    Pandan Coconut

Off the 22, Dulche is a small desserts shop, specifically che, which is a Vietnamese dessert. They make a good variety of different options, and it's pretty quick. I got the pandan coconut, since I really enjoy pandan. One of my favorite toppings are the red rubies, so I got some on the side for 90 cents. Altogether it's super refreshing for the summer heat and the toppings all complement each other with their textures and flavors they add!

Corn Pandan is very flavorful. I ordered less sweet but it's still a bit too sweet for my taste. The place is clean and simple in design.

I've been looking for new Chè spots in OC and this place did not disappoint! Place is clean and sleek, and the workers were nice and quick We ended up getting the Pandan coconut Che that includes Creamy pandan milk layered with pandan and coconut jelly with a bit of mung bean paste. We also got crunchy rubies on the side to add a good crunch! This dessert is more on the sweeter side but it's super refreshing. I'd definitely come back here again to try out other dessert combos they have :)

Must try: House Special Che! Why: It has a little bit of sweet everything with a scoop of creamy Durian Ice Cream on top! Various textures from soft chewy to crunchy. Flavor blast in your mouth that's creamy and sweet. Great refreshing treat for a hot day. I'm so glad a friend recommended this place because my parents also loved it and it's our fav Vietnamese dessert place right now. We appreciated the short and wide cup base to make it easier to enjoy. They can also do ice on the side in separate cup. Writing this up makes me want to drive and get another one!

This is niceeee. The chẻ was really well made. I think the only lacking ingredient were the water chestnuts. It was be nice if there was an order board so you know when yours is ready. But there's not a huge line so it's fine. Service is lackadaisical, though I expected as much. The tables were clean enough and the place looks vibrant.

Dulche is a small Vietnamese dessert shop located in the midsts of Garden Grove. Today, my girlfriend and I wanted to treat ourselves to dessert since the weather was on the warmer side. The shop is small but very clean and nicely designed. There are two tables in the middle and seats on the sides as well for people who want to sit down and enjoy a nice treat. We got the Pandan Coconut Che (the green one) and the Mango Pomelo Che. They were both delicious! The Pandan Coconut Che has a strong Pandan flavor with green jellies of various sizes. It also has pieces of fresh coconut! It's sweet, refreshing, and definitely for people who enjoy the taste of Pandan. The Mango Pomelo Che was the perfect combination of sweet and refreshing. The taste of mango was definitely present and inside were pieces of coconut, and many, many different varieties of jellies that complement the dessert perfectly. Would come back on a hot day!

Found this little gem and I'm obsessed. I love anything pandan, and their pandan coconut chè is so good -- you can actually taste the pandan. The ambience is cozy and cute, and the staff is friendly. I can't wait to come back and try more items.

Was looking for a dessert option while in Anaheim this week and this place was perfect. It was so refreshing and delicious. The pandan jelly was the best Ive ever had, it had the right texture and I like how stringy it was. The coconut jelly and mung bean paste were also great. We tried the pandan coconut and tricolor. I cant pick a favorite because they were both great. The shop itslef is really cute and clean with a good amount of seating. The service was quick and the employees were both really nice.

My little family was in the area and I was initially Yelping to find a boba spot but Dulche popped up and after seeing the menu and photos I was super curious about Dulche. We made it with 15 minutes to spare before closing. Staff were really nice and friendly. Ordered: Pandan Coconut Mango Pomelo Che Gyokuro Green Milk Tea Honestly, I really enjoyed all of the items we ordered. You can customize the sweetness level but I ordered everything regular sweet and thought it tasted fine. The flavors were on point and really hit the spot. The sweet cravings I needed to cap off the night was satisfied with Dulche. 2 thumbs up from this Yelper. We definitely will be back next time because there are other things on the menu I want to try. Super excited for my return. If you love Vietnamese dessert with a modern take, this spot is your spot to check out! Tips: *Restroom available for customers *Indoor seating only *Credit card accepted *Shared parking lot with other local businesses.

