I went to this location around 4pm today. I'm from NYC, so this was my first time ordering for drive-thru. I misread the app and thought I should go straight to the window. One of the baristas threw open the window and asked with an attitude if I had skipped the box, and told me that next time I needed to tell them first. I said that I was sorry and didn't know. They stormed off and another barista came to the window asking if I had ordered something else and I said no, the other barista was making my in-app order. After I said that, they also became unfriendly and handed me my drink without looking, not acknowledging my "thank you" or "have a nice day." Very unfriendly location and unwarranted attitudes for an honest mistake. Drink was made quickly, though. read more

This is a drive thru only location. There should be something noting that in the Starbucks app, but there really isn't. You can order thru the app but then you would have to drive thru to pick it up. I suspect this has something to do with staffing, but it appears to be a permanent situation. The sign suggests since at least February. Or maybe it's related to Starbucks stance on unions, as another store in Augusta is currently on strike. Anyway, Starbucks should pay their employees better and keep the inside of the store open. read more

When I don't have time to go to one of the local coffee shops, this location is always my go to for my coffee! Not only does the drive thru save me so much time and effort, the baristas/cashiers are always kind, helpful, and cheery, and it's always a quick and pleasant trip there. I generally stick to my two favorites, a white mocha espresso or a caramel macchiato. There has only been one time that I can recall since beginning to stop here that's order has been made wrong. Every other time, my order is always made right! Occasionally I get a breakfast sandwich if I haven't been able to eat at home, and I'm always pleased when I do. There is a lot of construction around this Starbucks so traffic can be frustrating. The store is also by the mall, so you have mall traffic to contend with. They do not have nitro cold brew. My coffee is usually made correctly. read more

Amazing example of that personalized touch Starbucks is famous for. Lots of workstations with bright, cheerful, clean atmosphere. I often go here after a workout at the nearby YMCA, or when visiting the nearby Apple Store or AUGUSTA Mall. It's roomy inside, easily accessible from two side streets (one with traffic light). The barristers are on their toes! Manager has hip sense of humor and daily questions are fun touch! They have a large selection of in house items like coffee, cups, etc. as they are one of the larger Starbucks in this area. read more

Came to this location on 06/03/23 and walked in and wasn't even greeted nor asked to take my order. Stood at the cashiers register and at least 7-8 people working saw me and never took my order. They acknowledged a woman to be able to use the restroom by giving the code 1081 but still bo service. I called and spoke to Juilian a female that stated she was the shift manager. Well for starters the customer service at this Starbucks is not super friendly. The young lady didn't seem enthusiastic nor pleased to have customers come in. There was no line so I'm not sure how busy they were prior to my coming in for her to seem uninterested in great customer service. The gentleman working with her didn't utter a word. I could half way understand if there was a line of customers inside at the counter or a line at the drive thru, but there literally were no customers at either part. Anyway...I continue on to the dirty counters. A spill which clearly has been there for a good bit before I arrived has spilled to the floor from the pickup counter. You can't miss the spill on the counter, so when she placed the drinks on the counter I'm not sure why she didn't bother to try and clean it up. The floors have pieces of debris and what not scattered about. The trashcan is over flowing and clearly needs to be emptied...not sure again why these things hadn't been done since clearly they were slow upon my entering. About 5 minutes after my arrival they had a customer enter and order and a car at the drivethru...some clean up could have been attempted during that down period...just my opinion Again not one of the best in customer service or cleanliness Starbucks I've been too. read more

I was going to get a bite to eat while I waited on my ride to pick me up after dropping my car off for repair work down the street. After walking from down the street I discovered it was closed. I stood there for a few minutes trying to decide where to go and discussing it with my 8 year old. An employee told me that i couldn't stand there and the police were coming through to tell me to move. She didn't want me to stand there the few minutes it would take to call my ride and tell them to pick me up somewhere else. I will never visit that Starbucks again. Possibly any Starbucks. read more

