The young lady that was at the drive thru on Friday 2/14/25 @ 5:55 am is always, kind, calm, and great with customers, She has a smile that warms your heart, and it's a pleasure to see her at the drive thru, she does a great job. This Dunkin routinely takes the cheap way out. The drinks aren't full to the top when you receive them, it doesn't taste like they put the full amount of pumps of syrup, and this week, they are serving coffees with lids they know do not fit the cups. The person in the drive thru said "these lids are very, very loose" and indeed it popped right off the coffee and half of it spilled at the smallest brush of the lid. If you know the lids don't fit, stop serving them and get a new sleeve of lids that do fit. Do the bare minimum to ensure customer satisfaction - don't just give disclaimers, please. I still love Dunkin though, just get your act together. read more

Every customer was treated rudely by the young man at the counter whose parents own the place. No smile. No appreciation for customers. He obviously doesn't want to be here. To top that off, it's slow, and filthy. This place used to be my go-to spot for a quick coffee and consistent service. Disappointing to see it's now a mess. Oh well. I've been to thIs location a bunch of times. It's a DD/BR location. It's always busy during the morning and the drive thru always moves quIckly. There have been a few times where I've ordered an everything bagel and they've been out of them, but overall the staff are nice here and I have no complaints. Quite a few times I've been bothered by the vagrants that frequent the area outside of this store but after denying them money, they go always go away and aren't aggressive...it doesn't deter me from returning. read more

I felt the need to write about the staff at this DD. I'm not really a regular but I've gone a few times in the past couple weeks and they have the absolute nicest staff. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. I typically have my dog with me when I visit and they even asked if I wanted a pup cup for her. I love Dunkin'. Lately, perhaps too much. It all started with my Kuerig and my quickly following love of hazelnut and vanilla flavored coffee. Sure, I can get the pod boxes at Publix, but it is more fun (and sometimes a bit cheaper) to get them at an actual DD. This one is my fave for a few reasons - first, Mita, who is there most weekdays, mid-morning, is so friendly and started to know my face and coffee (XL, sugar free vanilla added, five half-and-halfs on the side) quickly. Second, there always seems to be a sugared donut around even if it's not out on the big display (luck? mita? the devil? dunno, don't care) and third, their merchandise display is big and amusing. Who needs Dunkin' lipbalm or Christmas ornaments? I am not sure, but it sure is fun to browse such random things while waiting for much-needed caffeine. Parking and access can be a little tricky (small lot, corner of two busy streets) but no biggie compared to the friendliness (and cleanliness) of this store. This location is my favorite Dunkin' Donuts! They never mess up my order, even when I give a long complicated order and they are super quick! The staff is so sweet and one of them knew me when I use to stop in every day and I thought he was so sweet! I wish I knew his name because he deserves a raise!!! I like this Dunkin because it's fast, efficient, and my order is always done well. I always keep it simple with an iced latte, so it would seem hard to mess up, but you'd be surprised. This is a joint Baskin Robbins/Dunkin so you could snag an ice cream while you're here. They have oat milk, which is why I skip past the Dunkin on Moreland to come here (Moreland Dunkin never has oat milk). There has never been a line when I've come, but I also come later in the afternoon usually (a bad habit of drinking coffee into the wee hours of the night). The ladies who have served me have been friendly and speedy. My only complaint is that they fill the cup so full of ice that you can have finished half of the medium before you've driven the 5 minutes home. I will request light ice in the future and see if that helps. read more

