Good morning I frequent this Laundry because its literally…read moreright around the corner from my home..I use it for my Comforters and my down mattress cover. This morning I inserted $6.00 for the down mattress cover and $6.00 for 2 comforters. When the down was completed it washed but didnt ring out AT ALL. One of the attendants whom is loud all the time ran over and stated LOUDLY its probably the material,as Im looking at him amazed at how he handled the situation in front of other customers as water was dripping from the washer to the dryer. The other attendant came over and assessed the situation and mopped over what the first guy attempted to do as well as adding a floor dryer as well. I wasnt offered half or none of my money back at all and thats ok. Well not only did I feel the first guy was rude,but two other people as well whispered the same thing to me..I probably wont ever return because I feel the first guy was clearly very rude for someone else to take notice..The label clearly states use FRONT LOADER ONLY..With that being noted on the label it should have did a better job of wringing out the Mattress cover..I didnt make the rule..The first guy needs to learn how to address a customers concern without yelling.
