I stopped in to get my wife some midnight blend coffee and also grabbed one for me along with a chicken and roasted pepper wrap for me. Ambience is clean, bright, and lively. Service with a smile and quick. The wrap was good but not heated evenly throughout so some of it was still cold that would be my complaint. read more

I recently moved in this area and have tried this location about 6 or 7 times. What they are consistent with is getting my order wrong and terrible customer service. The first I repeated my order multiple times and they tried to give me a double espresso that had cream in it. When I asked why it appears light, they said it is the hazelnut syrup. I've ordered this many times and did not appreciate the dishonesty (which is dangerous, considering many people have diet restrictions) so I asked for a refund. I've received hot espresso when I've asked for it over ice and other variations of them not paying attention to what I order. What really topped it for me is that today, as I'm ordering, the cashier over talked me, before I could complete me sentence. Errors are irritating and inconvenient, but rudenesses is intolerable. This might be my least favorite Dunkin in the area. I gave it another shot since we were closest to it but, never again. Went with the $3.00 cold foam cold brew special as their cold brew is usually pretty good and my go-to. What they gave me was almost clear and definitely not what I get when I order cold brew at other Dunkin' stores. Went back in to let them know it was just not what it was supposed to be at all and they poured another cold brew plain and again just wasn't quite right. Color lighter than iced tea, tasted of only water. The employee said it's just how it's made and that's their cold brew. They didn't seem to mind if it was wrong or right, just that it was all there was and all they were going to do. I ended up trashing it because I couldn't get past the lack of any flavor. Also, if you are going to get any drink with their sweet cold foam it's from a reddi whip cold foam can. It's unbearably sweet and not very good. Added the second star for the egg, sausage and cheese go wrap thing. It was $2.49 for one but, you can get 2 for $3 and that's not a bad deal. read more

The breakfasts are pretty good for on the go. The egg, cheese and whatever meat on everything bagel is good, and the iced coffees are good, just depends on who is doing them, because sometimes they are made too sweet. Night shifters like to cluster in back and chat, which is annoying; but aside from the learning curve on the customer service, it's a good spot for a break and the ice cream you can't go wrong with either. read more

I love their ice cream and donuts, unfortunately their service tonight was worth a review. I was greeted by a very polite young lady who was running the drive through, she was working steady and I could see she was a really good employee. Next, I was greeted by the young man at the ice cream counter. While he seemed quite forgetful, his attitude was pleasant and I didn't mind answering his questions. What I did mind, however, was when this young man asked for help to ring me up so I wouldn't have to wait while he got my ice cream, and was given the response of "no, I am not helping you" from a different young lady that seemed to hold some type of authority. It was very condescending and shouldn't happen in the first place, but definitely not in front of a customer. She was not doing anything and very well could have stepped in to assist. The young man handled the situation well and rang me up while keeping his pleasant attitude. Seems to me that there should be some better management training. It's not fine dining, but this place deserves 5-stars because I've seen them consistently burn through long lines in record time. I'm normally not super critical of a place but I've given this location numerous chances to correct this issue. Normally when I order my drink which is a large iced matcha latte made with oat milk and French vanilla, it is a creamy light green color with ice and full of goodness. For some reason at this one location every time I order my drink it is full of matcha powder that is at the bottom of the cup and it's very poorly stirred together. When I say something about it the staff always looks at me like I'm crazy. so I asked today do other locations use blenders to blend their drink because this is the only location that I continue to have powder at the bottom of my drink. She proceeds to tell me that they could possibly use blenders and that they have the the ability to use a blender but I have to request it. I feel like giving someone a drink with matcha green tea powder at the bottom and floating around in the drink is unacceptable. I have called corporate one time regarding it and they said that they would talk to the store manager and it looks like that has not been done because today I got the same green tea with matcha powder at the bottom and floating throughout the cup. read more

I usually stop at this location on the way to my morning classes to grab a coffee. I have never had any issues with wait time when using the drive thru. Customer service is also pretty good. The people at the window are always friendly. My only complaint is the occasional inconsistent coffee flavor. I always order a light and sweet with French vanilla. Every once in a while my coffee will be way off the mark in terms of sweetness. However, it's nothing that would keep me from returning when I consider my overall experience at this location. read more