I'll start with the only good thing I can think of about this place: they allow their employees to bring their kids to work. Childcare is expensive, so I'm glad they are allowed to bring them. The kids I've noticed have never been in the way or bothering their parent/guardian. Now to the reason I wrote this review: this location has gone downhill fast. Employees don't give a crap about anything, can't communicate clearly, and are unwilling to do anything but press what they think are the right buttons on a screen. The last two times I've gone here have been notable disasters. There needs to be new management or a corporate overhaul of training. Here are a couple quick examples of the poor customer service: 1) I ask for a dozen donuts and a 10-count box of munchkins. Cashier rings it in. I look up at the menu boards and realize they are advertising a deal for a dozen donuts and a dozen munchkins for $11 (where was the mention of this deal for which I clearly would have been a good candidate?) The total had been $12 for what I ordered. I ask, "can I do that deal?" and point to the ad. The cashier mumbles and calls her manager over. He looks at the cashier's screen and nods. By this time a line of 3-4 people has formed behind me. She says to me, "it's the same, it's 8 plus 3". I take her word for it (bad idea) and walk out, granted there was no correction for the 2 munchkins I am now short since I first ordered a 10-count. I look at my receipt and it says I was charged $8 and then $3.99. Can Dunkin' employees not even read now? Anyway, 2) this morning I have a free beverage listed on a previous receipt (in fact, the same one from the first situation), apparently because of my DD app usage and points. There's a number, but no QR code. I tried to use the code by handing the receipt to the cashier, and she says "I need the barcode". I said, "oh, this was a receipt from this store and I wasn't given a barcode, I think it has to be typed in." She says, "I can't type it in." Given my previous experience here, I think this is due to lack of effort. I ask her if the code is on the app, and she says she doesn't have the app so she doesn't know (but she works there, so she should know regardless??) she calls the manager over, who has the same lackluster attitude. He explains that the reward will be on my app and shows me how to get there (not really, but I'll give him the credit). How hard is it to direct me to the right location instead of copping an attitude and giving up on the situation? Ordering here is more like pulling teeth from a 4 yr old, so come with low expectations and a good, prepared "WTF?" face! If you have time, go to the Dunkin inside the BP a mile down North Ave to the west by the on-ramp to I-75/I-85. They're nice there and it's becoming a better location every day. If you don't have time, choose a different breakfast place. read more

This location has gone down in service and quality of product. The only time I like to go is when certain DD staff members are there--like Tammy. She seems to be one of the only few that'll get your coffee, hot chocolate, etc. the way you request it. In addition, as I last told them a week ago, the coffee tasted like "water with coffee." The drive thru on this place backs traffic up in all sorts of horrible ways on weekday mornings, but thankfully it's pretty fast to zip into the parking lot, park, and grab your caffeine inside. The new cold brewed iced coffee from Dunkin is pretty decent, and since 32 ounces (!!!) of the stuff will only set you back $3, it's considerably cheaper than the green mermaid for mass produced coffee. If you download their rewards app, you don't ear free drinks quite as quickly as you will at that other place, but you will almost always find digital coupons for 99 cent drinks, which in the long run, I actually prefer. This Dunkin' is also shared with a Baskin N Robbins ice cream, which is a nice nostalgic throwback sometimes when you just want a plain and simple ice cream sundae with no exotic flavors, or a sprinkle ice cream cake for a child's birthday (or for a child at heart). read more

Situated on the border between O4W and Virginia Highland, this DnD has danger written all over it. Ingress/Egress is a little messy depending on the time of day, the day and whether or not the crackheads from North Ave. are lingering a little far from their roosts. Coffee? The best! I'm not a starbucks person nor do I like expensive coffee drinks so this is my magnetic north when it comes to brown, caffeinated beverages. I'm 100% drive-thru, use the app to pay, get my rewards from the app which typically means a free cup of coffee or other menu item around $2.00. My favorite thing here is the sausage and egg on a croissant with hash browns (and aforementioned coffee). Nice folks working here. Always friendly, never forget part of my order and a little friendly banter about the weather. My favorite place to hit up on Saturday or Sunday morning before heading to the Beltline or Piedmont Park with my son. If you don't already have it, get the DD app. Saves you money, time and always a perk to redeem. read more

This coffee is not good ,and it is really expensive for a small amount I've had the machiatto and the latte and both I had to throw out after a few sips ,I don't know if they are using too much expresso or what but my coffee's always taste really bitter .But I will say the customer service is really good and the staff is always kind and friendly which is always a plus. read more

