Don't bother. Drive another 1/2 mile to any other Dunkin. This morning I ordered a drink and a bagel sandwich. The drink had some sort of stain on the lid of the cup. Have late night foodie eat here with some friends. My first time here to experience their food, drinks and store specials. This Dunkin' Donuts store is open 24 hrs. I ordered turkey with cheddar cheese on toasted ciabatta bread. My wife ordered chicken salad on croissant sandwich. Also, coffee with cream and sugar. The turkey and cheddar on toasted ciabatta bread is fresh, the cheddar cheese makes the turkey meat taste heavenly. Well match! The croissant chicken salad sandwich is tasty. Coffee is freshly brewed. The place is not busy on late nights like tonight. The store staff are courteous and helpful. But their cashier failed to inform me about their store specials. It cost me more than our friends order. Grateful if next time they'll inform their customers about their store specials before we order. Then will decide if we like to try their store specials. The place is clean. Separate Men and Women's bathroom, no changing table, need upgrade. I'm hoping for a great and informative service next time I come to eat here. read more

This is the worst dunkin ever. They constantly lie about being out of doughnuts and are super rude.

After their renovations and new addition of the drive way has really picked up business. Getting coffee during rush hour is a how mess. After 1 pm they close the doors to allow anyone to go inside due to Covid. However, the drive thru is still open and functioning.. the longest I've waited even for a "short line" has been 15mins .. which is outrageously annoying if you're in a rush. My suggestion is to order ahead of time and pickup at the drive thru, this way you're in and out. Coffee is honestly a hit or miss, 90% of the time they do make my coffee well. I got the same sandwich two days in a row and both times it tasted like the metal it was cooked on and nothing more. A stainless steel sandwich if you will. The service was average and the parking lot/drive thru that they have going on is atrocious. The mini bagels were cold in the middle and its not like its an easy drive thru to get back to and have them fix it, you're kinda just stuck with all the mistakes your food is bound to come with. The quality of Dunkin's products has declined significantly. The coffee, which used to be the reason to go there, tastes like burned acid. Clearly, they are using cheaper coffee. Some baked goods are still great, muffins and white cheddar bagel twist are delicious, but that's about it. Everytime i go to this dunkin they always leave the drink half empty and barely add bacon to my wrap. They are nice but very slow.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. This Dunkin redid their parking lot and it is TERRIBLE. Constantly causing traffic jams backed up onto both cross streets. The lines for drive through take forever and there is no place to wait in the line without blocking cars that are parked, so you have to leave your spot in line to let other guests out. Its fine if they ever get your order right. Out of the 25 or more times we have been to the drive thru maybe twice the order was completely correct. The egg sandwiches were usually right but muffins or donuts never right and most of the time completely left out of the order. read more

Been coming here on and off for years, more off than on due to the fact of them unable to figure out how to make iced coffee. They get it right 1 out of every 10 times. Most of the staff are discourteous and immature. The iced coffee is watered down compared to other DD locations. They tell you a formula is followed, however I believe the only formula that is followed is a formula for failure. Gonna stay away from this location for a year, then maybe try again. read more

I returned to Rahway Dunkin Donuts against my better judgement. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. My coffee was hot and the other two coffees I bought had the proper amount of milk. Since the donuts looked a lot fresher than last time, I went ahead and ordered two to bring home, plus I had to get someone a bagel. My donut was good. A Boston Cream Dunkin Donut. My wife had one also which she enjoyed. The bagel was reported to be very good. The staff was fast and friendly and understood everything that I said. That's a huge improvement that they were very smart to make. The service was very fast and my order was 100% correct. The tables and floor were spotless, even the parking lot was clean. Great job. So things have changed at Rahway Dunkin D's. I will be back again and hope to be able to give them even more stars next time. read more

Ever since the new renovation, this location is a hit or miss. The drive thru is really nice so I don't have to get out of my car anymore, but some of the newer workers aren't very good. Sometimes I get cold "toasted" bagels with barely any butter. Sometimes the donuts are completely stale. But they are always kind. Lots of parking here now too. read more

I love this Dunkin! The morning crew is very friendly and always greet everyone with a smile. It can get CROWDED in the morning on my way to the train station, and with a relatively small parking lot, sometimes I have to pass on my morning joe (tear). Even on the weekends you still get the same friendly and attentive service. I've never had them mess up my order either and its happened at a few other locations that I've walked away less than pleased with my coffee. read more
