I love some delicious Vietnamese Che (desserts). Realistically my rating is 3.5 stars but I'm rounding it up for them. I'm a huge fan of the classic Che Ba Mau (Tri Color Che) which is a three bean dessert with coconut milk and all the delicious assortment it's mixed with. There fore I got the same here but as it mentioned on the menu there is no bean added in there so I realized a little too late. It was still nice and flavorful but I believe having beans would thicken and make the dessert much more creamier. Along with it I also tried their Corn Pandan Che which is practically the Tri Color Che with corn cream. It was good as well. Will definitely try other items next time. There's a nice seating area inside as well. read more

Tried this for the first time and will have to say it's a pretty decent spot. I think for $1 more is a bit much considering the durian ice cream is the tiniest scoop I've never seen. Otherwise, the house special is pretty solid. You are paying for the modern vibe. Inside is very simple, modern, and clean. Service was friendly and quick as well. I think between ordering and receiving your food was roughly 10 min. Still can't go wrong with the OG che places in Garden Grove/Westminster, but I'd come back here! read more

It was good (!) but kinda expensive for the serving size. I got the Thai dessert for $6 and it tasted very nice, fresh, sweet but there was not as much stuff/fruits as I'm used to, and there was lot of milk & ice left after eating the yummy fruits and jellies. My husband on the other hand got the special for $7 and was very happy with it, thought it was great. read more

I'm not gonna lie, the desserts here are a little different then im use to but nonetheless the flavors are still very good. My mother in law loves che and so when we take her out, we're always trying new spots. this place is very modern compared to all the other places. they have their own spin on the traditional ches and i believe everything is made in house. read more

It is 2026 and I decided to come here to get Che. It's my first time coming here. I walked in here and there was the restaurant special. I picked the one with durian and peanuts on top. There was even grass jelly, too. It really brought back memories of when I was in my early teens, and eating grass jelly for the first time. It was really wonderful. It was a small place. Decided to try out this new Chè place that I saw advertised on TikTok and I love it so much I went twice in a row! The first time I went, I got the Tri-Color Chè and added durian ice cream. I like how I was able to adjust the sweetness to make it less sweet. The day after I took my mom and she tried the House Special Chè and she loved it! She liked the variety of toppings and commented on the perfect sweetness level as well (ordered less sweet). Can't be in Westminster without stopping by for some viet dessert. I got the #3, it was a bit too sweet for me and I love my sweets so I would recommend getting less sweet. My friend got the pandan one and honestly was a little chalky but it got better as you eat it and mix it. Overall would still recommend but just keep those two points in mind! read more

Over all those years, they have never disappointed me and continue to serve really good food. I usually get the beef brisket pho and it's really good. The noodles are just the right texture, the broth is clean and flavorful, and the meat tastes fresh and tender. Their dui bo is also very good, but usually runs out after 1:00 or 2:00 pm, since they only have a limited amount of this item every day. The meat is fall off the bone tender and has a more fatty flavor to it. It usually sits in some broth that absorbs that beefy and fatty flavor from the bone. A great addition to any bowl of pho. Alternatively, I sometimes also get the bun thit nuong and it's very good. The eggrolls it comes with is wrapped with rice paper, so when it's fried up, it has such a satisfying crunch and texture to it. The thit nuong is has a nice smokey, grilled flavor to it. The shrimps are okay as well. This is a very satisfying and filling dish, so if you're looking for a high volume dish, this may be the one to get. Expect long lines during peak hours. I can confirm though that the wait is worth it! Service is always very good. The ambiance on the inside is fine, very plain and unassuming in my opinion. It's really the pho that shines through at this restaurant. Parking can be a little tricky during peak hours.

Put your name on the list hanging outside the door and they will call you when ready! We were sat almost immediately though. Inside is a large scale mom and pop shop that is FILLED with people and workers. We ordered a medium and large #23 pho and 2 waters, we got everything not even 5 minutes later. When I tell you this is the BEST broth I've ever had, it blew me away. I'm not one to usually order extra noodles but for this place I would order as many noodles until I ran out of broth, it is that good. Noodles were on the soggier side, I'm not picky about noodles but if you are then this is something to consider. Portions were huge for the price, very happy with that. CASH ONLY. I didn't see an ATM there but I'm sure they had one. Will always recommend and they have a new customer for whenever I'm in OC.

The broth was rich, comforting, and super flavorful without feeling too heavy, and you could really taste the quality of the meat. My favorite dish from the meal was definitely the shaken beef because it was so tender and packed with flavor. I also really appreciated that the entire menu is halal certified because it makes the spot feel even more special and inclusive. Overall such a comforting meal and definitely somewhere I'd come back to again.
