROBBINS INSIDE DD: My brother is SEVERELY allergic to peanuts and just had a scary and extremely disappointing experience at this Baskin-Robbins location. He ordered a cherry chocolate ice cream cup and was eating it when he tasted peanuts. Somehow a stray peanut ended up in the mix. His wife immediately informed the staff (a young woman and middle-aged bearded man) of this and they nonchalantly replied "oh... well you do realize that these flavors are made in a facility that has peanuts?" SERIOUSLY?? No apology, no urgency? With the worry that he may start having an anaphylaxis attack if he didn't take medicine soon we told the workers they needed to please ring us up so we could leave. They didn't have any urgency and continued to take their time to serve other customers, clearly not caring about the severity of the situation. Overall, this whole experience was extremely disappointing and could have ended much worse. The owner of this location should immediately train their staff on the PROPER response to this situation. Even if accidents happen and the environment couldn't be completely allergy-free, it's still necessary to take precautions and know how to act and these workers simply did not. read more

Dripping Springs has reached a new LOW I don't know that I've ever been to a D.D. before, so I thought, in view of the constant lineup of "busy" motorists waiting in their SUV's for their daily carbs, I decided to give it a try this morning. I honestly don't know where to start, but let me try. First, there were only about 3 people in line inside (in deference to the blocks-long assemblage for the drive through window), but for some inexplicable reason, the 7 people I counted up front just couldn't seem to get the basic take-order/deliver order procedure down. I watched an elderly woman ahead of me wait for some 15 minutes to place her order, all the while the "help" seemingly wandering around behind the counter for no apparent purpose. Finally, I get to place my order, chosen reluctantly from the 2/3 empty cases as others have mentioned. (How is it that a place specializing in Donuts can have little to no inventory on a Saturday morning??.. wish I had snapped a photo) D.D. advertises heavily about the great coffee they have, but, hey, this is 2019, Starbucks time, where most everyone these days wants an espresso-style drink. But once I saw that the door poster proclaiming "hand-crafted coffee drinks" actually consisted of one of those 7-11-style push-button machines, I decided to pass on a "specialty coffee" My order bagged up, I still had to wait another 5 minutes while the young thing at the register had to get 3 different staffers to come and "log in" to the register..in order to take my money grrr The worst thing, though, was the quality of the donuts. Honestly, I'd rather have a 2-day old offering from HEB than to ever try another one of these stale, limp embarrassments.. and this, from a DONUT-only store. Finally, I'd be remiss if I didn't offer my take on Baskin-Robbins.. there is a reason you rarely ever see a stand-alone Baskin-Robbins anymore. That's because people with any taste at all realize the superiority of Haagen-Daz, Amy's, and a whole host of other, successful, popular local ice creameries! Honestly, one doesn't even have to ask for a taste of ANY of the "31 flavors".. A quick visual will tell you whatever you choose is going to be a glutinous, slimey, sugary disappointment. I suppose that's why a Baskins can only survive as a sad adjunct to yet another sad business. Just sayin The real crime here though, is that, by our patronage, we local Drippin' residents have given over quality and earnest, owner-run local establishments in favor of corporate expediency. For all of you in line at D.D. for your next calorie fix, I would invite you to drive just a couple of miles toward Drippin Donuts (village center, across from the school offices) and treat yourself to genuinely fresh products, at literally half the price of Dunkin. Oh, and for those of you who'd rather wait in your tank for 20 minutes rather than just walking inside and being served immediately, Drippin' has a drive through too! And, they have earned a well-deserved 4.5 average star review on Google (138 reviews), as compared to the embarrassing and not-even-deserved 2 star average for this miserable excuse for a donut house (where in the hell is the manager owner?) Oh, and at Drippin Donuts, you'll be helping a local resident/owner (who is almost always on site during the day) stave off the corporate over-run of our little community. C'mon, do we really want to be the next Cedar Park? I would like to allow some leniency regarding the cluster-f**k confusion behind the counter, and chalk it up to new-business-growing-pains, but, hey, I see we are now at least in the 3rd month of 1-star reviews, and not a single response from management that I can see. My guess is, the corporate fathers crank out one of these plastic-cookie-cutter joints, hire some local kids, then head on back to New Jersey or wherever, only stopping by once a quarter to raid the cash register.
