Even through all of the signs around the store and through the information that can be found online, this store is not 24hr on the weekends. Don't dare try to buy doughnuts before you go to work in the morning time. All of the employees will act like they don't see you. Seems like every business in Augusta feels it is a privilege for you to be able to do business with them. As a consumer in this area I can see why so many businesses don't last. Maybe if they had some kind of awareness of their surroundings they could learn a few things from their neighbor with the greatest chicken sandwich that we have been so graciously graced with. Customer service goes a long way and this place seems to have none at all.

Island Time doughnuts are advertised on the menu board, that special's over. I was REALLY anticipating! Not fair Krispy Kreme, NOT fair.

My sister and me came to this location on Memorial Day evening around 6/6:15pm and even though I'm disappointed with the false advertising of the Island Time doughnuts on the menu board, there was a very nice lady at drive thru today. She was very pleasant, courteous and helped with advising on how to add points to the Krispy Kreme account. She even ASKED if we needed napkins which is rare these days! Very courteous service! Four stars for customer service!

My husband's favorite - raspberry filled glaze!

The ladies at this location are pleasant & patient! It's National Doughnut Day and there weren't a lot of varieties left & the line was long. Luckily my husband was able to get his favorite doughnut- raspberry filled glaze. All I wanted was HOT glaze doughnuts! Both of our wishes were granted. Unfortunately we took a LOOOOONG time to order (living in N.J., KK is a great treat for us). Thankfully the employee never showed any signs of frustration or impatience. She was always pleasant and patiently answered our questions.

Ugh. The line to the drive through was horrible. It took 15 minutes to get up to the window. It could be because they're short staff for I've seen this before at a Burger King nearby and it was just as bad. Please do better next time. But either way the apple juice and Hazelnut frozen latte were great.

So we are here in the drivethru and people here have the worst attitude. The teller was not friendly.

Who doesn't like fresh doughnuts?? This place has you looking at them right off the assembly line. We came here for a few but ended up buy over a dozen of the famous ones and a some Oreo covered ones as well. The staff was friendly and helpful. Will be back soon.

Hot Doughnuts light (not on at the moment :-/ but oh well), observation window, dining area.

The new Krispy Kreme is clean, service is great, doughnuts are fresh and just as tasty as the old location. I came in specifically for an apple fritter, which they were out of, hence the one missing star. The clerk did inform me regarding what time they would have more available, if I get to try one next time and it lives up to it's reputation I'll revise my review and give that last star. Today I tried the limited edition triple chocolate doughnut they're currently featuring, I'm not a huge chocolate fan so I was a little skeptical, but it didn't disappoint. Neither the filling nor the frosting were too sweet, it was all a really good balance between the milk chocolate frosting, the dark chocolate kreme filling, and the semi sweet mini chocolate chips on one side of the top. Add to that the perfect risen doughnut base that is the trademark of the Krispy Kreme brand, and I was very happy with the recommendation. Give them a try, its a new twist on a local tradition, you're guaranteed polite service, and hello it's a freaking doughnut, you really can't go wrong!!

That one was very convenient to me and it kind of a bummer that they closed it so I have to travel farther to get those delicious doughnuts!!!!

Holy moly. TOP TIER DONUTS. I saw from other reviews that you should get there early to get stuff…read morebecause they run out fast, so I got there at 6am and thank god I did. Literally some of the best donuts i've everrrrr had. Worker was very sweet and explained to me that they filled the donuts to order, so I could get whatever I wanted. Yess!!! Also very cute interior (loved the decorations). You need to try these!!! You'll never regret it..

On a road trip that is NOT going according to plan. Yesterday the car died and this morning the…read morehotel lost power. We needed breakfast, so we walked to the Belair Donuts near the hotel. Where we learned that the whole block was out of power, but they still had their donuts and all... I'm not proud, and my pancreas may never forgive me, but I regret nothing. I was thinking that a donut would be nice. And then I saw the maple bacon twist, so I ordered it. And then my Bride asked "is that an apple fritter?" and the nice young lady behind the counter said "yes, and we also have PEACH!" So we ordered one of those. And then she pointed out the pistachio donut, so I *had* to order that. And then my Bride saw the crème brûlée donut and that completed the order. We paid in cash- I got complimented on my old school coin purse- and repaired to the picnic table outside, where we split each of our treasures in half. And then we ate them all, like the feral little goblins we are. The pistachio donut was not particularly pistachio-y, but was a good frosted donut and had adorable autumn-themed sprinkles on it. The peach fritter was delicious- exactly what I imagined it would taste like. The maple bacon twist was a textbook example of the style, and could only have been improved by putting the maple and bacon toppings on an eclair instead of a cake. (Hint, hint.) The star of the meal was the crème brûlée donut. One of the young ladies piped it full of cream right before she packed it, so it didn't have time to get soggy. Epic donut filled with delicious cream- not some custard goo - and topped with a burnt sugar crust. I will never come back to Augusta without going back to Belair Donuts, and will honestly consider making any trip south from Virginia pass through here just to stop and get another one of those. And as we finished our feast, the lights came back on. Never underestimate the power of great donuts! Literally the best $11.88 (tax included) we've spent this month. (Military discount is available from this veteran-owned business.) We're looking forward to going back tomorrow to see how the kolaches and breakfast burritos are! And to see if they have any more crème brûlée donuts... Edited to add: Breakfast today was sausage, egg and cheese burritos in jalapeño wraps, and we split a cheese kolache and a crème brûlée donut with pumpkin cream cheese filling (small upcharge). Which is actually pumpkin and cream cheese, not just pumpkin spice flavored. 10/10, no notes. The kolache reminds me of my babcia's cooking, and the burritos were plump, hot, and delicious. $17.46 for the whole thing! Tomorrow morning we'll get the bacon egg and cheese, just to round out the collection. Final edit. Bacon egg and cheese burritos were delicious, but I honestly think I liked the overall flavour of the sausage one better. The cream cheese puff (we added the pumpkin cream cheese filling to this one, too!) was remarkable! It has cream cheese in the end opposite the filling hole, so if you're sharing like we did, cut it lengthwise. Which we did! (The little donut voice in my head ftw!) Looking forward to going home, so our next visit comes that much sooner!
