I love Harbor coffee. It has to be one of my favorite places to come on a Saturday and just read a book and hang out. I come out here a lot and just hang out. Get a coffee just chill and they have lots of comfy chairs, kind of like the coffee shop and friends. The baristas are super nice and everyone's always friendly and they always have really great rotating flavors. This time I had the rosemary cardamom latte and it was fantastic. Parking can be tricky, but there's lots of street parking around the neighborhood. Great place to stop by. read more

Casual little coffee shop that you might miss driving by. Kinda has an industrial hipster vibe to it. I came on a Sunday to pass some time; ordered a chai latte with oatmilk and was able to snag a bar seat as someone was leaving - the place isn't huge so if you come to sit for a while and get some work done then maybe be prepared to wait a little bit before grabbing another person's seat once they're done. The barista was very friendly when I ordered, and when I sat down with my book she politely apologized for being nosey while making drinks - I told her no prob & that she wasn't disturbing me. But I appreciated the sentiment. Would definitely come back when I have time to sit, but hopefully during a time when there is a seat available. read more

I've know about Harbor for quite some time. After a coffee shop owner told me Harbor is the only shop in Atlanta that he truly likes, I decided to stop in. I happened to be in the neighborhood walking my pups when I decided to stop in. I was immediately greeted by a smiling barista. Service is important and I appreciate that they not only greet you when you come in. They also acknowledge you when you leave. This particular day I ordered their Orange Ya Grateful seasonal latte. It was very good. Not overly sweet. They carried coffee from Heart Roasters which I hadn't had in a while. The space was much larger than I expected. Though I didn't walk through they seemed to have ample seating. I will come back soon. read more

Seating is really difficult to come by inside, but the proximity to the Beltline makes it a good coffee spot to grab and go for a walk. I have been such a fan of Harbor Coffee, especially recently. Their fall drinks are to die for and they are mixed so well, a perfect balance of espresso, milk, and flavor. Their service is out of this world and you can tell the baristas love what they do. The only thing mI would change about this place is the ability to find parking or else I'd be here everyday! Tucked down a side street of the busy Inman park. It's much bigger in the inside than it looks. With some minimal seating outside you have abit more seating inside, but mostly standing room. I'm a huge oat-milk latte fan and the once I ordered today at Harbor Coffee didn't disappoint! Sometime adding a syrup like vanilla can be too sweet but it was just enough. The stand out here isn't the coffee though. It's the service. The crew was so fun and friendly. They were celebrating a coworkers birthday and it was freaking to see the work the team put in to make them feel celebrated. The infectious energy from the team could be felt through our building. It's a great place to work with plenty of space and great natural lighting. The music was at a great volume and I didn't feel cramped or on top of the people next to me. Even if the coffee wasn't great, I'd give them another visit just because of the welcoming team. read more

We were in the neighborhood and came upon this coffee shop on a side street. It was really crowded and they had a couple of tables outside people were sitting at. Inside, everything was full but there was decent turnover. We got in line behind a few parties and saw the menu once we got close on the counter as there is no menu behind the cashier. They had some really good seasonal offerings on their menu as well. We got our coffee drinks and a sticky rice bun for some food. The coffees came out and were really good. Not sure when our food came out because I didn't realize you pick up the food at a different location on the counter so I just grabbed our coffees thinking the food would come out later. Anyhow, I was good and we moved around a bit as people left. We started on the couch to the left, which was very comfortable and then moved to the bar area where we could watch them make the drinks. Finally, we grabbed a table for 2 and spent the rest of our time there. There are not a ton of outlets here. read more

Forgot to take a picture of our drinks but we came on a weekend and it wasn't super busy. I thought the service we received was okay. It took forever for anyone to acknowledge us at the register. There were three to four employees but they were just chatting amongst themselves the whole time. When we finally ordered, only two drinks were out first and the last drink took extra long. We were sitting at the counter and I just saw the two employees chatting and chatting and finally the guy said we're making your drink now. Even after they were done with the drink they didn't say anything and just left it there, so I just grabbed it without checking if they added the vanilla syrup I had asked for. I thought the matcha was okay, I liked that they use the traditional whisking method but definitely could use two scoops of matcha instead of one because the flavor but overpowered by the milk. I'm not gonna lie, I was so shocked that we didn't like our lattes from this place considering the good reviews. One of us wound up throwing it out, and I gave mine away ): I could have drank it, but I wasn't really enjoying it. Keep in mind, we are very critical with coffee. The coffee here itself was weak and I didn't love the seasonal syrups in mine. I hate to be so critical with the rating, but considering the fact we didn't drink them, I couldn't give a good review. My husband and I had SUCH a sweet experience at Harbor Coffee! We ordered their seasonal iced Summer Thyme cappuccino (an espresso drink with a tea inspired syrup). Harbor Coffee is an amazing spot right of the Beltline in Inman Park!! It just reopened, and they are eager to fill the coffee shop again!! They have an amazing Vday coffee special which is so fun, and the coffee itself is sooo amazing!! I love the vanilla latte!! The workers are all great too! I'm from the suburbs where everyone has a $1 up-charge for alternative milk, so coming here reminded me that there are nice places in the city that are cost-effective and smart about their menu. Very simple menu with a couple of fun options, making sure that the community in the cafe hosts a cohesive vibe! I do wish they had lavender syrup rather than just vanilla or mocha, but I tried the Craft Latte which was a nice flavor. Very cute spot, nice hole-in-the-wall. As of March 2022 they're only open Thurs-Sat, but I hope they got more traction. Great music at the entrance to invite folks in. Downsides not a ton of seating and no wifi but hope that will change once they get a bit more established.
