Their Thanksgiving products are on sale for 40% off...and Christmas is 50% off. Double bargain! Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Checkout lanes sometimes back up a little, but it's worth it. Plus they dont have that silly self-checkout. Nice!! read more

I love going to Hobby Lobby, the staff are friendly and they usually have multiple sales going on. My friend and I perused the aisles and picked up some items. The store is organized and clean with wide aisles to move around. They have a decent clearance selection and lovely trinkets for gifts. The prices are usually affordable as well. I look forward to returning. read more

Hobby Lobby is the greatest!! There is no competing with this place! The prices, quality, friendly and attentive staff and closed on Sundays! All glory to God! read more

these people are RUDE I was greeted with wonderful hospitality when I walked in. I went shopping and was happy with the selection available but the problem was when I went to check out. I smiled at the cashier and asked how her day was going and was ignored. She then proceeded to get mad at me because I did not tell her that the two yarns I bought were different prices.(one was on clearance and the other was not) while that was happening another cashier proceeded to scream at her manager who was less than 5 feet away and asked if she could go on break cause she was sick of dealing with customers. Not impressed at all. read more

Common sense says if you are a manager and you are standing up front and there is one line with 10 people in it, stop looking at the floor and either get on a cash register or call for help! Also, if I decide to open a new lane after ten minutes, don't take the person who just got in line behind the 9 people that have been standing in Line 1 for the last ten minutes! C'mon! Be better than this!! read more

I love this hobby lobby! It's my go to place for decorations and art supplies! They always have what I need. The workers are always very nice and willing to help me find what I need. The items are priced fairly. read more

Very nice very sweet nice people I have never had to deal with rude employees or negative attitude I love it there good people

I love the store Hobby Lobby it's self but today was definitely an off day at this one. The person cutting fabric was nice and helpful. Some of the employees aren't the friendliest though. There was a decent selection of fabric. I greatly miss the 40% off coupon and does make me shop else where on occasion now. The store was clean. It went downhill when it was time to checkout though. They had 3 registers open & a fourth person hopped on while I was in line too. In total I probably waited 35+ minutes to check. I don't know why everyone and their mom was there today but they did the best the could. I will return to this location because it's minutes from my house but I do wish the employees were friendly. read more

Hobby lobby is a great place for home decor, art supplies, frames, Fabric, knickknacks type stuff. They are located in a strip mall near star bucks and Dunkin donuts. Great place for anything holiday. However, they are a Faith based store and are closed on Sunday. read more

Called in to do an exchange. Cashier new but really nice, her manager, Janice, came over and started giving attitude to her and this was really uncomfortable. I feel sorry for cashiers there as they get treated badly by the sounds of it. read more

There are 5 checkers, only 1 handling Returns. The lines for purchasing are at most 1 deep, the Returns Line is 12 - 15 deep. I asked the "manager" about opening another Returns line, he said: "this is the only one we have." Duh!!! I guess the Policy is to punish customers for bringing Returns! read more

I love this hobby lobby! The stuff is always so friendly and helpful! I was making a cheese tray and needed to label the cheeses. Cindy was more then helpful helping me come up with ideas! I have to admit don't usually come here but today I had to help a friend and get some supplies . Armed with my 40% off 1 item coupon. Store was clean and a good selection of things . The fabric was a little limiting but not bad. Staff was wonderful . And must say the customer service manager at this store was the best. I asked him if I could use my coupon to get 5 of the same item . He allowed me to purchase 3- Which was a big help . Ask and you will receive read more

I love Hobby Lobby and all the great things they offer. However I really dislike how the cashiers have to enter in prices individually instead of scanning. I should have learned my lesson by now but several times there have been things on sale (like a certain color of sculpey) and the cashier will just count how many bars I have and enter them in all at the same price. So I don't get my one bar at the sale price, clearly marked on the sticker, I have to pay full price. Not cool. Another time a cashier put my food items in a bag and then never gave me it. It's a real pain that I have keep coming back to try and get them to fix their mistakes. Especially when they've gotten so much money from over the years. Maybe I just need to try a different location. read more

