Casey and Joseph showed up on time and knew exactly what to do. I was prepared with drop clothes and a ladder for them. After one of them went in my rafters to set up the mounting kit, they installed my new fan and it works great with plenty of light. Casey and Joseph were respectful and knowledgeable. Working with Shane was a pleasure and now I have him giving me an estimate on converting Fluorescent Lights to Can Lights. The representative on the phone was very polite and friendly. She set up an appointment for me very quickly. On appointment day, Scott arrived quite promptly. Scott was very polite, friendly and professional. He thoroughly inspected the furnace and thermostat and diagnosed the problem very quickly. Fortunately, I did not need to replace the furnace. Within a few days, Scott returned and replaced the necessary parts and installed a new thermostat. I waited a couple of months to see how well the furnace operated during these winter months. Now, I am pleased to announce that everything works perfectly. Scott, and AAA Calvert, receive superior marks. We hired…read moreAll-in-One to install some recessed lighting and outlets inside our home as well as upgrade our electrical panel on the exterior of our home. For the lighting/outlet install, instead of using any kind of drywall saw or cutting tool, they just used a hammer to put holes in our walls and ceilings in order to run wiring and install switches/lighting. This left our home looking crazy and made it unnecessarily difficult to make drywall repairs. Also, a number of the recessed lights they installed were not even symmetrical. On the exterior panel install, they swore up and down that the existing panel could not be replaced without major rework to the wall. So, thinking it was my only option, I approved the location of the new panel off to the side. However, I absolutely did not approve them coming out of the wall at an angle with that large flex conduit the way they did. After addressing these issues with them, their only response was that they could relocate the panel for the same cost as the original installation. Overall, it became clear to us that All-In-One Electric only cared about getting the job done as quickly as possible and had little to no respect for our home. They made it clear that their aim was to do the bare minimum as long as it was "up to code." I would not recommend their services to anyone after this experience.

There were a series of excellent reviews. I sent hima a message and he got back to me right away. When we spoke, Ian himself walked me through the troubleshooting over the phone. He suggested it could be a bad bulb connection (take it out and clean the contacts) or an issue with the wall switch. Sure enough, it turned out to be our dimmer switch -- it just couldn't hold the charge properly and was causing the constant flickering. What really stands out is that Ian could have easily scheduled a service call and charged me a couple hundred bucks to come out. Instead, he gave me the exact fix for free and saved me the hassle and expense. In a world where so many companies push for paid visits, this level of honesty and helpfulness is rare and genuinely appreciated. While it cost me nothing, it cost him his time.I As a result, I promised Ian I'd write a glowing review, and here it is. We set an appointment for a couple weeks out. Communication was great all the way through! Although it was a standard 33 x 22 sink replacement, Victor had to cut quite a lot from the counter top to get it to sit flush. After that, he got the disposal and all the plumbing to line up. He ran the sink and disposal and after a few more minor adjustments, he was done. Everything works perfectly! No leaks. I will be using Victor for future projects.