I'm a huge fan of Dunkin Donuts. There is something about the coffee that really rings my bell. Anyway, this one delivers my coffee the right way. I can order and they give it to me the way I like it and I don't have to add sugar like I have to at some places. Each time I visit this location, service is quick and good. That's exactly what I need. I can't give them five stars because I abhor their breakfast sandwiches. Every single one I've had was foul. But, they make up for that with that delicious coffee of theirs. Also, I'm not known for passing up some donuts or donut holes. The bagels are pretty good too. Worst Dunkin Donuts ever. Got a dozen doughnut holes. They were stale. Apparently somebody forgot to get up early and make the donuts. I made an even bigger mistake of getting one of their breakfast sandwiches. It was absolutely disgusting. The bacon was tiny and barely cooked. The egg if you can call it that tasted like it was made out of plastic. I took one bite and threw it away. My iced coffee was watery. Everything was just plan gross. Customer service here during a busy morning at the drive thru is very pleasant. The ladies at the intercom and window are very attentive and actually smile when you see them at the pick up window. I think it's because they're so doped up on sugar from all their new iced coffee flavors they have now. I saw a Dunkin' Donut commercial on their pecan iced coffee and my immediate response was "ew" and the thought of all that watered down sugar got me sick. This morning, I woke up and was really thirsty and was craving something sweet and iced, so I gave in and tried their pecan flavored coffee. I was actually pretty surprised that it wasn't all that bad. A little too sweet for my taste, but I needed the sugary boost. Nuts and bolts: This is in my neighborhood so I have visited a few times since its opening. Order: I usually get a bowtie for myself (sometimes blueberry or pumpkin when in season). For the boyfriend, I get boston cremes. I did get a dozen mixed donuts for co-workers one day. Pros: The staff is really nice. And good salespeople. On one visit, the cashier convinced me to upgrade to a dozen because they were having a special. It was only gonna cost me a couple more dollars to get the dozen. Sure- load me up. On another visit, I ordered a bowtie, but once I got to the window, I was informed that they were out. :-( But to make up for it, they told me that I could get two glazed donuts. Turned my frown upside down. That's a good deal. The place seems to be clean both inside and out. They also seem to look out for the property. I was coming by once and some shady people were messing around with the trees (perhaps they were trying to steal them since they had recently been planted?). Instead of just standing by, one of the employees approached the folks and they ended up dispersing. Cons: One time I came thru and the drive-thru was blocked off. Don't know why, but that kinda sucked. For some reason, the bowties do not taste the same as they once did. Or maybe it is just this location. It was my favorite donut and now I don't like it anymore. Take home: When I am in the mood or have a craving, I will be back. But I give up on the bowties. read more

Regardless of the creatures living in the drive thru window we had just ordered ice cream and they gave us ice cream with no spoon and basically told us they were out of spoons and we would have to just shove our face into the ice cream in order to eat it. On the way home from work yesterday I noticed the "Opening Tomorrow" message on the sign, so when I woke up late, hungry and okay fine maybe a little hungover this morning I decided it would be a good idea to hit the drive-thru. 1. Easy to get to. It's located at the corner of Ponce and Boulevard which can be a busy traffic area but (at least this morning) I had no problem making a left-hand turn from Boulevard into the parking lot. 2. Efficient. Know how sometimes you go to a fast food restaurant and have to wait for them to greet you at the drive-thru intercom or finish preparing your order while you sit at the window? Nope, today I was the one holding things up with my indecision of which bagel to order and search for cash. As soon as I was ready to order the man was ready to take it, as soon as I had the cash the woman had the change, and as soon as I put the change away she was patiently waiting to hand me my breakfast. 3. Pleasant Employees. The two people I interacted with were both friendly in an unscripted kind of way. It wasn't over the top either, it just seemed like they were having a good morning. The man who took my order didn't mind when I took a moment to decide on a bagel, and listed off the different types they have to help me make a selection. And when the woman told me to have a good day and I asked her to have a good day as well, she actually responded! It was nice to have a real exchange like that. read more
