When I arrived, the parking lot was full and I had a crying newborn in the backseat so I called, and they immediately brought everything out and loaded it right into my trunk. Every item was perfectly clean and folded, and that level of service truly lifted such a weight off my shoulders. Upon pickup it showed they did their job correct, so was happy, and didn't think about the dress till the wedding, 2 days later. When it was time to put on the dress I saw a huge issue. They left a breast pad put barely held in with clips on the outside, rather than inside the dress. Before giving them this dress I had it tailored to my liking. My tailor put in push up bra pads INSIDE the dress so no need for a bra. They must have tussled things up too bad or purposely took them. They replaced them with flat padding that would go in a sports bra. Put one inside the dress and gave up and left the left side out. I could understand if washing it caused for them to come out, possibly, but why not put them back in? Why take them, replace them with old looking ones, leave one out loosely secured, and the biggest issue is not telling me. Not bringing this to my attention. During the wedding my girls weren't as high as I'd like but managed. I called and was told the owners would get back to me. Didn't happen. Think it's solely because I don't live there so who cares. Wish you guys would do better and actually communicate with your customers. Good luck in the future. -only solace is that the front desk lady was nice.

The original staffing was sketchy at best and appeared to be people that posed a risk to the safety of others. We were constantly being approached by various people to buy what may have been stolen goods from retail businesses. I gave it a while and slowly but surely, things started to improve. All of the machines are new, operational and are always cleaned repeatedly. The entire facility is constantly being cleaned and maintained for the customers. Mrs. Ann and the rest of the staff are extremely professional and are a joy to interact with. Now the task of doing laundry is a bit more enjoyable. You can clearly see the difference as compared to the early days. Lastly, using the Huebsch app eliminates the need to keep and handle dirty quarters. Most importantly, you are able to earn credit just by using the app. Everyone should take advantage of the benefits that it provides.
