One starts by making an appointment to come in, and Andy will help with options and pricing. He has a ton of his work on the walls in the shop, including many pieces for sale. I dropped my pieces off and he promised it within two weeks. Much to my surprise, I got a message less than a week later that the work was done! Since it was a gift for my wife, I took her with me to see the finished products, and she was thrilled! I'd highly recommend Andy for any custom framing work, and again, you'll feel better knowing you supported someone who lives in the community and truly does great work.

After a couple of years, the art work in a couple are drooping probably from poor choice of tape. So when I recently acquired a couple of new art pieces I decided to get them framed correctly. I called Liberty glass and asked them to come by a project the first week of March. One of their…read morerepresentative came by and measured three end tables, two sofa tables and two sideboards for glass to protect rate furniture. I received a quote and gave them a 50% deposit on my credit card. Three weeks went by and I heard nothing from them. When I finally was able to get a hold of the manager he said he would have to check on the quote /order. I got an email back saying " that they could not complete the job because the employee who did the measurements quit".??? *come back and remeasure it maybe? He said he was going to send the deposit back in a check, not credit card. I got a check 5 days later, I deposited it and my bank ran it though twice. Both times it came back saying that they had "Insignificant funds" in their account. I called the business twice and emailed them as well. No one has returned my emails or calls. So they took my money and they did not product the product. Do not trust them! Do not give them any deposits because you will not get your money back. It's 04/19/23 and I still have not heard back from them.
