I asked if I had to do it on the kiosk and they said no but they just kept taking orders for drive-thru and the line just kept getting longer behind me and nobody ever came to take the order. One star is too much. Hands down the WORST experience. First they made my coffee iced instead of hot. Generously they gave me the iced coffee complimentary. we ordered 2 iced chai lattes, one large with no ice and one medium. They handed us 2 lattes out the window but one was barely half full with no ice and was labeled as a large and the "medium" was labeled as a medium but in a large cup. They then told me I got a large for the price of a medium because mine had no ice but the supposed medium was charged as a medium but they gave us a large with ice. I got a moldy English muffin. After much back and forth the resolution was I'd get a free English muffin. I was told staff was aware of the situation. I placed a mobile order for an English muffin and went to pick that up, along with the free English muffin to replace the moldy one. If the employee could have thrown my order at me through the window, I think she would have. Her words: "We took pictures; there's no mold," as if I had lied about the mold?! To add insult to injury I got only the English muffin I paid for, not the additional free one I was supposed to get. Dunkin's hot coffee and their doughnuts are awesome. They are consistent with how everything is made and it is usually really quick. I'm not too sure about their other items as I'm pretty boring when it comes to DD and stick with the hot coffee and doughnuts. read more

Dunkin Donuts, you made me a sad Momma today! All my kids wanted was a good variety of delicious Munchkins' for breakfast today. So I went there hoping for a 50 ct for our family, only to be told they don't have that many, all they can do is a 25 ct and the only flavors they have are glazed and cinnamon. This is not the first time this has happened, the last time I wanted a 25 ct all they had was chocolate and like 4-5 glazed. I looked at other reviews and this, indeed, is just an ongoing problem at this establishment and so that knowledge is definitely going to make it easier to fight these cravings if and when they come agin in the future. We also ordered 3 big and toasted sandwiches and a caramel latte. Again, we were underwhelmed by the B&T's... and usually I have no complaints on these. The caramel latte was great, and much appreciated. They definitely do have it going on with employees, as most of the other Yelpers described, but being friendly and helpful is just bot enough. Afterall, This place is not called Dunkin Employees, it is called Dunkin Donuts...and they are always out of them. Update 5/3/17 I stopped today, Wednesday morning at 8:30 AM. For a caramel swirl latte, and a big and toasted sandwich. I was told they are not able to make sandwiches today. Soooooo yet another disappointment from my area at Dunkin' Donuts. Would you drive 4 hours to get coffee? I did. Why? Because Dunks has cheap prices, flavorful coffee, and fast service (oh and I suppose I was in the area...anyhow...) I don't go here expecting the obnoxiously slap happy yuppie crowd at Starbucks with the equally slap happy yuppie staff. I go here expecting to get in and out and simultaneously spending 5 bucks or less. Some tips for new dunkins addicts: don't get lattes. They pale in comparison to Starbucks in this category. Don't expect it to be amazing. But their coffee, oh Lordy. It makes me so happy to be alive! The flavored coffees are delish--try butter pecan--ahhhmazing. Food is great too. Love the French Toast bagel with Cinnamon cream cheese (be honest, your mouth is watering...) and the chicken salad on croissant is fantastic for lunch. I love Dunkin' Donuts. I had been going to Starbucks which is OK but I don't really care for the burning of beans in the roasting process so I get DD whenever I can. I am new to the area and thought the Dunkin' Donuts was a lot farther away than it was. Once I found out it was just as close as Starbucks its just a right off the highway instead of a left, I have made it my regular coffee place when I don't brew my own. The coffee has always been hot and delicious. The staff has always been friendly as well. Whenever I need a caffeine fix, this will always be the place I go from now on. read more

