If you ever consider getting a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich, you'd better think again. I ordered this on a plain bagel and it was terrible! The sausage tasted old and reheated. It appeared as if the staff warmed it up in hot water. It lacked flavor and it tasted like it was going bad past its expiration date. The cheese was some kind of provolone, not bad but not what you would expect in a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich. The staff doesn't seem to be consistent in their food making. Some days their sandwiches taste okay, but the way the food is prepared is never the same. When you go to any McDonald's, you know what your Big Mac burger is going to taste--not amazing but the taste is always the same. This consistency is what attracts customers to these chain restaurants. You know what you are going to get. This doesn't seem to apply to Dunkin Donuts food. Some days is okay but others the food tastes bland. For this reason, I am not going back there. I will be better served getting a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit at Burger King. At least I know what to expect there. If you are in management and happen to read this, take notice and maybe try to sample your food once in a while. In dealing with a franchise - the bonus is when you go from one location to the next no matter if it's in the same city or even continent the food should be the same. This location is of its own. I normally don't review franchise locations but I made an exception here so hopefully management notices and makes improvements. This Dunkin' only gets coffee wrong 75% of the time. In the time it's been here, I have encountered two polite employees. The little cream cheese filled bagels are okay, better than what they give you on a whole bagel. Hot coffees are more likely to taste good. Last time I came in the afternoon and ordered an iced coffee with liquid cane sugar they told me they didn't have any more for today. Other locations have just made a simple syrup if they were out. Could be worse, could be a lot better. If I know I'll be going by another location, I will go there instead of this one. read more

This a great location that is easily accessible and gives you access back to the main road. They offer drive through and walk in service which makes both convenient. Even if you get your java in the early morning you can take comfort knowing that you are safe. Very well lit and security cams. The coffee is not to strong, not too light. A good blend of in between. My only gripe is my Turkey, egg flatbread sandwhich could have been heated longer. Still was good though. Stop by and pick up a baker's dozen for the office. Y'all have been getting every iced matcha order a little wrong, for months now. There are always tons clumps of matcha powder in it that I have to shake out later. In the future (I hope you read this) just put it in something that won't leak and shake it as hard as you can. And then put it in the cup. Also, heat your bagel bites for longer! The employees are the best, they are so kind and sweet, and the gay employee is so sweet and charming and deserves all the tips anyone can give him, because he is just such a hard worker. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I most definitely will not be coming back to this location again. I'm lactose intolerant, cannot have ANY dairy. I've worked at Dunkin before so I know how to order my coffee so that it will not have ANY dairy in it. About 30 minutes after leaving this location I was throwing up violently. The only thing I've had this morning was their coffee, I haven't even eaten yet. If you are lactose intolerant I'm sure you know the flavor/taste when dairy has been put in your food/coffee. It's very distinct. I called the store to make them aware and the person that answered the phone had no concern or care at all. I didn't even get an apology or an offer to remake my coffee. Her exact words to me were "Well I don't know what to tell you the person who made your coffee said there was no dairy." So either the coffee/almond milk was bad or there was definitely dairy in my coffee. All I wanted was someone to at least offer to remake my coffee... or at least care about a customer who visits often. Neither happened. I've been twice and both were terrible experiences. The first time was right after opening. I went through the drive through and once I was home realised half my order was missing and the other half was stale. I tried calling but they didn't have a number. I don't live close by and didn't want to make a second trip, so I called another branch and spoke with the manager. He said he would pass on the message and have the new manager get back to me. Never heard from either of them. Today I decided to give it another try. It had been a month so I thought maybe they had time to get their sh@t together. Nope. I made sure to check my order before I left this time and I'm very glad I did. The hash browns were a soggy, greasy, mushy mess, my bagel was wrong, the chicken was also soggy and cool and the biscuit was undercooked, and the donuts were just trown in a bag together and were mushed up. I complained to the manager and tried telling her about my other experience, but she interrupted me to tell me how Dunkin Donuts hadn't given them any training and all the employees (including her) had only been there a month. It was so unprofessional and childish. Obviously none of the responsibility was hers. I'm not sure how she was ever hired as a manager... She has no customer service skills and her lack of leadership is quite obvious in the performance of her employees. I will NOT be back until they get a new manager, and I recommend anyone else just skip it for a while. read more

This DD is the worst I have ever been to. I give most places a second chance if it's bad the first time. I waited in line for five minutes for them to take my order. It's not that they were busy at the moment I was there. They were having a long conversation about weekend plans with the people in front of me. I watched three employees stand there and talk while I waited, and not one person even looked at me. I finally placed my order and waited another 5 minutes because no one remembered I had coffee. I had to flag someone down to make it. I hope this place gets it together soon. read more

Not as good as other Dunkin' Donuts we have been to. They have specialty donuts but they are not included in the dozens?! Don't look for muffins, not there. The donuts are just basic, not like the other Dunkin' Donuts in Evans. We were waited on by a person who was so distracted we had to repeat ourselves a few times just to get her attention again. When we asked the manager why they did not have certain items, there was no kindness to her at all. I would not want to work there. It would be nice if we would have come upon a pleasant personality or a smile by any of the employees. They really need to work on their people skills. In a nut shell, go further down the road to BelAir Donuts which we did but they were sold out by 9:30. No surprise there!! read more
