I had been hearing great things about Suds, but had not had a chance to try them. I had a problem with my washing machine at home and a friend reminded me to go to Suds! The experience was great! My daughters and I were able to knock out about 10 loads of laundry in about an hour and a half! Elizabeth, the owner, was delightful and everyone there (staff and customers) was so friendly and helpful. The numerous choices of machine types and sizes were awesome! I will definitely be going back, especially after my daughter returns home from camp this summer! DO NOT DELAY, take your laundry to Suds! We are thrilled to have found this great laundry for our linens from church activities, particularly our dinners. Cassandra and other employees are knowledgeable, professional, very courteous and do excellent work in very reasonable time frames. Laundry is ready when they say and always somewhere there. A far cry from what we experienced at the previous rat hole laundry, where you never knew how many trips needed before someone was there to accept or return your finished linens. Suds Laundry is freshly painted, has good lighting and very clean. Equipment is new and it works! A 20 minute drive for us but well worth the time! Highly recommend this business. read more

My Family and I moved into a flip house a couple of weeks ago. As of right now we do not have a washer and dryer. My son and I went to Suds because I saw it on my Next door app and I firmly believe in supporting small businesses. I have taken some books and donated them to Suds also. All I can say is WOW! The place was clean and the attendant Miss Cassandra was a pure delight. She was friendly and with a huge smile on her face. It is so very nice to go into a place of business and be treated so well by someone who takes pride in there job. It is really hard to find that here in Memphis! I've never used a laundromat but Suds is anything but! Ms. Kee Kee is AMAZING! I came in last Sunday for the wash and fold service! Boy! Did they deliver! I asked if I could pick it up the same day and Ms. Kee Kee was honest and said it might not happen because she does have loads before mine and I was totally fine wIth that. I asked if I could pick it up in the morning and she said it might be Morning evening. She sensed my desperation and said she will try to squeeze it in that day! I felt a little uncomfortable at first... but owner Elizabeth was so welcoming and helpful... In subsequent visits staff members Cassandra and Kee-kee offered superior customer service and were so courteous and helpful. The laundry is extremely clean... ample machines meeting a variety of laundry needs... and a large library of interesting books for both children and adults. I went to the laundry mat on Tuesday 11/19/19. I was debating on going to the new laundry that is by Tops Bbq on Summer Ave but I have always went to Suds on Waring because its closer to my house and I am glad I decided to stop at Suds on Waring. Kee-Kee is the best! Seemed like she was waiting for me (or any customer) to come just to help them out. She's really good at customer service. I pulled up on the premises and popped the latch on my Honda and here she came bringing one of those laundry rolling carts out to my car. She is such a sweet, kind and helping lady. I have been working in the Memphis area and needed a good place to get my wash cleaned and folded. I got there by 7:30 am and had over 10 lbs of laundry washed and folded and back to me by 11:30 am. I would have been happy to get it back by the end of the day. The staff was very friendly and professional. The pricing was good. I always tip when I get really good service. The owner Elizabeth answered my questions quickly prior to me coming in. She also followed up multiple times to make sure that I was happy. Support small local business. I accidentally happened upon this laundromat and was crazy impressed. The staff, the machines and ownership all impressed me from the moment I walked in. The location is good and I can see myself using their larger machines for washing heavy items I don't want to wear down my washer/dryer at home. Suds Laundry in Memphis, TN is such a place and Ms. Cassandra along with the staff are such the people. I am LOVING the remodel. Lots of big dryers and plenty of multi-load washers make laundry day a lot easier on my usually-sore back. Jill and Cassandra are great company and really make everyone feel like a guest, and not in that creepy big-box-store way LOL. The new owner has completely renovated the place and it looks amazing! They installed all new washer and dryers, seating, paint, signage and are even installing a reading corner with free books for kids. The owner is actively involved in helping the community and has been asking for advice and feedback from neighbors every step of the way. I've been in town for 3 months on a large scale film project. I've been using Suds now for about 8 weeks and the customer service and quality of work is VERY awesome! Each of the staff members I've met (Cassandra, April, and Kee Kee , rock! Always diligent and excellent with communication and workmanship! Ms. Cassandra was very helpful in assisting me which machine would be the best for me to use, where to put the detergent, and which cycle to use. The facility was very clean and inviting and comfortable to wait in while my laundry was washing. Every customer that walked through the door was greeted and assisted if needed immediately. My washing machine blew its main bearing so my wife and I bundled up our dirty linen and headed for the laundromat. Having not been in a laundromat in 20years we felt some trepidation. This laundry is recently under new management and there has been a vast improvement in the business. New washers and dryers, some that take credit/debit cards, older machines are now repaired, and the whole place is just generally cleaner. The lady working there Sunday afternoon was really nice and helpful. The owner dropped by and came around personally to speak to everyone there. I will definitely be back! read more

This folks provide coin operated machines, wash and fold service as well as dry cleaning. Deliver services also available. The staff is super friendly and professional. The space is immaculate and well kept. There is even a welcoming kids corner with books and television. I cant recommend them enough.