So happy we have a Dunkin' in our area. Would like to see a few more around the area. I know change is inevitable, but I do miss some of the old employees. They always made our iced coffees just perfect, it was funny that they would see customers cars and would know their order and have it ready for them as they walked in. Some of the new crew members work hard but definitely stress out easy and make a lot of mistakes. Still I won't abandon my Dunkin' Donuts for anywhere else. My favorite place for Iced Coffee! The surest sign of Spring is when they bring Butter Pecan flavor back each year. Only downfall is that corporate has been lacking lately in offers for Perks Members , and specials on Iced Coffee during the summer. Donuts are tasting much better and fresher. Staff continues to rock too. I wish they would make the fancy coffees like in the pictures though. I've had to ask every time to make it with the whip cream and drizzle, otherwise they skip it. I don't understand the stinginess? If a manager/owner reads this, please tell your staff to make the drinks like what is advertised. They cycle almost every two weeks with new people and none of them know how to put a donut in a bag.... A friend and I tried out this Dunkin' Donuts on the morning that they opened their doors. She has been to Dunkin' Donuts many times before, but it was my first visit. I've heard great things about the coffee and I've been wanting to try it for a long time. Before this location opened, the nearest DD store was over 70 miles away. I had a regular coffee with an added free mocha flavoring. My friend had an Iced White Pumpkin Mocha (which I ended up drinking most of because she didn't like it). I also tried a sample of a donut (I'm not a big donut person). The coffee: it was pretty good. My issue with the coffee is that it costs the same as coffee from a coffee house or Starbucks, but isn't quite as good. I'd put it on-par with above-average gas station coffee, but it's more expensive. Unfortunately, that means the coffee isn't a great value. It might be worth it though if they offer free refills. I regularly will sit someplace and drink coffee and use wifi. However, on my trip to DD, they were very busy and the wifi didn't appear to be working. I didn't ask about refills or try to stay. The Iced White Pumpkin Mocha: no good. It was too bitter and not sweet enough for what it was. It was also not a very good value. Better drinks can be had for the same price at other coffee shops, including Starbucks or Caribou Coffee. The donut sample: To echo what I've said above, not bad, but not a great value. About as good as an above-average gas station donut, but more expensive. Overall I wasn't super impressed, but I wasn't exactly disappointed either since I had nothing to compare it to. Unfortunately, the only comparison I can make is to Starbucks since I drink coffee out of the house there more often then anywhere else, and in that contest, DD doesn't offer a great value. I will give them a month or two to iron out the kinks and give them another shot however. read more

My wife & I stop at the Dunkin' off Calumet nearly 5 times a week for their blueberry iced coffee - it's the best & worst though depending on who's working. Consistency is not their specialty at all. I've suggested doing some training so it's always the same. Sometimes it's the best though & is why we keep going, but the off times are starting to weigh in more than the spot on times lately. I picked up some doughnut holes on my way to work for my birthday. The doughnut holes were fine and well received at my workplace. The bad part was getting them. The food here is 1/2 the quality of gas station food. Only get the donuts. They also put meat on an "Egg Amr EngM" which is just egg and cheese on a english muffin, but WHO KNEW you also get nasty, frozen, week old looking ham on it too! Hashbrowns were nasty as well. Weird seasoning, consistency and hardly lukewarm. I could only eat half of the Double Sausage bagel, and I love breakfast sandwhiches. I cannot write enough bad things about this franchisee. But here goes: Do NOT go to this location if you're looking for donut holes (munchkins) as a Sunday-after-church treat. I've been turned away empty-handed more than once. On a separate occasion, I was offered a limited selection. Today I got wise and called ahead. The 1st call went to an answering machine on a no-answer. No problem there; the counter takes priority. But, the answering machine greeting was swift & terse: "Please leave a message". No "Hi you've reached..., our hours are, we can't take your call now". Incredible! I called back & got a live person. At 10:42 am I was told they have no product. I stopped at a grocery store where there was a full selection. That'll be my new go-to place on Sunday. Never again will I attempt to shop DD. I suspect that if DD corporate were on the ball, they would recognize that this location has BIG problems: lower sales, higher employee turnover, and other awful stats that directly are attributed to poor management. So this was my first experience at a DD and I can't say I'll go back. I ordered an iced macchiato with flavoring but it was so OBNOXIOUSLY sweet;the customer service I received was terrible. As a barista, I can say that if I were to act like this I would be fired. When we got to the window there was no greeting. He even mocked my friend and I when we told him we worked at another coffee shop but wanted to give DDa try. When we drove away wiWe went back through the drive thru and asked it to be remade in the most polite way possible since we have to deal with the same sort of thing where we worked. The man in drive thru responded with only "yup"s and "I don't know what you expect me to do you wanted flavoring". When I asked politely if it was possible to only put one pump he just paused and said "yup". When I got to the window for my new drink, he said nothing to us even though we thanked him for remaking it. My drink wasn't full, and this time they had NO flavoring. I've been to plenty of Dunkin Donuts before, but the first and last time I came to this specific store, I was very disappointed by the quality of the food. My party ordered drinks and donuts, which were satisfying, other than the fact that half of our drinks were wrong. The disappointing part came when we got our food. Our bagel, donut fries and pretzel bites were all hard, and were not even the slightest bit warm. On top of that, the person taking our order was rushing us the whole time (without other customers in line) and did not even give us a receipt. Horrible customer service!! Incompetent employees and manager!! All I wanted to know was if the vanilla latte had artificial sweetener in it.
