First time going in here and it was delicious! I have 5o bring my daughter next time. They have a fairly simple menu and the employee helped explain all the toppings, glazed, or fillings you can get which makes for s super customizable dessert! The churros themselves were delicious! Better then Disneyland and costco!! Guys!! I'm so glad we stopped here and tried some. The loop with Bavarian dip 10/10 my mom got the El Grande with mango dip she was in heaven these are fresh made to order and they were quick too. You can watch them make them. They have free wifi and great out door seating, so Clean and Super stylish and friendly and family owned....they even had the fryer for the churros handmade in Spain!! read more

Just came for the first time ... loved this cute place! The girl named Jessie working at the front counter was so incredibly amazing upbeat explained everything they offered. Such a great new concept for treats, that completely beats ice cream shops alone! We will return and have more of the fun small bites with amazing ice cream Jessie suggested! read more

Great!!! Delicious!!! Treat!!!! Stumbled upon this place today and it was worth the drive to bring the kids back. The most reasonably priced family treat in town hands down. My kids were fans immediately and they loved watching the churros being made. I love the authentic Mexican drinks on hand as well. My friend and I decided to try this place when we wanted a sweet snack. They have a lot of different options for churros, including fillings and soft serve. Their drink options are plenty as well, including horchata and they even serve Cartel coffee. I just hate when I leave less than 5 stars for a family owned spot but I can't justify the 5. We went in the evening to give this spot a try. There were tons of people inside which should mean something good, even great! Really disappointed that the Owner took our order and didn't even mention the "hot chocolate" that you get in Spain was on the "drink" side of the menu. I mean, we've been to Spain and ate churros con chocolaté all over that place and everyone knows that's the ONLY way to go. We each ordered different types of churros with that thick, yuck chocolate they have in plastic containers sitting on the counter (seems kinda gross), and the Owner even mentions it's hard. And once my husband found the hot chocolate we went back up and ordered that to dunk in. Things got better but maybe slim the menu down and show us Arizonans how they really do churros. Too much fluff on the menu = too much mediocre food. read more

Fresh handmade churros that you can customize to your liking. You can get the churro El Grande which is like your regular churro, Loop, Spaniard, bites and filled. Then you can choose a dip, glaze and toppings which are an extra 50 cents for each. Dips( mango, guava,chocolate, cream cheese or Bavarian ). Glaze-( strawberry, chocolate or glaze). Toppings- (sprinkles, Oreos,almonds and marshmallows). Soft serve flavors( extra $2.00) vanilla & chocolate. I ordered the loop glazed with white chocolate, sprinkles on top served with a vanilla soft serve. My husband ordered the churro filled with Nutella in chocolate soft serve. My churro was a bit over cooked so it didn't taste as great. I'm giving this place a 3.8 because of my over cooked churro and I wish the churro was a little bit bigger for the price. I do like that the churros are handmade and you can see them making it. This place also doesn't offer a lot of seating so it was super crowded and you felt rush to eat your dessert so others could sit down next to eat there's. However I know this place just opened so they probably have some stuff they will try to work on to make it better. If I'm ever in the area, I'll come give it another try. read more

Dulce is brand new to Gilbert! Our staff has been talking about going since it opened so we finally gave it a try. The churros were pretty good- I got the Spaniard loop style ones. They make the dough there and fry them when you order, so that's pretty cool. The only thing is, if it's busier inside, prepare to wait. We waited just about 20 minutes, understandably, but skip it if you're in a rush :) read more

Not too impressed. Hubby had a large-size churro, no fillings, glazes or toppings. It was just okay, as we didn't realize you needed to order them with sugar. It was very plain with nothing on it. I ordered the Spaniard, which is four smaller size loops, and they were not okay. They were hard and dry, and since they didn't appear to be overcooked, I'm guessing they were old?? They were crumbly outside and the inside was hard. I also ordered the premium Spanish-style chocolate dip, which is supposed to be a thick cup of chocolate and thicker than the usual chocolate dip. However, it was thin and runny, like a cup of cocoa, and not at all what I was expecting. It was also heated to blazes in the microwave, so getting the lid off was a tricky task. read more

It was my first time here, and it was a good experience. Very packed place, but the wait wasn't to bad! We got our Churros pretty fast, and they were really delicious! The customer service wasn't that great with the cashier, she seemed to be annoyed or something. But other than that, great food and coffee! read more

Churros were tasty, crispy and fresh! We went on a Sat (2nd day it open) at 8:30pm so there was a line and the wait was long. They had to cook and wait for the churros to cool off before they added what you want on it. So it took awhile for our order but we planned to and support the local business on their grand opening weekend. We ordered the cappuccino coffee, it was Cartel! One of the best coffee! I have been to this location twice now and each time it has taken over 30 minutes to just get 2 churros. The food is always AMAZING but they really need to work on getting more employees in to help. The wait time is so bad. The poor girl up front is suppose to check people out and fix up the churros. read more

What a delicious treat for such a reasonable price. I mean who doesn't like churros and funnel cakes. Now you don't have to wait for the State fair. Many toppings, dips and glazes to choose from. Even soft serve ice cream. They also have aguas frescas, horchata and a variety of coffees and Frappuccino's. Will definitely hit the spot. read more

After spending time in Spain, we fell in love with their churros and desired to bring them back to the United States. We took a churro class in Spain and learned the art of cooking churros, bringing the techniques to our restaurants.
