I love going to Hobby Lobby, the staff are friendly and they usually have multiple sales going on. My friend and I perused the aisles and picked up some items. The store is organized and clean with wide aisles to move around. They have a decent clearance selection and lovely trinkets for gifts. The prices are usually affordable as well. these people are RUDE I was greeted with wonderful hospitality when I walked in. I went shopping and was happy with the selection available but the problem was when I went to check out. I smiled at the cashier and asked how her day was going and was ignored. She then proceeded to get mad at me because I did not tell her that the two yarns I bought were different prices.(one was on clearance and the other was not) while that was happening another cashier proceeded to scream at her manager who was less than 5 feet away and asked if she could go on break cause she was sick of dealing with customers. Love the bead section! My daughter has a jewelry small business and we got the jackpot! There are all sorts of beads and charms! Definitely recommend! The staff were so kind, also! I love the store Hobby Lobby it's self but today was definitely an off day at this one. The person cutting fabric was nice and helpful. Some of the employees aren't the friendliest though. There was a decent selection of fabric. I greatly miss the 40% off coupon and does make me shop else where on occasion now. The store was clean. It went downhill when it was time to checkout though. They had 3 registers open & a fourth person hopped on while I was in line too. In total I probably waited 35+ minutes to check. I don't know why everyone and their mom was there today but they did the best the could. I will return to this location because it's minutes from my house but I do wish the employees were friendly. read more

Hobby lobby is a great place for home decor, art supplies, frames, Fabric, knickknacks type stuff. They are located in a strip mall near star bucks and Dunkin donuts. Great place for anything holiday. However, they are a Faith based store and are closed on Sunday. read more

Called in to do an exchange. Cashier new but really nice, her manager, Janice, came over and started giving attitude to her and this was really uncomfortable. I feel sorry for cashiers there as they get treated badly by the sounds of it. read more

There are 5 checkers, only 1 handling Returns. The lines for purchasing are at most 1 deep, the Returns Line is 12 - 15 deep. I asked the "manager" about opening another Returns line, he said: "this is the only one we have." Duh!!! I guess the Policy is to punish customers for bringing Returns! read more

I love Hobby Lobby and all the great things they offer. However I really dislike how the cashiers have to enter in prices individually instead of scanning. I should have learned my lesson by now but several times there have been things on sale (like a certain color of sculpey) and the cashier will just count how many bars I have and enter them in all at the same price. So I don't get my one bar at the sale price, clearly marked on the sticker, I have to pay full price. Not cool. Another time a cashier put my food items in a bag and then never gave me it. It's a real pain that I have keep coming back to try and get them to fix their mistakes. Especially when they've gotten so much money from over the years. Dropped off a picture for framing & after spending 45 min to an hour picking out the materials, I left feeling confident that I would love the outcome. It was to be ready in 2 weeks. Called on the 3rd week and apparently the lady who took my order put it in the system as a "quote", so the materials weren't ordered :( -- and she had quit - and they hadn't bothered to follow up. I love Hobby Lobby and it is my go-to craft store BUT I wish they would consolidate their lines. I went last week (week before Christmas) and was prepared to wait, but it's frustrating when you choose the wrong line and end up waiting longer than everybody. Any hobby lobby is great if the item you want is on sale. Their sales change every week and if the item you want this week isn't 50%off this week it likely will be next week. That said I don't craft so when I need something I usually need it now. That is where the online coupon comes in handy. Only good on one item but it is 40% if it's regular priced ( yes there are exclusions). If you are stuck paying retail be warned, it is overpriced so they can put it on sale next week. Idk if I like that or not but whatever. It's more than just crafts, there is a huge home decor selection too. Some of it is reminiscent of my grandmas decor with little sayings and such, but there are some good things in the mix. This location specifically isn't easy to get in and out of the parking lot. Store is great but check out is always a problem. You have to rely on the cashier to find the item on sale in the weekly ad. I have had many a disagreement with cashiers who say the item is not on sale and then when I point it out in the ad, they are like "Oh, I must have missed it". Items should ring up correctly if on sale and not be dependent on a human to determine if it counts or not. If you don't watch them, you end up getting charged full price for everything you buy. read more
