If I had to compare this doughnut shop to another particular doughnut shop just down the street, it'd get 5 stars all the way. And this place gets brownie points for putting me just inches away from baseball nut and mint chocolate chip. The best time to show up is early mornings of course. The doughnuts are lined up, fresh, and so tempting. I'd take a box of 12 for myself if I could make room for it in my stomach. This DD is the best stocked I'd seen of the 30+ DD I'd been in my lifetime as well. While I drooled over the little sirens trying to take me away from the task at hand, I purchased the real reason for coming to DD-the coffee. I love their brewed coffee better than most competitors and when doing blind taste tests with overnight guests, it always becomes a new favorite for them as well. It's cheaper here than at the store and accompany their amazing fluffy pastries so well. I'm salivating just thinking about it again but alas, the allergies keep me away. read more

It's 8:45 and the doors are locked. I would have loved to have gotten icecream after dinner. Well, we are now going to a competitor less than a mile away. We have come to this one several times and they're "out of" multiple flavors and they're always out of supplies. Thanks for the burnt up sandwich that tastes as bad as it looks. It even stinks - I could smell it even as I was reaching for it on my porch. Ordered delivery and waited an hour for this crispy, charred husk of a meal. As a cook in a high volume restaurant myself, who the hell would send this out? Unless you're straight up blind, you're 100% aware when you overcook something. If I burn something, I make a new one - EVEN IF WE'RE IN THE WEEDS WITH 30 TICKETS. ZERO stars. This Dunkin is the absolute worst! The staff is ALWAYS rude as hell, I order my drink with EXTRA ice, they put none. When I asked for extra ice that they didn't put in my cup to begin with, they charged me. And to top it all off, there were chunks of floating things in my cup! Disgusting. I hope the health people show up there! Need a whole new crew and the owners should do better to fix all these issues. read more

Went in the drive they just to park behind the store so I could go inside. Get to the front door to see a "drive they only" sign, the only problem with this is the sign was hidden behind a bush from the drive thru. 3 stars for Ok. Great mix of both franchises. Too bad I just ate breakfast at the hotel. I hate I left my freebie receipts back home. I did have my remaining coupon for a $1.99 medium hot or latte coffee. So that was good. The lite butter pecan with whip and sugar wasn't as good as I know it to be back home. More strong than sweet for original blend. I got my favorite maple frosted donut and it s always good. One O. was quick with my order. I didn't really finish my drink and there wasn't sugar left at the bottom of the cup like it usually is so I know my drink was flavorless. read more

Alright so I literally come to this Dunkin' EVERY day. They are always rude. Literally ALWAYS. Its close to my house though and I usually only get a drink so I deal with it. Sometimes my tea is sour.. probably because they're making it with hot water. But I deal because I understand it's a minimum wage place and you can't expect better from that. Now It's to the point I will never spend my money here again. Today took the cake. I pulled up to get my regular half sweet half unsweet tea with light ice which always comes with 4 maybe 5 cubes of ice unnecessarily light. But today I also ordered an egg and cheese croissant. My sandwich was burnt with a nasty burnt taste to it. I called and spoke to the manager Ashley who RUDELY told me I would have to come back and bring her the sandwich to get a refund. I wouldn't have had a problem doing that on my lunch break if she wasn't so nasty on the phone. I used to be a manager for Dunkin so I know that customer service is MOST important. I WILL be reporting this to corporate and I will not return! This is the last time this location will get my business. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND. Ashley, you seriously need work on your people skills SIS. This isn't the first time I've gone late night to this location and recieved what is obviously hot brewed coffee poured over ice when I've ordered iced coffee. If you don't have any left,tell the customer.I would have gladly paid extra to order an iced latte. Order is right maybe 20% of the time, awful wait times. Multiple times I've been told to pull forward to wait for my order and was completely forgotten about. People in here are clueless. Ice cream and doughnuts, a girls best friend! I've tried both and their ice cream hits the spot! I normally get their original jamocha or jamocha almond fudge, occasionally their chocolate chip cookie dough and was never disappointed. I even bought 2 of their ice cream pints because ya girl couldn't help it! Their doughnuts on the other hand are okay, my doughnut tasted like it had been sitting for a while so I opt for Krispy Kreme instead now! Friendly staff and always got what I needed. read more