I pull up to the drive-thru, place my order and the barrista says my name. Wow!! What a feeling! To be known by name makes me feel fabulous. I ordered my favorite, Venti Soy Latte...no foam. Hot and delicious!! As usual, it is what I desire. This Starbucks is on the top of my list, everyone is friendly, have a greeting that is out of this world, I think that is why I love the drive-thru. It is always clean, you never have to wait longer than the normal. Mobile ordering is an advantage when they are swamped though. Kudos to my favorite barristas. read more

This is my favorite Starbucks. I've never had a bad experience here. EVER! I stop by here on my way to work in the mornings and it's a great way to start the day. The staff here has amazinggg customer service! They like to have fun too! One time they asked me to rap my order for a free drink, and the guy dropped the beat over the speaker! #bars Sometimes the drive thru is kind of long, but that's typical with the morning coffee grind. It's the most spacious Starbucks in the Augusta area. They have couches, booth seating, tables and tall bar rounds! All of this makes for a great coffee house feeling. I typically meet people at this location because we are always guaranteed a seat, good service and great coffee. This Starbucks location has excellent Wi-Fi. I never have a problem with connectivity at this location. Additionally, if you have a problem with Wi-Fi the store is located in close proximity to the Augusta Mall and right beside an AT& T store, which both have open Wi-Fi connections. The staff here is always upbeat and maybe that's because they take a few shots of espresso throughout the day *shrugs. This location has the same menu choices as most Starbucks locations and a little more retail items. You can get mugs, ground coffee and other gifts for coffee lovers. I'm not sure how the Starbucks rewards work. I'm told that you have to use/accumulate points in conjunction with a gift card. I usually champion rewards cards, but I'm honestly a little confused about how this one works. However, if you do figure out the rewards program, you are supposed to get a free drink on your birthday or during your birthday month. I also really appreciate the staff's usage of the community board. They have a board where you can post community events and I often find out about great events by checking out the board while preparing my coffee. The drive-thru is expedient. I often utilize the drive-thru because I'm on the go. I like it because it's elevated and you are closer to the window. Many of the other area locations have low drive-thru areas, which have caused me to drop change or a drink during our exchange. I'd vote this Starbucks location "Best All Around" for the Augusta area! read more

Every single time I go to this Starbucks, my drink is never right. I've given them multiple chances (I order a pink drink every time) but every single time the drink is completely watered down, or they don't put any strawberry açaí in it, just coconut milk. The single WORST Starbucks I've ever seen or been to. The owners and managers let the staff dictate the store hours and then leave the store for basically high schoolers to operate. The drinks that come from this location are very inconsistent, and it's like they don't care about staying open or serving the customers or about making coffee. Quite a good place overall. It can get congested since it is next to the Augusta mall. In a cove of sorts (small area with a couple of other stores) the drive through can be tricky if you're not careful. It is around the back of the building. It is very spacious inside one of the more spacious and open ones I've been in. Their staff is quite friendly and playful as well. The drive through ramp has a rail on the right side so watch out if you have a larger vehicle. read more

I love the Wrightsboro Road Starbucks location. The staff at this location is welcoming and kind. They make you feel like you're a welcomed guest and part of the family. The drive through is quick and efficient if you're in a hurry. I find that this location seems to be the roomiest inside with a great deal of seating. It also seems to be the least busy of all of the Starbucks in the CSRA. I always enjoy Starbucks coffee no matter what form it takes but my favorite item is their Mocha. Give it a try when you're feeling indulgent or have a few calories to spare. :-) read more

We were in the drive-through and after waiting a while, we pulled up to the window and the employee, Josh, was very nice and apologized for the long wait and informed us that we were receiving a discount for the long wait. I'm never one to believe everything that I hear but, I feel like the treatment of several other African American customers and myself yesterday confirms the recent rumors about Starbucks. My friend ordered a drink when we first arrived. All the people who order drinks after her (all Caucasian) received what they ordered right away. We were waiting so long for her drink I decided to go and get something also. For some reason the young lady behind the counter refused to acknowledge me for about 10 minuets. After almost 20 minuets because my friend had just revived her drink, I just set my items down and just walked out with the rest of the customers who were waiting with me. The other people who walked out were outraged but I was more disappointed. I thought they had just been retrained for this type of behavior.
