    Tri-color chè

I have been craving for some Che and made my way here. The menu is very simple with decent prices. Ordered the Tri-Color and it was so refreshing! The coconut milk wasn't too sweet. I wish I ordered another to take home.

There aren't many places dedicated to che, so I really wanted to like Dulche. The space and service was great, a nice place to hang out, but the che itself was disappointing. I ordered the pandan coconut che and it was just fine. The coconut flavor is strong, the pandan was less so, it was sweet, and the toppings were pretty soft. It just left this odd, filmy feeling in my mouth that was off-putting and I couldn't get over it.

I love che so much but it's so hard to find near me, so I end up driving all the way to Garden Grove every time I have a che craving. I like to try new places every time, and I can say that Dulche is one of the best I've tried! Got the corn milk one which I've never seen before, and it was so good I loved the corn flavor with all the toppings. I also think jackfruit is mandatory for che so I got an order of it on the side so good. Will mention the che is on the smaller side compared to other places I've tried in GG, but will be back just for this corn flavor!

pandan coconut che and mango pomelo che

I ordered the pandan coconut che and mango pomelo che. The pandan coconut che was on the sweeter side compared to the mango pomelo che. Both were refreshing and yummy. I like how they give lots of toppings in the dessert. They also sell drinks as well. Overall, the che was good and service was quick. I would be back again for my dessert fix.

I love a dessert that isn't too sweet and I love having multiple textures. This is a cute spot. I didn't really like the durian ice cream but the rest of the dulche was so good.

A nice dessert place! We got the pandan coconut and it was pretty strong pandan flavor. I enjoyed it and it comes out fast! Lots of parking and sitting space!

Such a cute and extremely clean Vietnamese dessert spot! I love that it's their own modern spin on the traditional chè, and even the name is clever -- inspired by both Latin and Vietnamese origins, which makes it super catchy and unique. The menu is simple (only about eight drinks), but they're customizable and thoughtfully put together. Everything is very reasonably priced -- around $7, even for the house special, which is what we tried. I absolutely loved that it wasn't overly sweet. The house special comes with a scoop of durian ice cream, and when you mix it into the drink, it adds a little extra sweetness without overpowering it. Still perfectly balanced! If you order to-go, they thoughtfully pack the ice cream separately so it stays fresh. Service was quick, and you can really taste the quality -- all the add-ins were fresh and clearly made from scratch. It was such a refreshing change from your typical boba tea spot. I'll definitely be back!

Easy Vietnamese desserts in a strip mall. Went for after dinner desserts. Had the mango pomelo dessert - kind of reminded me of halo halo vibes a bit with all the fruit in it. Definitely enjoyed it and would get it again (or really try a different dessert for funsies).

This new Vietnamese dessert shop just opened, so I need to try it. Che is a Vietnamese dessert commonly found at parties. Corn (5/5); Perfectly sweet and flavorful. Really enjoyed all the toppings.

Desert wasn't bad, but definitely not worth $7-$8 for a very small cup. Same type of Vietnamese chè as other shops around little saigon with cheaper pricing and more topping choices. I'm not sure if i would return. This might be one time try to experience kind of place.

My husband wanted to have some DESSERTS and particularly Vietnamese dessert so he found this place on YELP... PANDAN CHE: 7/10 I thought it was too sweet to devour without entering the diabetic zone. Maybe if you put it into a bowl and add some ice it might help dilute the sweetness and become more enjoyable to consume... WAIT TIME: 20 minutes SERVICE: C+ One man show at the cashier. Didn't seem too chatty or welcoming. There was no eye contact or greeting. I thought an AI or self kiosk might have been a BETTER option in this case... AMBIANCE: Modern Chic. There are also BUMS around there so be careful. There was a lot of young people there; College kids or teens so maybe they can handle the sweetness and not get diabetes yet ;) And GREAT FOR PEOPLE with LOW blood SUGAR!!! KEEP TRYING DULCHE!!!

The staff is friendly and the che hits the spot. I do wish they had an earlier opening time. It's a great spot to take people who are unfamiliar with che since everything is laid out very well for them. I personally still skew towards the more traditional spots. There's parking in their lot right in front.

House special with durian ice cream
    Elena D.

Wanted to try out the Vietnamese desert. Ordered the house special che with the durian ice cream. It was a coconut milk with ice and assorted jellies. It was refreshing and not sweet at all. I had durian ice cream separated cos I'm intimidated by it but it was actually light and creamy. Staff was friendly.

Finally my husband dragged me here, and I am beyond impressed with their che! What we've tried so far: Coconut and ube ball: Possibly my favorite che here!!! The ube ball is perfectly soft and chewy and has the right amount of ube flavor. I don't know how they prepare the coconut but it's ridiculously smooth and soft???? AMAZING! Their coconut base/liquid is light and refreshing, not heavy or too sweet at all. I don't know if some people might think it's slightly watery? But I think it's better this way, lol. We also had the coconut special, which is the same as the above, but with the addition of flan. The flan was not for me. It was thick and weighed down the lightness of the dessert, in my opinion. Pandan and grass jelly: Wish the pandan was just slightlyyy chewier, but overall, good pandan flavor. Also very generous with the amount of grass jelly included. Again, love how light the coconut base is. Avocado: Full of avocado flavor and I love the little chunks of avocado as well. The avocado pudding was delicious and I liked it much better compared to their flan. Easily my new favorite che place. Everything we've tried here has been so light, perfectly sweet, and delicious. Workers are friendly, and even when there is a long line, they make the che efficiently and quickly. There's plenty of tables inside to enjoy your dessert but it definitely gets crowded and fills up fast! If you're looking for a new che place, I cannot recommend this place enough!

Well I finally got a chance to go in.. The wait wasn't too long but there was still a bunch of people inside. There wasn't much room to wait either, people were sardines in there. I got their coconut special, there were some aspects of it that were good, but overall it just felt like too much inside the che. Too much in a sense that not all the ingredients complimented each other.

Thought that was really weird and off-putting. The tables inside are really uncomfortably low so not the best place to study in my opinion. Also the AC was blasting so I was really cold, which is rare for me because I run really warm. Coffee wasn't that great to me, it tasted pretty smoky and I barely tasted the flavor in my tiramisu latte. What I would come back for are some of the pastries that I had! The ham and cheese croissant was fine, I probably wouldn't get it again. Also it was still cold in the inside even after they heated it up. For the salt breads, my favorite were the truffle, mentaiko, and bacon and scallion. I just wish there was more filling for the mentaiko and the bacon and scallion rolls. The egg sando one was a bit too creamy and heavy for me because the roll was already so buttery. I'd probably skip the creme brulee one for the same reason because it was sooo sweet and overwhelming. If I were to come back I'd probably just get one salt bread because it lowkey made me feel sick after eating it. I think it was just the sheer amount of butter in each roll but they are so yummy and addicting!
