I've been coming here for a few years. At first I wondered if I should return. I wondered if the owners were just here to poach from the people in the area or really wanted to provide a needed service. The original staffing was sketchy at best and appeared to be people that posed a risk to the safety of others. We were constantly being approached by various people to buy what may have been stolen goods from retail businesses. I gave it a while and slowly but surely, things started to improve. All of the machines are new, operational and are always cleaned repeatedly. The entire facility is constantly being cleaned and maintained for the customers. Mrs. Ann and the rest of the staff are extremely professional and are a joy to interact with. Now the task of doing laundry is a bit more enjoyable. You can clearly see the difference as compared to the early days. Lastly, using the Huebsch app eliminates the need to keep and handle dirty quarters. Most importantly, you are able to earn credit just by using the app. Everyone should take advantage of the benefits that it provides. This was my first visit, I called in advance. Yep said they were closing soon but the attendant told me they close at 11pm. The place was modern casual, Nice and clean. The furnishings are worn but the attendant lady of very kind and responsive and answers all of my questions. The machines were all working and clean. My clothes washed good and my clothes dried fairly quick, You just have to put more coins-quarters to continue for 4 minutes. read more

He told me what it would cost for my clothes after weighing them, asked about any allergies and detergent preferences, and provided a estimated time for when they would be ready. It was affordable, my clothes came out great, and they were even ready ahead of schedule. They gave me a courtesy call with the update. The Laundry Supercenter was recommended to me by my dad following a flood experience in Germantown. The municipality does not have any laundry mats. At any rate, I have washed the equivalent of 100 loads over three days. The staff has been kind and helpful. I did not use the wash, dry, fold service due to the volume but will consider it in the future. This location is clean, safe and has a lot of amenities: play area for kids (who seem to love coming here), choice vending machines, nice washing/drying equipment with many size options. First the service was decent. I was charged $1.00/pound. The wash was not great. I had a stain on a pillow case and that stain was still there. They lost 1 star because of misinformation on the Yelp listing. They said they accept credit cards, the employee working on 11/8/2019 at 5pm said they take CASH only. The closest ATM was the CVS. I withdrew $40 and when I returned, I was surprised that they do not provide change! He offered me $19 in quarter! I was like WTF. Am I the only customer that had used the Wash N Fold service? If not, he should have change since its CASH only. I asked for a receipt and he refused to give it. He couldn't give me a claim check. The business seems shady. Done dirty at the laundry but it's cleaning up... So a colleague and I started getting our laundry done from Rere, the manager. The first drop off was perfect, and for around $20, $25 with tip. The next week (the exact same drop off amount, I know this as I'm here on business and only have a limited amount of clothes), the bill was $25. Ok we got a deal the first week as a first time customer. The next week with the same amount of clothes $30 no tip and mentioned dissatisfaction of pricing to the cashier lady. Today, last straw, same laundry again and the bill was $40!!!!! Rere did us dirty, she would've had customers from our company for the next year. I would highly recommend going else where and stay clear of these scammers. This place won't just clean your clothes but clean your wallet too. Continued, my colleague just got a call from Rere and she said it was her cashier that was upping the price. Honestly, I believe Rere and hope this to be the case. We will give them one more chance to make this right, hopefully the next couple heavily discounted to make up for the rise in prices. If the cashier was the one pocketing the extra cash and not letting us pay by CC, she needs to be terminated for thievery. We are disappointed but hopefully things will turnaround. To be continued....... Continued... So we brought the clothes back and got a great deal on the wash and fold. The only major issue was the lady who over charged us is still working there. So I am really confused who was ripping us off. I guess it really doesn't matter as long as the price doesn't rise anymore. If price remains the same we will continue patronizing this establishment and pass the word amongst our colleagues and bring more business to this business. The final tidbit of advice is to label your bag of clothes so they don't mix clothing with other coworkers. read more

I just left the Winchester location. I was buying some detergent out the vending machine. I didn't see the product drop. I told the attendant it's 7:52 on 4-4-2021. He said he didn't see that it didn't drop so he couldn't help me. I put another $1.25 in the machine and it had two. Yes I did pay and yes he called me a thief. Came in the washer ...This Sunday...December 18/22....I put a 20 bill in the change machine...It gave me 5 worth of quarters...and no change!!! Where is my 15$?? So I didn't get upset...I went to get the attendant. I told him what happened...so he put a 20 in there...it gave him 5 quarters and 15 change!! I was like wow!!! So I asked him was there any way you could run the camera back ... because I put a 20 in there...and it didn't give me my change!! He said no the person that does that is not here!! So I left my name and number...because he told me they would be here in the morning.SobI called this morning.. December 19/22...and they said they would investigate...they would call me back!! No callback!! So I called them back! They said they investigated ...there was NOTHING they could DO!! Where's My Money???? I asked him who owned the washer and he wouldn't tell me!!!!???? Will probably not be going back to this laundry facility in a while. This morning I came in to do my laundry like I do every week and after my clothes finished washing, I proceed to take them to the dryer. As I was putting my clothes on the dryer, one of the workers (the African lady) put her hands on me and said that she is cleaning that particular dryer( keep in mind that she was not using it). She grad me again and did not want to let me go until my sister told her to not touch me . After, I told her that my clothes was already there, she threatens me to go in the back and turn all of the dryers off.. Which I told her to do whatever she desired, I had to call the other worker to help me put back the bottom part of the dryer because the lady clearly told me to do it myself because she wasn't. From there, the other worker came and she was cleaning the bottom of the broom literally next to my freshly washed clothes and was using profanity towards me. PLEASE take a look at your camera, this happened today around 11:40 -12pm! She is not a person to have at your facility! read more

Absolutely ridiculous. The laundromat is provided for the public according to the days and times as advertised. On the company door it states that they close at 11pm, which they close way early than that. I walk in at 10:15pm on 11/06/16 to only dry and was stopped by Miss Priscilla and told that I can't dry because she was told that, 10:15 is the stopping time. Put in mind this laundromat has cameras, so they can see me entering and being greeted by her sitting on the couch saying we have close. That's 45 minutes before closing. How can you advertise to the public your place of business close at 11, but stop customers at 10:15. I would of understood better if I was washing because it take longer. That's how employees run good customers off and place a negative impact towards the operation of their company. read more