Hobby Lobby - Charged regular price for sale items. Not cool. - Art Supplies Near Me - Southlake, Texas

Hobby Lobby is a great place to purchase holiday decorations, art supplies or any supplies for art and crafts and creative hobbies. Their prices are definitely lower than that of their competitors. Their staff is also very helpful. read more

Horrible place, I went to visit that side of town to see family, decided to stop by and buy a few things I needed for a project, but that was a huge mistake. I won't be giving them any of my business. They stereo type people and follow you around but you ask them for help they aren't willing to help at all. read more

Always a fun place to browse. Always seems like something is on sale too. Only complaint, super confusing checkout. There are eight registers, but no indication of which one is open. I'm starting to appreciate the stores that have but one line (Best Buy and Micheal's come to mind) and you queue for the next available register. read more

Dropped off a picture for framing & after spending 45 min to an hour picking out the materials, I left feeling confident that I would love the outcome. It was to be ready in 2 weeks. Called on the 3rd week and apparently the lady who took my order put it in the system as a "quote", so the materials weren't ordered :( -- and she had quit - and they hadn't bothered to follow up. So that meant an additional 2 weeks :( I will be picking it up tomorrow (almost 5 weeks later) - not sure what to expect but certainly disappointed by their overall service. read more

They always have what I need, whether it is pumpkin carving tools, paint brushes, diploma frames, or whatever. This is a great business.

I was given so much attitude by one of the cashiers there. She seemed to be very annoyed that I was going through her line. I was so offended by her pissy attitude that I left my cart full of stuff there and walked out. read more

I love Hobby Lobby and it is my go-to craft store BUT I wish they would consolidate their lines. I went last week (week before Christmas) and was prepared to wait, but it's frustrating when you choose the wrong line and end up waiting longer than everybody. Michael's and Walgreens recently re-did their checkout so everybody waits in one line and goes to the next available checker. read more

I came in for 4 handles for a dresser I've redone. They only had one on the shelf. When I asked 2 separate people if they could help me find 3 more, whether they be in the back, or simply on another shelf, I was told to either come back this evening or next week. Funny. I thought customer service was kind of a big deal. I guess I'll take my business elsewhere. Pity. read more

Be sure to allow 20 minutes for checking out. The lines are always crazy and they are very understaffed.

Any hobby lobby is great if the item you want is on sale. Their sales change every week and if the item you want this week isn't 50%off this week it likely will be next week. That said I don't craft so when I need something I usually need it now. That is where the online coupon comes in handy. Only good on one item but it is 40% if it's regular priced ( yes there are exclusions). If you are stuck paying retail be warned, it is overpriced so they can put it on sale next week. Idk if I like that or not but whatever. It's more than just crafts, there is a huge home decor selection too. Some of it is reminiscent of my grandmas decor with little sayings and such, but there are some good things in the mix. This location specifically isn't easy to get in and out of the parking lot. It is clean and well organized. read more

Was a good store until I found out how poorly they treat their workers. I cannot shop there now without feeling guilty about giving my money to a company that would deny their workers health benefits like birth control. I hope the store starts treating them right so I can go back and shop there. read more

This may be the best kept secret for interior design items. Unique, with a rotating inventory. Many of my favorite bookshelf décor items were purchased at this location. Make sure you sign up for their emails or you'll miss the 40% discount! Sales always rotate as well. If artificial flowers aren't on sale, wait a week. They'll go 50% off. Same applies to other household décor items. GREAT value when on sale. read more

This is my favorite Hobby Lobby! Everyone is so nice, helpful and willing to the extra step to help you!

Store is great but check out is always a problem. You have to rely on the cashier to find the item on sale in the weekly ad. I have had many a disagreement with cashiers who say the item is not on sale and then when I point it out in the ad, they are like "Oh, I must have missed it". Items should ring up correctly if on sale and not be dependent on a human to determine if it counts or not. If you don't watch them, you end up getting charged full price for everything you buy. read more
