I order from this DD almost every week and every week it's an issue with my order, not to mention I order on the app and go to pick up. My order was wrong again today! And that staff is terrible! I go in to pick up my order and everyone is running around like chickens with no heads staff very rude they dnt even acknowledge you, they act like your not even there. Today I waited almost 15 minutes before getting the attention of a worker. My drink lid didn't fit and being that I order a head my ice coffee was melting and my food order was wrong! It hurts me to write such a negative review because I've been a Dunkin Donuts customer for about seven months. To start, my daughter and I walked to the window and ordered a medium dragon fruit refresher and two small hot caramel coffees. When we got there, the total on the window was $17. When we questioned why the amount was so high, the Indian woman working behind the counter explained that the cost was $17 since there were two small coffees which were $6 each and a medium refresher which was $5. I paid with my credit card to her, and she handed us the receipt, but the amount on it was $9.56, not the amount she had indicated or the one that was shown on the screen. The woman gave me a weird look, rudely handed back my credit card, and had an attitude when I asked about the total. If I could give this location no stars I would. They always mess up my order. Today I went with my sister and we were trying to tell the lady our order. Literally 3 different people came on the speaker for the drive through and my sister had to repeat herself 3 different times. She told them she was just going to drive to the window after 5 minutes of them not saying anything. A guy then goes on to say " so drive up then" so damn rudely. We get to the window and the guy had such a nasty attitude for whatever reason. My sister ordered an avocado toast with bacon. When I checked it there was no bacon. So she asked them to add it pls. Being that they charged her for it. The guy grabs it from her hands and starts speaking in his language. My sister asks him if it was problem that she asked them to fix the order. The guy just kept giving an attitude for literally no reason. My sister then asks if there's a manager and as she says that the manager pops her head in the window and says (with an attitude also) "I'm the manager", we told her that it's very confusing when multiple people are trying to take an order and being that they still messed up we were annoyed at this point. The guy, then goes on to call my sister and I whores which I thought was ridiculous + hilarious. Like you're mad because you fucked up our order? Hm. Then when we go to drive off the MANAGER told us to "go fuck yourselves" . This place must have gotten new owners because it NEVER used to be that bad. Following the rule: If I become a duke, I have to write a review. This dunkin donut is located conveniently on route 1 and on way to work so I stop here often to get my dose of caffeine. This is one of those newer dunkin that has wi-fi and couches, chair, tables are available. They also have a drive-thru which gets backed up every morning but it moves very fast. All the folks who work the morning shift are friendly so service is always good. Note: They have small coffee (hot or cold) for 99cent, this is the only dunkin in the area that has this special. read more

My 12-year-old son went into the store to purchase an iced latte. Within minutes he called me saying the lady who is serving him is displaying a poor attitude. Upon entering the store, my son informs me the lady (Amin) who is now serving him wasn't the lady who was initially serving him. Amin brings the drink over to my son, tells him the cost, takes the money from his hand (no smile, no thank you) with a scowl. After paying for the drink, I inquire about the previous employee's name. Amin asks why. I inform her that he had a negative experience and he will be completing the survey at the bottom of the receipt. She asks "What happened?" Again, I inquired about the lady's name 2-3 additional times and informed Amin all employees should be wearing a name tag (which she wasn't wearing). She then told me the previous employee's name (Minaxi). Reportedly the lady who was initially serving him (Minaxi) began making his drink. He requested less ice. Upon hearing his request Minaxi stopped making the drink, stared at him so long he became uncomfortable, and walked away. That's when my son called me. This is unacceptable & I will NEVER come to this location again. Minaxi should be ashamed of her rudeness and poor customer service, especially towards a child. read more

i have been a customer for decades at this location. I understand prices have to increase and that they have, but as to today I have decided that I must sever my relationship with this franchise location. I go at least once every other days and sometimes every day for two large coffees and two large green ice teas with one sweet and low and two lemons (small) . however today they confirmed to me that they will NO longer sever lemons with any teas hot of ice. That is nuts. I live just two blocks away but I will now go to other locations . its the owners loss not mine!. Ice tea drinkers boycott this place. read more

For almost 2 years I have been visiting this store, which is the closest to where I work. Usually they are close to accurate with my orders, and deliver DD's quality coffee and food... for the most part. But recently, messed up coffee orders and food orders, have become normal. I have in the past put in large orders through the drive-in, and learned my lesson of how badly things can be messed up. Since then, I go inside to make sure my orders are more likely to be correct. BUT this has just backfired on me one to many times...TODAY I received 2 Lattes that were not even warm(both were my bosses orders), and one latte cup with only milk and the flavorings I asked for to be put in my coffee!!! Not to mention that this messed up order was not ready for almost 10 minutes, and my order was blamed (when a waiting customer complained) for a line forming inside of the store! If 3 lattes and a coffee is too much for a staff of at least 6 that I saw, then I think that this location is not qualified to continue to serve me, and all of my co-workers and bosses. As a group I would say that we spend at least $15-35 daily, at least it used to be a daily visit. Now I don't EVER feel like going back, and I HIGHLY suggest you don't either. BELIEVE ME WHEN I SAY, it's a simple thing to keep me happy and coming back. Just try, try your best if it's difficult for you...this manager must have stopped trying, and caring a long time ago. Sorry to report this location has declined. I hope the same company doesn't own the DD's down the street, or I might find myself paying a little bit extra at Starbucks further away. read more

This is a terrible location whenever I go there it's always a problem and not to mention the customer survive is terrible. Not to forget the manager who is terrible. I once ordered there through the Dunkin app And the lady gave away my food and then said that she didn't get my order and said that she was doing us a favor by giving it to us for " free". Their donut selection is very limited. Also, I do not mind being waited on by clerks for whom English is not their first language, but this woman and I could not understand each other. I had a gift card which I knew still had about four dollars remaining on it, but when I paid for the donuts, she told me that there was no money on the card. Today I went to the DD on the corner of Elmora Ave and W. Grand Street in Elizabeth. I only selected 1 star because i have to make a selection but i had The ABSOLUTE WORSE experience EVER as a customer! I ordered through the drive thru. When i got to the window the price displayed $8.64 i gave the cashier Maria $10.64. I was handed my food then i received my change of $1. I told the cashier the change was incorrect. She handed me a receipt to show me why i should receive $1. I wasn't comfortable with the receipt she provided because it didn't even list the amount of money i gave her so i asked the manager. Maria said she is the manager so i asked for my money back and gave the food back. Once i received my money back and proceeded to drive off i heard Maria say to another associate that she's going to take a picture of my car and call the police. I'm not sure the purpose of the police call but i was smart enough to know that i should stay and speak with the police before leaving. I've contacted the customer service for the brand to also express my dissatisfaction. read more