The WORST Dunkin' store I have visited so far. Rude staff, indifferent, no pride in serving customers whatsoever. I am a travel nurse and stay at the hotel right next to it, so it is convenient to stop by on my way back from work for a bagel or a sandwich. A few weeks back I got a burned (had to peel the black off in order to be able to eat), but I didn't open the bag until I was comfortable in bed after a long shift at work, so I didn't run back with it immediately. It's just a bagel, in the end. So I brought it up today while paying for my breakfast. The manager Susan didn't even get to the window, looked at me through the distance and asked one of the employees if I was getting a bagel today, and since I wasn't, she just made a gesture to her employees to ignore me. I wasn't expected any big gesture, but simple 'sorry,' a small coffee, a new bagel. Something?! Neither staff nor manager acknowledged my bad experience a few weeks back. The most unprofessional, an embarrassment to the the Dunkin' manager, SUSAN, ever. I will never spend another dollar here and take my business to Starbucks across the street. read more

Dunkin donuts!!! I have been to this one many times in the last couple years. The service is always quick. The staff has always been attentive. The coffee is consistently AWESOME. Donuts have always been fresh. They also have a Baskin Robbins in the same location - never Had it since I was there for the coffee. My wife likes Starbucks, this Dunkin Donuts has one as a next door neighbor. We are both happy- I get good coffee at Dunkin and she gets whatever it is that Starbucks sells. read more

Stopped here because I was driving and needed a pick me up. Got a large latte light with hazelnut. First I waited a long time for someone to help me. Second, the guy charged me too much because he charged me for an iced coffee. I got a hot coffee. Third, I don't taste hazelnut. Not impressed. America might run on Dunkin but I don't. Went by there yesterday morning. Ordered an unsweet tea drove 10 miles to work and noticed it was sweet. Called spoke with Marilyn she said comeback by tomorrow morning and she would give me another one. Five minutes later I received a phone call from a man who said make sure to bring the tea back the next day too so he could make sure it was sweet tea! The guy that manages this location (the one by the I-20) is quite likely the rudest man on the planet. I try to be patient when he's ugly about reward coupons. I try to understand cultural differences when he is curt and unsmiling. Today I sat in the empty drive thru for a couple of minutes waiting for a response. I said "hello" three times. Dead silence. Since all I ever want is a cup of coffee, and since no one else was there, I drove around to the window. Get this: the guy wouldn't take my order. Said ,"You are wrong, mum. The speaker works. I don't take orders at the window. Drive back around." Um. No. Won't be back. Tried to communicate this via the app under the "tell us about your visit" tab but without a receipt number, you can't access the the survey. Big glitch when you can't get a receipt because the manager won't sell you a cuppa joe directly from the window when the speaker doesn't work. So here's, to you Yelp, for letting me tell my community to avoid this Dunkin (unless you just LIKE being treated like an inconvenience) and visit any of the others instead. * Went to Walton Way location moments later. Terrible customer service. My cousin and I went up there to get the family cappuccino blasts. We had 4 drinks and the lady who took the order repeated it back to us at the drive thru and at window, but we saw on the receipt there were only 3 drinks so we told the "manager" we ordered 4 so we paid for the other one and everything was fine... until they brought the drinks. No toppings on 2 of them, no drink carrier, and the last drink had extra mocha drizzle when it was supposed to be an original cappuccino blast with one pump mocha, cinnamon, and whip on top. Did not ask for any mocha drizzle. So when we said that wasn't what we asked for this boy (I know him personally because we went to the same high school) had the WORST attitude! He said to me cousin "I didn't make or order your drink. I just got here" but he showed us he made it. then he just took off the whip cream and added cinnamon but left the mocha drizzle so we told him we don't want the drizzle. He then said "so you really want me to remake it?!" Um.. yes. Anyway after we got the drink we asked to speak to a manager and the lady at the window said "I am the manager" so we told her about the rude guy (keep in mind she was standing there the whole time) she laughed and said "I'll handle it." I feel that they are skimping as much as they can. If I order my drink from the peach orchard Dunkin Donuts its correct every time.
