The staff weighed the baskets, gave me a quick ticket, and said they'd call if they had any questions. The next morning, I got a text letting me know everything was ready. When I arrived, the parking lot was full and I had a crying newborn in the backseat so I called, and they immediately brought everything out and loaded it right into my trunk. Every item was perfectly clean and folded, and that level of service truly lifted such a weight off my shoulders. I'm so thankful for the kind, thoughtful staff here and will absolutely be returning and recommending them to all my friends!

I purchased a blazer that was in need of professional cleaning as there were apparent marks. Thankfully, I was able to walk in and drop off my item to be cleaned. This place is reasonably priced, super affordable, and if you drop off your standard apparel for cleaning Mon-Thur between (7-8) you're items are ready for pickup within the hour. I received my item within a day and I'm pleased with the overall experience of my order. I look forward to returning.

Turned in a bridesmaid dress to get cleaned prior to the wedding, fabric stains easily, and they…read moreclarified they could get it done. Upon pickup it showed they did their job correct, so was happy, and didn't think about the dress till the wedding, 2 days later. When it was time to put on the dress I saw a huge issue. They left a breast pad put barely held in with clips on the outside, rather than inside the dress. Before giving them this dress I had it tailored to my liking. My tailor put in push up bra pads INSIDE the dress so no need for a bra. They must have tussled things up too bad or purposely took them. They replaced them with flat padding that would go in a sports bra. Put one inside the dress and gave up and left the left side out. I could understand if washing it caused for them to come out, possibly, but why not put them back in? Why take them, replace them with old looking ones, leave one out loosely secured, and the biggest issue is not telling me. Not bringing this to my attention. During the wedding my girls weren't as high as I'd like but managed. I called and was told the owners would get back to me. Didn't happen. Think it's solely because I don't live there so who cares. Wish you guys would do better and actually communicate with your customers. Good luck in the future. -only solace is that the front desk lady was nice.

The original staffing was sketchy at best and appeared to be people that posed a risk to the safety of others. We were constantly being approached by various people to buy what may have been stolen goods from retail businesses. I gave it a while and slowly but surely, things started to improve. All of the machines are new, operational and are always cleaned repeatedly. The entire facility is constantly being cleaned and maintained for the customers. Mrs. Ann and the rest of the staff are extremely professional and are a joy to interact with. Now the task of doing laundry is a bit more enjoyable. You can clearly see the difference as compared to the early days. Lastly, using the Huebsch app eliminates the need to keep and handle dirty quarters. Most importantly, you are able to earn credit just by using the app. Everyone should take advantage of the benefits that it provides. Thanks to all that now make the task of doing laundry a lot less difficult.

0 Stars Dry Clean Supercenter…read more In 40 years of using a variety of dry cleaners, I have never had one lose any of my clothing. Dry Clean Supercenter in Collierville is the first dry cleaner to lose my clothing. In early May, I dropped off 7 items to be cleaned. About 4 weeks later, I went there to pick them up, but they could only find 4 of the items. They couldn't find a jacket, a pair of pants, and a blouse. All 7 items were on the same ticket. They spent about 3 weeks checking the plant and their 3 other locations. During that time, they never contacted me to tell me their progress or results. I stopped in about once a week to check. They were always checking the plant or had to call the owner. The last time, they said I should provide them with the cost of the items and the owner would decide what to do. I provided the cost of the items a couple of days later. It's been about 4 weeks since then and I've stopped in about once a week to check on the status. The person who had been helping me with the problem is never at the store anymore, but when reached by phone by one of the onsite employees, he says he has to talk to the owner. During all of this time, no one from Dry Clean Supercenter has contacted me. I would not recommend this business for your dry cleaning needs. You may not get your clothes back either and they will probably not make it right.

I also spoke to them several times about them not pressing cloths properly and I have to finish ironing clothes at home. I recently called to check on the status of cleaning but the women on the phone told me that "she is busy and doesn't have time to check it on the computer" before hanging up on me. Service went down, people that work over there are rude and don't care about loyal customers anymore or quality of service. Clothes are returned dirty and employees do not appear to care about the quality of their work. We have been customers for over 2 years, however we will not do any more business with this company