I come here very often with one of my best girl friends and we love it. However one time they were out of sweet tea so they gave us unsweet tea and a few sugar packets. It tasted awful. This location makes great shakes, but recently when I went through the drive thru I asked for a small cup of whipped cream for my pup and was told that the owner told them they couldn't do that anymore because "it costs too much". I find it hard to believe when I am paying $5 for a shake, that they can't give out a 25 cent cup of whipped cream like most of their competetors do. So many pet friendly businesses in the area - I won't go back to this restaurant. It is very short sighted to value the dollar over the goodwill of your customers and community. read more

This place has terrible customer service and this is not the first time I have experienced poor service at this facility. first time, they sold me freezer burned old pre-packed chocolate peanut butter ice cream. The employees behave as if they own the business and seems as if management is letting it happen. Today is Labor Day, 9-6-2021 and I stopped by after leaving the local stores to pick up a quick cup of coffee and some donuts. When I drove up to the speaker in the drive thru to place my order and said "Hello", i was met with silence for about 3min. I kept saying "Hello" while trying not to be annoying. I started to drive off when a young lady said, We'll be with you. Yeah! no one moment or maybe were experiencing a little trouble, we'll be with you momentarily. OH! no check back. There was a Ford truck behind me (in case someone wants to run the footage) and I waited another 5 min. Once the young lady came back to assist me and was taking my order, she was not for sure if they were stocked with powdered donuts and seemed a little confused as to what the store had stocked. She then proceeded to say something about "The trucks" and seemed to be interrupted by a co-worker to stop her from saying whatever it was she was about to say about the trucks. At that moment I drove off. I looked into the drive thru window as I drove off. I saw at least three individuals standing there looking like they were trying to solve a problem by the cash register. There was a white and silver Ford truck starting to drive away from the dive thru window at that moment. All I can say is "Get it together". From this point on i will be going to the Duncan Donuts on Belair Rd. I have been to the Duncan Donuts on Belair Rd and it is smaller but seems to be managed properly. read more

I was at the new Dunkin Donuts location at 498 Fury's Ferry Rd. On Sunday, 7/8 at about 5:15. This is a new store and it looks great on the outside and inside. The donuts I ordered were fresh, so no problem there. The employee taking my order was talking to another worker about lying about her and talking trash while I was ordering. She also told someone behind the counter to take out the trash in a condescending way. I'm not sure I'll be back to this location. It felt like the employee didn't really want to be there, along with a few of the other workers. I usually go to DD on Washington Rd, where I'm always greeted with a smile, so I'll go there next time. read more

Stopped in for breakfast with my husband. We both ordered breakfast bagels. First of all the bagels were tough to the point of being rubbery. I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese bagel. There was a slice of plastic tasting cheese and the two tiny limp pieces of bacon. The egg was tough and rubbery. It had no flavor. I threw it away after 2 bites. My husband ordered the steak, egg and cheese bagel. He said the steak was stringy and flavorless, same plastic tasting cheese and rubbery egg. He also threw his away after a few bites. I have been to this DD (near Towne Center Blvd in Evans) three times. The first two times were on a Saturday morning between 8-9. The first time they were out of glazed donuts and asked us what they could substitute. The second time the were out of sprinkle donuts but didn't bother to ask what we would like instead and just tossed in some weird donut with Oreos on top and some sort of green drizzle (it may have been mint but I'm not sure as I didn't eat any). The third time was last night at 6 PM. My family and I went inside and pretty much walked right back out. There were literally a dozen glazed, half a dozen blue berry, and three pistachio muffins in the trays behind the register. We asked if that was all they had and were told that was it. We asked if they had any Munchkins and were told no. No more donuts were being made for the night. Another family of four and a college kid turned and walked out right behind us. Way to lose business. Oh, and the teenaged girl at the register coughed twice, open mouth, without shielding, all over the cash register as she was talking to us. Just sprayed the register with her spit droplets. Gross.i realize 6 at night on a Tuesday isn't prime donut time, but DD running out if donuts is kinda like KFC running out of fried chicken or McDonald's running out of beef patties.
