The che is oh so GOOD & since they offer flavors outside the norm, it was more exciting to explore the menu. Packaging is also great & convenient for on the go w/ big cup width, so you won't spill & can easily use straw &/or spoon. Our order came out right away; service was very helpful & prompt. The store is very cute & parking is fair, but one thing to complain about is that it was REALLY hot in the store. Hotter than outside in the daylight. I don't know how the workers & anyone else in the store weren't sweating. It also smelled like my dog's paws, which was actually endearing bc it made me think of her the whole time I was in there. Dessert was GOOOOOOD. So many great options. We got everything to go but I got the mango+pomelo. Loved the balance of biting on bitter/tangy pomelo pulp & sweet squishy jelly. No obvious artificial flavorings that were off putting. Every sip & bite was delightful. Such a cute and extremely clean Vietnamese dessert spot! I love that it's their own modern spin on the traditional chè, and even the name is clever -- inspired by both Latin and Vietnamese origins, which makes it super catchy and unique. The menu is simple (only about eight drinks), but they're customizable and thoughtfully put together. Everything is very reasonably priced -- around $7, even for the house special, which is what we tried. I absolutely loved that it wasn't overly sweet. The house special comes with a scoop of durian ice cream, and when you mix it into the drink, it adds a little extra sweetness without overpowering it. Still perfectly balanced! To all my foodie lovers..if you are like me, I ALWAYS have room for some dessert after a meal, so the besties recommended this spot near the restaurant that we were dining for the night. Dulché is a cute ché joint towards one end of the Hanmi plaza strip mall. The dessert spot is small on the inside, with a handful of tables & chairs. There isn't much fancy decor, maybe a fake/real plant in the front window corner & just advertisement pics of their ché decorating the walls. The menu is pretty minimal..think like In-n-Out ~ a few items (and drinks), but made with great quality. The staff was friendly and efficient taking our order. The hubs & I were still full from our dinner, so we opt'd to share a dessert. Our go-to is always the Ché Ba Maù aka Tricolor Ché. It was odd that they don't offer red beans in their dessert which is usually a staple ingredient of the ché, so that's one thing that I felt was missing. Otherwise, the ché was excellent. Not a crazy amount of ice, leaving you little dessert. The coconut milk wasn't overly sweet. Everything else married perfectly. For the size and $8 price tag however, idk if it's a repeater for me. Being in Vietville, there are PLENTY of other ché places for cheaper and with the same flavors AND red bean! Lol Dulché was a good try and it satisfied my sweet tooth for the night. They don't do any baked desserts and are strictly just a che place. However, they have a great variety including your typical house special and che thai. But they also have pandan, corn, and coconut specialty ones. Their portion is bigger than other places and one is shareable. I love that they don't put in too much ice and isn't too overly sweet. The only thing I don't like was there were no spoons only straws. I ended up getting two for me and my mom. I found Dulche to probably be the most affordable if you compare it to other che places. Chè Dac Biet/House: the durian ice cream is very durian forward and dominates the chè flavor. Slightly more sweet than the other chè but a decent amount of toppings. Minimal amount of ice too. Corn Pandan Chè: very corny but not too sweet so it was well balanced. Almost like the chè thái but with corn flavor. Chè Thái: more ice but it was decent. Definitely the weaker of the three. It was almost the most basic one if you're going simple. King Phoenix Oolong: pretty solid with good tea flavor. Ask for less sweet because it was still 75% sugar level. Gyokuro Milk Tea: strong green tea without the bitterness. Just as tasty as the King Phoenix. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a better version of Bake & Chè. read more

Was excited to try but a big disappointment for me. I ordered two #2 tri color and one #7 corn pandan. The girl charged only two and forgot the third. Had to run my card twice. For $7 a cup plus tax and tip, it's quite small. The cups are a bit fatter but short and full of ice. I took a photo of the #2 and #7. The yellow in the photo popped out and I'm excited to try my "corn" and pandan. When I got home, they all slightly melted and I couldn't tell them apart. I would recommend that the shop place tags on the cup so we know which is which. When I finally took a bite, what I thought was "corn" was mung bean. Taking a closer look, I don't think I got #7 corn pandan but I got #1. It had a bunch of other stuff like white and green jelly, red chestnut that I'm not a fan of. It had mostly green jelly in the shape of the green pandan. Didn't appreciate that because I felt tricked. The menu also seem to rotate. I came in thinking I wanted avocado based on previous reviews but that was no longer on the menu, seems like it got replaced by the corn pandan. There are so many chè places that I would not go back due to my experience. The parking lot is also not the best when you have a few restaurants open late nearby. Saw this dessert place on social media and I knew I had to try, because I was craving che. This location is tucked away in a relatively busy plaza, but you should be able to find parking regardless - there are many restaurants nearby. The interior is cozy, similar to a cafe. Our dessert (the Pandan Coconut Che) was out within 5 minutes of us ordering. Although we waited awhile to enjoy our che, it was still delicious and flavorful. This place is cute, the workers were friendly, but I really wish the menu had a bit more description for those of us who aren't super familiar with the different ches! Inside is very cute, the furniture is unique. I think it would be a fun place to hang with my friends if they were nearby. I think it would help to have some background music on. The AC was also not on, but I get it times are tough $$. Otherwise my che - I felt - was too sweet! The travesty. The tiny cup, maybe if it was taller or had more ice so it could melt better into the sugary coconut milk. The toppings took up half the cup. I liked the little balls and the water chestnuts were small but that's to be expected. My BFs milk tea was delicious, but again too sweet.
