I'm throwing out a solid 4 but with a few concerns. Not from me... but from just about everyone else that visits/reviews this location. I think you just have to know how to handle this location... should that be your job? No, but it is what you get. I love Dunkin! I always have. Chain or no... it's a superior donut and some locations have delicious fast-food breakfasts for your mouth. Some of the reviews for this location report bad customer service and it was definitely noticeable each time I visited. Now, customer service usually isn't something I pay much attention to with any fast food/chain restaurant. I want good customer service when I'm at a sit-down restaurant. Just give me my food in a timely matter and you're golden at a place like this. So on my last Atl trip, this Dunkin was close by. It was super convenient to start my day with a donut and sausage/biscuit. I went here for 3 of my 4 days. One of the things that won me over was that this location had a working kiosk to order food. The process definitely was seamless for me. With that, I'm not sure what it is about this location. It is on a busy highway. It does seem to be a high drive-thru location. If drive-thru is what they primarily focus on, then they should close the door to the store. It seemed properly staffed but confusing all at the same time. On my first visit, ordered at the kiosk, one of the workers came out and said they were out of biscuits. He asked if I wanted my sausage on something else.. ok, fine. I'll take it on a croissant. He bagged and brought my sandwich but forgot to bring my donut. I had to wait on him to come back to ask. The kitchen is kind of out of the way of the donuts and it was super busy. There seemed to be little to zero coordination between ordering, food gathering, and food delivery. To add to my first visit, there was a guy arguing with the cashier. Apparently, he lives right down the street, placed an online order, and was there to pick it up. One problem... the store had no record of the order and the customer had no receipt/confirmation email. He was too upset for me to hang out so I got my food and got out of there. From the Dunkin employee, it seemed like they might deal with that quite often. On another visit during that week, I go in; On this visit, they weren't as busy. Maybe 3 people. There was a UPS guy waiting to order. I go in... as per normal for this location, I go directly to the kiosk and start ordering. As soon as I do that, I hear the UPS guy start talking to me, "Oh, you're supposed to order there." He continued on about how he had been waiting there for 10 minutes. None of the employees said one word to him... not even to tell him to order from the kiosk. On this day... I received my food but also had to wait around to ask for my donut again. Other notes... super busy location. It's also a half Dunkin/half Baskin Robbins location. I was in there early morning so BR hadn't opened yet. I can't imagine the chaos when it is open. As mentioned before, it seems like a drive-thru location where they just don't care about the come-inside customer. That inside experience definitely needs to be streamlined in some way. It would make the customers and employees happier for sure. read more

In the area, I got their Everything stuffed bagel bites on a Saturday morning. There are a handful of seats inside and it is relatively clean. Plenty of parking in their private lot. May come again. read more

I visit often. Usually order a drink with light ice, but on the one occasion I got heavy ice. The store told me that they would not remake the beverage. There was a lady at the drive thru that mentioned that if I came back an hour after my initial order it would be different and a remake would be possible. As a consumer, if I order a drink and head to work, how can I return to the location within an hour to have a drink remade? read more

This was my first visit to this Dunks location even though it's just up the road on Cobb Pkwy. You can't order an Apple fritter from the self service kiosk. We came here as a Friday treat and the line in the drive thru was to the street and at the counter it was to the door. The line doesn't seem to move because people aren't sure if the self service tablet has its own line. Anyhow, we got the half dozen donuts: pumpkin spice, maple, chocolate, Boston crème, and coconut. They were out of stock on Apple spice so we opted for the blueberry. I'd recommend heating them up at home or the office as they are very tasty warmed up! Unfortunately, there's not an efficient way to get in and out while you are on the run. Half a dozen for $9 is not too bad in today's economic environment. read more

5 stars, their breakfast wake up wraps are delicious and magnificent, ! the bacon is fully cooked. The egg is very delicious in the in the bagels are very delicious and the cream cheese is very creamy. Their iced coffee is delicious with some French vanilla pump in there and five packets of sugar with some coffee, five stars definitely thank you so much Dunkin, the staff is amazing ! Felt like having a donut with powdered sugar, so I went through the drive thru and ordered a Bavarian Kreme. The drive thru has a tight curve between the speaker (where customers place their orders) and the drive thru window, so drivers with larger vehicles may want to skip the drive thru and walk inside to order. The employee who took my order and was at the window seemed like he was just going through the motions. I should've looked in the bag before I drove away to make sure that napkins had been included. They weren't. I ended up eating the donut (as I was driving) while it was still inside the bag, almost sticking my face into the bag while using it as my napkin. I still got powdered sugar sprinkled all over my black t-shirt. The cream inside was good, but the donut itself was a little hard and dry. read more