A nice little Vietnamese dessert spot on Garden Grove Blvd. It has a nice simple white modern aesthetic with green accents. They offer both Vietnamese ché and drinks. I ordered the Pandan coconut which was just the right amount of sweetness. The cashier was very nice and offered different suggestions. I do want to try their classic tricolor next!

This is the perfect dessert to cool off on a hot day. Mango pomelo Che $8 - the pomelo wasn't as sweet but it balanced with the other sweet elements. I wasn't a big fan of the coconut pudding (?), it was a bit slimy. Pandan coconut Che $7 - my favorite!

My party of 4 came in close to closing time but the workers were quick with taking our order. The cashier was nice to answer our questions. The menu is fairly simple and straightforward. They have your typical vietnamese dessert and some unique ones such as a mix of pandan and coconut. I ordered the Special, Che Thai, and the number 4. I got a complimentary Gyokuru Green milk tea and omg I have to come back for it, it was so good. There is plenty of seating inside as well.

What I ordered: Coco Pandan Mousse DESSERT: 8/10 I loved how light my mousse was. Most importantly, it actually tasted like pandan! I was worried the pandan flavor was going to be mid and subtle, but each bite had a great pandan flavor. I had a bit of a drive back to my hotel, so I was advised to order mine frozen. I'm glad I took the staff member's advice because by the time I got to my hotel and finished dinner, it had thawed out perfectly. It was still cold-ish, room temp in the best way possible. SERVICE: 9/10 Great customer service! Upon arrival, the staff member who helped me was very nice. I was indecisive about what to order, so I really appreciated that she gave me a rundown and some suggestions on their most popular dishes. Most importantly, I appreciated her concern about my dessert melting by the time I got back to my hotel. If it wasn't for her and her advice to order the dessert frozen, I wouldn't have known and probably would've ended up with a deconstructed dessert. The way she packaged my dessert was also very helpful and considerate. AMBIANCE: 9/10 Definitely a cute place, and I can see this being a great go-to spot for groups. I loved how the back seating area had so many Polaroids plastered all over the walls. There are different types of seating depending on what you're in the mood for, and each seating area has a different vibe. There's also plenty of outdoor seating if you want to enjoy the weather while having your dessert!

The owner clearly holds this location to a high standard, especially compared to the Bolsa locations. I haven't ordered a single item that wasn't fresh, although it may help that I usually stop by right when they open. What really stands out is how much the staff cares about the customer experience. They're friendly, work efficiently, and get your food out quickly so you can get on with your day. The prices are fair, especially considering inflation as of July 2026. My usual order is four bánh bao and a chè for a snack, which comes to about $17.95. This location is also very convenient if you're heading northbound on Brookhurst, which is my usual route to work. Parking can be a little tricky, but customers are in and out pretty quickly, so it's usually not a problem. If you're in the area, definitely give this place a try. Their bánh mì heo quay is also really good! My only suggestion would be to add a little more pickled carrot and daikon to the sandwiches. Other than that, this place is an easy 5 stars.

He was rushing my mom and felt irritated that she was asking questions. There were rau cau that came in singles and rau cau that came in 6. I never knew that the ones that came in six were just display and not for sale. My mom wanted to save the dude from grabbing single ones, so she asked for the tray of 6 Pandan coconut. He gave my mom attitude saying that he only sell the single ones. If she insisted in buying the tray of 6 then it will be extra cost. Lol in that case we rather get in singles..duh! But here's the thing: I wouldn't recommend it this strongly if the coffee and donuts weren't genuinely delicious. I've actually ordered from CED for group orders at my company, and every single time, people rave about the coffee, matcha, salt bread and donuts. That's when you know it's not just "my friend's business"--the food really speaks for itself! The coffee is smooth and satisfying, the donuts are fresh and delicious, and there's something about bringing a box of CED donuts to the office that instantly makes everyone happier. So yes, I'm proudly biased about the owner--but I'm also a very happy repeat customer. If you're looking for a great local coffee and pastry shop, put CED on your list. Support this small business, grab a coffee, matcha, Salt Bread or get a fancy donut (or two... no judgment), and see for yourself! Five stars from a proud friend--and an even happier customer.
