No attendant, phone left for attendant has been disconnected. The coin machine does not work. It is very hot inside, not sure if AC I'd broken or just not on. Would think that with this being in a decent area, it would also be a decent place, but sadly mistaken. It's not as clean. I just wanted to take a moment to do a review on this laundry mat. It is not a fancy place, but the machine work. Note: coin changer is not working. Save time and bring your own. Single load $2.25 Triple load $5.00 Double-loader $4.00 Six loader $6.50 Dryer are new to very old $0.25 for 5-6 mins Bathroom has no toilet paper, but they have one that is relatively clean. Couple people when I went on 10/27, seemed quiet. I went to Krispy Kreme for a small coffee and paid more for that then my laundry will cost, but that is another review. Overall, it isn't a high end laundry for $5 a single load, but so far it is good for me and my budget. read more

This places I've reviewed here on Yelp from bad restaurants to Wal*Mart. This would definitely be the worst. This place has been the most misfortune experience I've ever had to have spent an extended amount of time at. If you're idea of a good time is going to a place where the AC is broken with dryers running & it's 90 degrees outside I would give it a 5*'s. But no thanks I'd rather be stuck in an air conditioned Wal*Mart of dirty floors & merchandise thrown all over the place. But anyways their customer service is so poor with no attendant on duty. You are left to figure out everything for yourself. There's no attendant booth so expect to have $1's & $5's for quarters. If to make matters worse there's no ac as you wait pain stakingly for you clothes to wash & dry. You'll find people in their cars with he ac on waiting on their clothes to wash & dry. I would just recommend going driving out of the way to another laundromat near by. read more

I called this laundry earlier in the evening to find how late I could wash and fold etc.. The lady that answered is I assume the owner and was very nice and accommodating, saying that you can stay later to fold your laundry than the stated 12 am closing time. She said that it is surveilled and that they let you in if they can tell that you are a customer. So I went there due to it being close to where I was and being open so late. I went in at about 11:15 pm to start 4 top loader machines and pressed the hot water buttons on all 4, but got cold water instead, thus the 1 star rating. This is fraud unless you put a sign on each machine indicating that not only won't you get hot water, but neither will you get warm water either. Had I known that these machines will only put out cold water, I would have waited until tomorrow to do my laundry. And couple that with lots of dryers that are out of service and wasting money in one of the older dryers that wouldn't put out enough heat to dry towels, well, not good. I had already filled the 2 newer dryers with clothes and wanted to separate some older work towel/rags that I put in an older dryer, that just wasted a dollar in quarters. I had to switch them to one of the newer dryers after I had removed my clothes to fold them. AND this laundry has no fans, which made this a hot, sweaty chore which would be unbearable in the daytime Memphis heat, made hotter by their dryers and no circulation in there. So no, I'd have to be hard up, to go back. They get by with this because there aren't many better choices in the Memphis or Bartlett area to do laundry at. And no one came to clean or lock up when I was there until about 1:45 am. The door has a manual lock, not an automated lock that a surveillance company or anyone could control without being present to lock it with a key. I didn't mind that, but most women might feel unsafe due to the high crime rate in Memphis. I like to do laundry late when it's cooler and I'm not busy with other errands. So that's a plus here if you don't mind washing your clothes in cold water while sweating. read more

I will not be returning! I walked in and instantly smelled mildew. The change machine and detergent dispensers were placed on a makeshift, haphazardly looking, homemade wooden stand. That was my first red flag. However, out of desperation to wash my oversized comforters, I proceeded. This was my next mistake. The place where you pour your detergent/fabric softener were covered in mildew!!! In addition, there were the exposed insides of the walls as the sheetrock appeared to be unevenly cut to meet the top of the dryers in order to close the space in between! I dont know when the last time this place has been thoroughly cleaned and/or any maintenance completed, but this is a significant health and safety hazard!!! Needless to say, I left feeling as if I need to shower and rewash my comforters elsewhere. Please care more about your community of those you serve and your business, and do better. read more

Joyce ... you saved the day !!! My son and his family just moved to town and I took all their laundry to be washed. I had no idea of the amount they were sending us off to do after volunteering !! I called a few places and no one answered. When I called this place a wonderful lady named Joyce assured me she could help. 5 bags of clothes and 2 hours later Joyce had everything washed, dried and folded. OMG she saved the day. Machines are rigged. I chose HOT water on all three washing machines and all were only using cold. Some clothes didn't even get cleaned because of this. Now I have to hand wash and hang to dry, when I paid $2.25 per load to have clean clothes (that's NOT including the dryer cost). read more

docked a star for having no TP in the restroom. It's a saturday night and about 4-5 other people doing their laundry. facilities are basic, nothing fancy at all. everything works just fine. $2.50 for a regular load, then $4 for a double, $6 for a super. 25¢ gets you 5-6 mins of drying time. I don't see an attendant, but there's a sign saying Joyce is on duty and gives you a number to call. One other downside is there is a single cart to haul wet/dry clothes in... wish there were more than one. read more

I was out of a washer due to me moving, and I needed to clean my work clothes but I work all the time ! So it was super convenient that they are open late. Only thing is that there's no tissue in the bathroom so you would have to bring some. But love it's open late ! read more

Older building and small laundromat but very friendly and helpful attendant. The inside was clean. Did 5 loads - washers and dryers worked great. Only one table for folding laundry, so if you went at a crowded time, this would be a problem. Overall, this is a great little place - I was in and out in a little over an hour. read more
