When I dropped off the frame for the glass replacement, I was told it will be ready by end of day and I would receive a call. Fifteen minutes before their closing, although I had not received a call, I stopped by to pick up the order. They provided a complimentary hook to hang the frame. On a Friday, I dropped the frame for the stand attachment. I was given an estimation of ten days, including a week to order the stand. The following week on a Saturday, I decided to check if the stand had been received and find when the frame would be ready for pickup. I was pleasantly surprised the frame was ready for pickup as the job was done several days earlier. Although happy with their service, their communication could definitely be improved.

He had hundreds of samples of real wood frame colors and shapes to choose from. Our mirrors are 6 feet wide by nearly 4 feet tall. We had a choice of beveled edge or plain mirror glass. He was very paitient as we made our choices, then gave us a very good price for the mirrors, including delivery to our house in Colleyville. It took a couple of weeks for him to order the wood and construct the mirrors, but John delivered them himself this morning (before his store opened) and we absolutely love them! There's always an ample amount of baskets to do your shopping with my biggest complaint is that they do not accept Apple Pay. I had to stand in line during the holidays, which was already a long line just for a lady to have forgotten her wallet and they don't accept Apple Pay and mind you her total was over $300 and if you can just imagine that's a lot of items to scan with most of it being 50% off for her to just not be able to pay so that was kind of frustrating to wait through because she had to find someone to come help her pay.
