I can't recommend the wash, dry and fold service. I dropped off a comforter, some blankets and 4 sets of sheets. My washer and dryer are too small for my comforter so I was looking forward to it coming back nice, clean and dry! It was shoved into a bag, still wet! Now, I am stuck with a large wet comforter... There were two sets of my sheets at the bottom of the bag - now damp from the wet comforter and also not folded. I brought my items in using a laundry basket so I don't know why some of my sheets were in the bottom of the bag... The 4th set of sheet was returned to me in the laundry basket. I am new to Memphis and do not yet have a washer/dryer. I wanted a wash and fold option. Found this place and read a few great reviews. I dropped off my clothes after my run and picked them up on the way to work. 1 1/2hrs for one bag of clothes. Affordable and convenient. It may take me a while to actually buy the washer/dryer now that I know I have this service available! My only tip would be the business really needs a receipt book. They tore off a piece of paper for me to claim my clothes and note that it was prepaid. read more

I am going to give a two the machines work well. Service is not good nor great, it's okay, the guy sits down all day and hangouts with the other men who are doing drugs right out front. A list of things that are filthy in this place, counter tops, tops of utility, and the floor, the counters and windows look as if they have not been cleaned in several months. Sometimes there is no one in the building to help and sometimes there is no air conditioning on. I have a portable fan I bring with me to stay comfortable. read more

Went to dry my clothes, at around 7:50pm on 7/18/20 Door was unlocked. Went in and the worker started yelling at us that the location was closed, but they don't close till 9pm everyday! Won't be returning to this location! read more

Not recommending this place , floors are dirty , machines have not been cleaned , dry machines full of lint , i would gave negative rating if I could. I used it today used 4 smallest machine , one stoped before final spin , did nit rid water , had to place my laundary in another machine and pay again for it, another one did not have hot water , so my clothes washed in cold water , a man seems owner was siting in his car outside who would come in checking things once a while did see my problem with two of the machine but he did not do anything about them and when I told him that he owed me to washing money he rudely said I am just assistant and dont have change ... read more

This is a good place. Better than most. Clean and the machines don't smell funny. I frequently wash my comforters and rugs here as I have pets along with allergies so this is a monthly gig for me. I think a disco ball would make it awesome for some added flair!! Thanks for being a decent place to do laundry and not so scary and unsafe. read more

This coin operated laundry mat was exactly what we were looking for being out of state and staying without laundry service. It was reasonably priced and easy to use, as well as clean and fast! The attendant was super helpful and responsive. Highly recommend using this laundry mat! read more

I've been coming here for about a year now. Whereas the staff has always been courteous, polite and helpful, tonight I was overwhelmed!! The lady working tonight (03/152017, 7:00PM) was a total joy!! Not only did she greet with a smile, she offered to help me out to the car with my laundry, helped me back in the door with the basket, then she actually came out to check on my wellbeing because I was sitting in the parking lot for a bit before I left. This kind of person is hard to find in this LIFE, and to find her sort at a self service laundry is near impossible!!! She is an asset and deserves a raise!!! read more

We had barely gotten in the doorway when the attendant snapped "Eh, eh, eh!" at us like we were dogs and very rudely and sarcastically demanded that we "read the sign". The sign he was referring to says the place is open until 9PM and allows new customers until 8PM. This occurred around 7:48. We were there before the cut-off time and would have been finished well before closing time. This attendant is extremely rude and should be made to treat customers better. read more

If I'm going to a laundromat there are a few things that I'm looking for. COLD AIR CONDITIONING is definitely one of them as well as a safe environment. New appliances are a definite plus. Of coarse I would want it clean and free of funk. This may sound basic but a lot of places I encounter while traveling only cover one to two of these. Midtown covered all the bases. Pricing seemed average but the overall experience puts this location ahead of the pack. read more

Seriously they best place to do laundry in midtown. It's always clean, the staff is super helpful and the machines actually really wash your clothes, unlike some of the other places in midtown. There's also a drop off service and they can have your stuff washed, dried and folded in an hour. read more

Unprofessional. Min $25 for wash and fold (they didn't tell me.) no receipts. Wasted my time. Went elsewhere.
