My tater tots are slightly burnt. But the place is clean. There's only enough seating for 14. 15 if one of them can use a high chair. This location is close to my prenatal appointment so I swung by before since I have some time to kill. Ordering is quick and easy, staff is prompt and friendly and products were visually appealing. My coffee actually had caramel swirl in it unlike the Grovetown location who are the stingiest folks when it comes to syrups. The munchkins looked so good and I don't even like jelly. I was impressed with looking at the box, silly I know, but when you're use to mediocre/terrible service, this was a nice surprise! The ONLY issue I had was at the drive thru window. Once they opened the window all you could smell was bleach. It was really strong and it hurt my stomach, and slightly upset it being pregnant. Besides that, a really nice location. read more

I went to Dunkin on wheeler rd. first and foremost I ordered a sourdough toast (what is toast? bread browned on both sides? ) not some warmed up bread and when you ask for them to toast it the get an attitude then to find out the person was the manager, I would expect better customer service. And when you ask for the company's phone number, they tell you they do not know it. It seemed she was more interested in her chit chat with other employees then her manager duties the customer comes second. The service was an absolute tragedy. Rude let put it this way you can dress up the store all you want but when you care more about wait time then customer service it will not be long before people start going to other stores. So I want to love this location because it's close to my office, but they seem to nickel and dime you to death. I stop in here several times a week for a coffee. Once they charge me a dollar for a pup cup, now I can see a quarter, maybe $.50, but a dollar? That's just ridiculous and it's not even The money it's the principle of the fact that you're going to charge a customer paying 3 to 5 dollars for a cup of coffee an entire dollar for a little cup of whip cream for their pet. Last week I stopped and ordered a cuppa coffee, and they charge me $1.50 for a cup of water. Again why not $.50 for the cup. Other locations just don't do this. I stopped by the Walton Way location on Easter Sunday and they gave both of my dogs huge PUP Cups for free read more

Tried their coffee and a sandwich for the first time today. Not impressed. Donuts are great though, especially the French Cruller.

This place is incredible. My first time actually purchasing anything and this location is the best so far. I wanted to try a hot vanilla chai,but the steamer wasn't working so I chose the coffee with french vanilla and hazelnut and that's the perfect combination and the jelly doughnut to go with it. The service was marvelous and the servers had excellent behavior. I'll be coming here more in the future. read more

What more can I say this store has been open a little over a year and it a new plaza with 2 more eating joints that's a plus for all of them because they are near a hospital,interstate and 1.5 miles from a major shopping area. This 1 star is for liking the food. I've been to this location twice now and both times the staff seemed to hate their jobs. It really affects the level of service provided. After not receiving our full order I went back in to let them know. She said I'll get that out to you, we were sitting outside. The customer in line had to come out and tell me my donuts were sitting on the counter. The staff had set them their and walked off saying nothing to me. The food here is the same as all other Dunkin Donuts but the service makes this experience not pleasent. We will be looking for another donut shop now. read more

My sister and her fiance recently sent me here to try the cold coffee for 99cents. Apparently, it's great and I had to check it out. I liked it. It was a little sweet for my taste, but to be expected a place known for its donuts. This cold coffee for 99 cents is a special and will be ending soon. They let you get any size. I ordered a Medium thinking I'd have a medium sized cup, but it was more like a 24oz. So if you are just looking to grab a little coffee order a small, which is probably still huge. They have outdoor seating if you'd like to hang and they also have drive thru for folks on the go. May visit again, but this time for a donnut. read more

Right now it is a medium hot latte for $1.99, but I was a HUGE fan of the $0.99 large iced coffee or tea that they had during the summer. Their pumpkin swirl syrup is my absolute favorite because there is no need to put in additional sugar. The Boston Creme's are a dream! I enjoy them so much with a nice cold hazelnut coffee and you got yourself something. The thing that keeps me going back to DD is the great coupons we get in the mail. You can't beat saving a few dollars on some sweet treats. They have great customer service and they are pretty quick when it comes to getting me my order. I don't order much because I only think of donuts when I see DD, but they do have a pretty good menu that covers really good breakfast items and sandwich items. I usually go here because it's close to my moms doctors office so it's really convenient. Every time I go here the service is always excellent. Very fast and polite! The only thing I would say about them needing to improve is when you order a latte or any kind of flavored beverage, I recommend you ask them to not put as much flavor syrup as they normally do. Most of the time when I order a drink here it's way too sweet, which is ok it's just something you gotta tell them like "hey, can you use one less pump of syrup then what you normally do?" And then everything works out haha. But really, they have great people working here and the orders always come out fast and with a friendly smile. Gotta love dunkin doughnuts! read more

Worst Dunkin' I've been to in town. They don't even make the classic donuts right. My glazed donut barely had any glaze and the chocolate barely had chocolate and no glaze like is normally done. When trying to ask about the glaze they acted like they had no idea what glaze even was and one of the girls had a bad attitude. I have been under the weather of late so I have been going to dunkin to get coffee and breakfast each morning. I am having to downgrade my rating as the hashbrowns not being crisp is the way they serve them and they just are not very good that way. The breakfast then gets a bit to pricey for just the sandwich. I got the veggie flat bread sandwich and it was pretty darn bad. I couldnt take but a couple bites. They over cooked the bread so it was like a hockey puck. Good for coffee and donuts, not so great for any of their breakfast sandwiches and hash browns. read more
