She thoughtfully…read morearranged my husband's collection of matchbooks from all the clubs where his father's band performed, transforming them into a meaningful piece of art that preserves so many wonderful memories. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and care that went into the design were outstanding. The finished shadow box is both elegant and deeply sentimental, and it will be treasured by our family for years to come. If you're looking for someone who combines creativity with exceptional quality, I highly recommend Tammy and Art Impressions in Colleyville.

Take your priceless original artwork here if you'd like it spray mounted to a board... assuming…read morenone of these positive reviews have taken their artwork apart to see how it was done. I hope the adhesive was at least archival acid free. I brought a piece of art here a few years ago and didn't get the kind of glass I asked for, but it wasn't a huge deal, so I kept it as-is. I decided to give them another chance because I figured that was a misunderstanding and I like to shop small/local. I took an original watercolor to be float mounted and when I got it back it was just matted traditionally. I know he understood what I wanted when I dropped it off, because he told me how he was going to use spacers to keep the art from touching the glass, so it wasn't just a misunderstanding this time. Two chances is enough for me so I took it elsewhere to have it fixed. They opened it up right in front of me and there was my expensive original artwork, spray mounted to foam board. Time will tell if it starts to yellow and discolor. So upset and disappointed about all of this.

Upon looking at the jacket she suggested that I leave the jacket & she would remove the lettering that were coming off & suggested a few options on the color of thread to match the border. And she'd email me sample of the pattern proof prior to embroidering right on to the jacket. They're a great bunch of skilled people that care & devote to their customer's needs. As a side note: I called & sent pictures of my problem to Burberry Customer Service- they appreciated my back story but, offered & did nothing for me. They weren't even willing to reimburse me if I took matters to repair my jacket. Truth be told, Vonda & her staff solved my problem & they were a blessing thru this whole ordeal! My pics will prove it. This little establishment brings new life to my otherwise useless waste of time with the "high end" UK brand?! I'm both impressed with the super reasonable price & most of all the care they provided for my sentimental value behind this jacket! I'd recommend Lewisville Lettering & Embroidery to anyone who need repairs on inferior quality & workmanship- especially when you've already paid for the high end price & receive zero customer service! Good riddens Burberry UK.
