Lovely place, great service, and kids love watching them making the donuts! Super tasty!

I will first start by saying that I personally work in the food industry and me and my coworkers would never greet a customer how I was greeted today. The girl behind the counter looked like she did not care about my presence. As well as this I ordered and ran outside to get my wallet, and instead of waiting the thirty seconds they took another order making my wait time double. As well as this, they had a vegan donut sign which encouraged me to order two more donuts because I am personally vegan. However, after I paid they informed me they had no vegan donuts, so I expressed my concern and was met by a blank face and no compensation for their mistake. I would not have ordered them if I knew this. There were no apologies and no help from the staff other than changing the vegan to regular, which does not really help me or fix their mistake. After coming back in to pick up my donuts, I wasn't met with a sorry, nor a have a nice day, I was met with "bye". Again from working in customer service no greetings and ill attitude is very displeasing to the customers. And the cherry on top, was they didn't even get my order right. Missing drizzle. I have come here plenty of times and never had an experience like this. Staff needs to be talked to! read more

I had seen pictures of their donuts online. I was so excited and hyped. But once I tried it, I was disappointed. It tasted so dry and awful. If you like donuts that contain a good flavor, don't go to this place. read more

I'm so happy we have a Duck Donuts so close to our house. The donuts are fresh and oh so good. The staff handles the long lines well. The coffee is great and the breakfast sandwiches are a nice touch in case you want something besides donuts. Can't wait to go back! read more

If I could give this store a 0 rating I would. Customer service was awful. "They were in the middle of a shift change" was the excuse I got for the worst customer service I have ever received. Will not be going back. Shame, we go here often as we were recommended to by a friend but it seems their customer service needs some work. read more

The bacon glazed and blueberry donuts are to die for!!! I have been a few time during the early mornings so I can beat the crowd; however if you do happen to go when it's crowd trust me its worth the wait. Donuts are made to order and excellent hot and fresh. read more

Review is for the food only. Staff was great as well as the customer service. Ordered a 1/2 dozen variety pack along with a breakfast sandwich and a cup of coffee. Oddly enough, I enjoyed the breakfast sandwich more than the donuts. I had the egg and bacon on an English muffin. You have the option of having either an English muffin or in a donut. The breakfast sandwich was freshly prepared and much better than any fast food breakfast sandwich offering. Unfortunately, the donuts were just average. Like someone mentioned, you only have an option of having a cake donut as the base. Yes, you can have many ways to change the toppings but the base of the donuts are all the same. Also, no options for a creme filled donut. Don't really see myself visiting this place to much, I'll stick to the mom and pops bakery when I'm craving for donuts. Also, the coffee was just mehhh. Pretty weak in flavor and had some coffee grounds inside the coffee dispenser. read more

My sister brought home like 3 boxes of these. In these boxes were probably 4-6 mint donuts from Duck Donuts. After about 15 minutes passed, there were about one and a half boxes of donuts. I proceeded to gain about 10 pounds. Worth it. read more

Hands down doughnut perfection! Hot, buttery, made to order heaven! The maple bacon is my favorite and the Lemon frosting is the perfect combination with the raspberry swirl. I went to the opening on Friday and was so surprised even with the huge crowed the lines moved really fast. The girl at the register was sweet and made the ordering very easy. The store is really big. I have been to other Duck Donuts but I really like the way this one is set up and that they have tables. You must go and eat the doughnuts there when they are warm. That is what makes this place unique- getting the doughtnuts fresh and warm with your own chosen toppings. Eating them cold later they are good but more ordinary. read more

The donuts are unmatched. I'm partial to the plain and glazed, not a huge fan of all that icing and other stuff. I've been to a few different locations and the quality is the same. My rating here is for the customer service. I ordered online and proceeded to the pickup window as instructed. When I arrived, there were about 3 staff standing around, no one acknowledged me. They were calling out names for orders. I assumed, since no one acknowledged me, that no pick up orders were ready. After about 10 minutes, someone then came in, presumably known to the staff, because the staff immediately went to a shelf and retrieved an order. It was then that I realized that my pick up order was likely on the same shelf that I had not noticed earlier. I then got someone's attention, told them my name, and they retrieved my order which had been sitting around the whole time. I told the staff person I didn't realize it was ready, and no one asked me if I was being helped, where I was standing in plain sight. My made to order donuts were this no longer hot out of the oven. She said sorry, and someone else smirked. I'm paying $20 for this? I tried to contact manager, got no response. read more
