Alright so I literally come to this Dunkin' EVERY day. They are always rude. Literally ALWAYS. Its close to my house though and I usually only get a drink so I deal with it. Sometimes my tea is sour.. probably because they're making it with hot water. But I deal because I understand it's a minimum wage place and you can't expect better from that. Now It's to the point I will never spend my money here again. Today took the cake. I pulled up to get my regular half sweet half unsweet tea with light ice which always comes with 4 maybe 5 cubes of ice unnecessarily light. But today I also ordered an egg and cheese croissant. My sandwich was burnt with a nasty burnt taste to it. I called and spoke to the manager Ashley who RUDELY told me I would have to come back and bring her the sandwich to get a refund. I wouldn't have had a problem doing that on my lunch break if she wasn't so nasty on the phone. I used to be a manager for Dunkin so I know that customer service is MOST important. I WILL be reporting this to corporate and I will not return! This is the last time this location will get my business. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND. Ashley, you seriously need work on your people skills SIS. For record my order number was 374. I gave her that and she still refused to give me a refund. Don't worry, I'll get my money back another way for sure.

3 stars for Ok. Great mix of both franchises. Too bad I just ate breakfast at the hotel. I hate I left my freebie receipts back home. I did have my remaining coupon for a $1.99 medium hot or latte coffee. So that was good. The lite butter pecan with whip and sugar wasn't as good as I know it to be back home. More strong than sweet for original blend. I got my favorite maple frosted donut and it s always good. One O. was quick with my order. I didn't really finish my drink and there wasn't sugar left at the bottom of the cup like it usually is so I know my drink was flavorless.

Fast, Courteous, and oh so delicious. Must say, only thing missing from this ice cream, sherbet, latte, frappe, donut, sandwich, ice cream cake having establishment is Green Tea Ice cream. Place was clean. So many sinfully good delights behind their doors

Ice cream and doughnuts, a girls best friend! I've tried both and their ice cream hits the spot! I normally get their original jamocha or jamocha almond fudge, occasionally their chocolate chip cookie dough and was never disappointed. I even bought 2 of their ice cream pints because ya girl couldn't help it! Their doughnuts on the other hand are okay, my doughnut tasted like it had been sitting for a while so I opt for Krispy Kreme instead now! Friendly staff and always got what I needed.

Stopped by for a cup of coffee and a brief study sesh. Fairly busy when I came in on Sunday morning. Plenty of places to sit and study tho.

Holy moly. TOP TIER DONUTS. I saw from other reviews that you should get there early to get stuff…read morebecause they run out fast, so I got there at 6am and thank god I did. Literally some of the best donuts i've everrrrr had. Worker was very sweet and explained to me that they filled the donuts to order, so I could get whatever I wanted. Yess!!! Also very cute interior (loved the decorations). You need to try these!!! You'll never regret it..

On a road trip that is NOT going according to plan. Yesterday the car died and this morning the…read morehotel lost power. We needed breakfast, so we walked to the Belair Donuts near the hotel. Where we learned that the whole block was out of power, but they still had their donuts and all... I'm not proud, and my pancreas may never forgive me, but I regret nothing. I was thinking that a donut would be nice. And then I saw the maple bacon twist, so I ordered it. And then my Bride asked "is that an apple fritter?" and the nice young lady behind the counter said "yes, and we also have PEACH!" So we ordered one of those. And then she pointed out the pistachio donut, so I *had* to order that. And then my Bride saw the crème brûlée donut and that completed the order. We paid in cash- I got complimented on my old school coin purse- and repaired to the picnic table outside, where we split each of our treasures in half. And then we ate them all, like the feral little goblins we are. The pistachio donut was not particularly pistachio-y, but was a good frosted donut and had adorable autumn-themed sprinkles on it. The peach fritter was delicious- exactly what I imagined it would taste like. The maple bacon twist was a textbook example of the style, and could only have been improved by putting the maple and bacon toppings on an eclair instead of a cake. (Hint, hint.) The star of the meal was the crème brûlée donut. One of the young ladies piped it full of cream right before she packed it, so it didn't have time to get soggy. Epic donut filled with delicious cream- not some custard goo - and topped with a burnt sugar crust. I will never come back to Augusta without going back to Belair Donuts, and will honestly consider making any trip south from Virginia pass through here just to stop and get another one of those. And as we finished our feast, the lights came back on. Never underestimate the power of great donuts! Literally the best $11.88 (tax included) we've spent this month. (Military discount is available from this veteran-owned business.) We're looking forward to going back tomorrow to see how the kolaches and breakfast burritos are! And to see if they have any more crème brûlée donuts... Edited to add: Breakfast today was sausage, egg and cheese burritos in jalapeño wraps, and we split a cheese kolache and a crème brûlée donut with pumpkin cream cheese filling (small upcharge). Which is actually pumpkin and cream cheese, not just pumpkin spice flavored. 10/10, no notes. The kolache reminds me of my babcia's cooking, and the burritos were plump, hot, and delicious. $17.46 for the whole thing! Tomorrow morning we'll get the bacon egg and cheese, just to round out the collection. Final edit. Bacon egg and cheese burritos were delicious, but I honestly think I liked the overall flavour of the sausage one better. The cream cheese puff (we added the pumpkin cream cheese filling to this one, too!) was remarkable! It has cream cheese in the end opposite the filling hole, so if you're sharing like we did, cut it lengthwise. Which we did! (The little donut voice in my head ftw!) Looking forward to going home, so our next visit comes that much sooner!
