Worst ever experience ! I took my leather jacket to them to repair the zipper, they called me and…read moresaid couldn't repair had to replace for twice the money quoted. I said ok and picked it up and brought it home . i called them to let them know the zipper was very tight and hard to zip the manager said bring it back , jt just needed zipper oil. I picked it up assuming everything ok, it was better but still a little tight. At the time the weather was very hot for this time of year, so I assumed everything ok and hung it up in closet few weeks later weather cold enough to wear, when I zipped it up about 2 inches it began to split apart. I called back manager said sorry can't fix it because there seamstress no longer works there. I said that's ok just give me a refund and I can fix it somewhere else. He again said sorry you had it too long and must have just wore it out! I reminded him that I have not wore it , because weather still too hot m, last part of Nov temp in the 80's and was still playing golf. He again refused a refund ! I said by the way she even put the zipper back on the wrong side left and instead of right il so just refund me half the price to pay to have the zipper redone on the correct side. Same answer NO RFUND period! My answer and was very politely and calm was just this have you ever heard of social media 90 % of people check on referrals before and a good thing before they choose who to do business with ! un knowing to him I had panned to give them 3 blankets to have dry cleaned . I can now say SORRY you just lost 1 customer and all the future business you could have had !!

Update: I spoke with Alex on today and I must retract my…read morethoughts of customer concern from this business. He apologized, more than once, for the incorrect information that was given to me and was truly appreciative for my patronage to the business. Being in retail management for almost 25 years, I know that management/ownership that genuinely care about their customers want to know when when problems/issues occur and will do their best to rectify the situation and make sure the customer is satisfied. Alex has definitely proven to be that kind of owner. Because of his genuine care for customer service, I will continue to use the business for my dry cleaning needs. Thank you Alex for being a true genuine business owner. My name is Jefferson Walker. I'm not sure why I'm not able to write a review from my phone, so I've had to use my wife's laptop. I wrote a review a month ago in regard to an issue I had with this cleaners. There was a response, supposedly from the owner, that expressed regret for my experience and even noted that what happened should not have happened the way it did. They asked that I contact them. I have made contact multiple times in person and via phone call and was told the owner was not in and they would relay my message to contact me. I was even told today that the owener would be in later and they would give him the message. As of 5:46p.m., I have yet to receive a phone call. I began to be under the impression that the owner was actually concerned about their customers and the customer experience; but it's obvious that's not the case. It looks as though the response to the reviews is just a facade to seem concerned when the reality is it's the opposite.

I've been coming here for a few years. At first I wondered if I should return. The original staffing was sketchy at best and appeared to be people that posed a risk to the safety of others. We were constantly being approached by various people to buy what may have been stolen goods from retail businesses. I gave it a while and slowly but surely, things started to improve. All of the machines are new, operational and are always cleaned repeatedly. The entire facility is constantly being cleaned and maintained for the customers. Mrs. Ann and the rest of the staff are extremely professional and are a joy to interact with. Now the task of doing laundry is a bit more enjoyable. You can clearly see the difference as compared to the early days. Lastly, using the Huebsch app eliminates the need to keep and handle dirty quarters. Most importantly, you are able to earn credit just by using the app. Everyone should take advantage of the benefits that it provides. Thanks to all that now make the task of doing laundry a lot less difficult.