Unfortunately, at the time of this visit, I had attempted to order an Ice Coffee and pastry. And to my dismay, I discovered that Ice Coffee that something this baristo was not aware of or had not been trained to prepare to the customer's request or satisfaction. A WASTE OF A TRIP I took a drive to this location because they are supposed to be open until 11pm. I arrived at 10:38 and to my disappointment, their doors were locked and the people inside didn't even acknowledge the fact that there were people outside them. I wanted a quick meal for driving, I dropped into this Dunkin for a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. That was a mistake. While there was a short line for the register, it moved quickly and the cashiers were making coffee and serving up donuts fast. My sandwich order was taken and while they made the change, the coffee was handed to me. And then, time stopped. This is where the line for the register started to grow and grow. Some people got their food orders. Some more people got their food orders. One guy brought his food order back with a problem. And still, people who came into the shop after me are getting their food. Finally, I get the guy's attention and tell him what I ordered and he was able to put it together. Somewhere in the confusion, the orders got messed up and some stuff got skipped. There were more than a few upset customers today. I try hard not to give out one star reviews. Out of the nearly 2000 reviews I've written so far, less than 2% get the "Eek! Methinks not." and they have earned it. The lesson here is, great coffee and great donuts. This location is always amazing. Today Rushi helped me at the drive through, super nice and friendly. Tis the season for Pumpkin, so I indulged in a glazed Pumpkin Cake doughnut ( I got a fresh batch ) which was flawlessly spiced and not overly sweet which I liked. My large coffee was ideal! I had a really wonderful experience at this particular location. The cashier was so helpful and sweet and everything was made fresh to order. The restaurant was clean and there are plenty of quiet seating options separate from where the line congregates. There are tons of outlets with USB ports as well. The ice creams were all stocked and they seemed to have plenty of help today! I would recommend this location to any one for certain! The dining room is a bit small, so if you have a big crowd this may be a grab and go situation. read more

DD Employees don't really know how to explain their product lines well. I ordered their iced latte and I had to ask if there were flavors to add since she didn't volunteer an option, I chose caramel...then she asked "sweet or unsweet"... ...a bit strange right? How does adding caramel give you any "unsweet" option? She couldn't explain what she meant by the odd question and didn't seem to care that it didn't make sense. Donuts weren't fresh when I went in the afternoon. Not surprising, but not worth many stars on the rating scale. What I do like is the new remodel and the cleaner contemporary look. read more

I'm a big Dunkin' fan. I think they have great coffee, and this location is no different. I typically get a large Vanilla Latte. They use a good ratio of coffee to cream. The service is great. I typically stop at this Dunkin' before going in to work, and there is typically a line in the morning, but it moves quickly. They have the nicest people working. I haven't been here to have ice cream yet, but I'll definitely give it a try. I'll be back! read more

Why is it I always come to a Dunkin' Donuts and there's always someone there who knows nothing about what they're doing? I'm really hating it now. This is the closest Dunkin' Donuts to my house, not mentioning I used to go to a different one that was much better. Whoever this guy is at the window that thinks he's a hot shot, he needs to go. He doesn't know which one of my copies are Heath or pumpkin. It's ridiculous I asked him to ask the lady who made them, because I watched her, but he said no no she won't know. How is that possible? I arrived at the DD on cobb at 5 on the dot this morning. Had to pee so I ran in shortly after the lights came on. Bathroom is useable but tried not to touch too much. Air dryer is a no go. So I dried my hands on my shorts. Service was friendly. I was helped with their new self order screen. I guess it was easy enough. however there was a smell that was very unpleasant. So I figured a few doughnuts and a coffee would be safe. The grand babies will have a special breakfast. Wife doesn't have to cook. 10 miles into my return trip doughnut time..... Bad grease and chocolate frosting. No doughnut flavor. At this point mad. But all is not lost I have a X-Large Coffee with an Expresso boost. I turn up my cup at the half way point and get a mouth full of sugar and coffee grounds. I can't take grounds in my throat it gags me. So I spent the next 20 miles stopping to heave every few minutes. Not sure if they make the doughnuts on site but that was unlike any Dunkin I've been to before. The doughnuts look great, taste awful. Chocolate Frosted is all I bought. Not sure about anything else but not willing to try. I'm out $15.00 for half a cup of coffee. I lost that too. read more

I visit this DD a few times each week and am always afforded quality service and coffee. I usually only frequent here for coffee and pick this over Starbucks simply for their service! They have great staff and the coffee is always fresh. I've had food on several occasions here also and it's really good. The only downfall to this location is trying to exit out and get back on Cobb parkway which isn't their fault, but it can deter me from coming here sometimes. read more

I frequent this location because it's close to my job. Overall they are thorough and friendly. I only ask that they keep muffins and danish items in the tissue paper when they pick it up, then put in your bag. They toss those items in the bag loose with brown napkins! Today my cheese danish had brown napkin stuck to it. Only sandwiches are wrapped in paper. Seems like they are being cheap with supplies. read more

I've visited this location both right when they opened and right as they were about to close (as well as many other times). They were courteous each time and my service was fast and efficient. Typical good Dunkin' fare. But half the staff wear masks pulled down below their noses while preparing or serving food. They may as well cough on the stuff before handing it to you. Mentioned this to the manager; he said they comply with guidelines, checking temps, washing hand, but that doesn't matter if workers mouths and noses aren't masked.
