When I placed the order it said to pick up in 20 minutes but in actual time our order was ready for at least 35 minutes. My husband really enjoyed his burrito almost as good as the ones we got when living in California. My taco was very good, so much chicken on it and the Baja sauce was so tasty! Back then, tacos were under fifty cents, so I went as often as I could afford. That taste stayed with me. Fast forward to a couple of years ago when I discovered A1A Burrito Works. I walked in, and to be honest, the decor didn't impress me. But I wasn't there for ambiance. I ordered two tacos to go and headed back to my car. That's where everything changed. I tried to eat while driving. That was a mistake. These tacos were massive, packed with meat, lettuce, and everything that comes with "The Works." I had to pull over just to properly enjoy them. And then it hit me. One bite took me straight back to 1971. After decades of eating tacos all over the place, these were the first ones that brought that feeling back. The same bold flavor. The same satisfaction. The same experience I never forgot. Since then, I don't go anywhere else for tacos. If you care about flashy interiors, this might not be your place.
