The guy cleared a sink to be nice and busted a hole in the plumbing. He then left to go buy parts. When he came back it took him over 2 hours to repair the damaged pipes. He then got to the toilet which was the original problem. Decided it couldnt be fixed with the parts he had. So we have a toilet not fixed. The total invoiced was 525.

I was given a hefty bill for service that I felt I did not receive and I left a very unpleasant review out here. Fast forward several weeks later and I received a call from the owner, Joe Lillian. He apologized and we had a long discussion about how my experience. He was very polite and very understanding and we worked out the situation and he is mailing me a discount for the services I felt I did not receive. He really went out of his way to make this situation right, and he did. I feel a lot better about ServPro now and I hope I do not ever have to reach out for help again, but if I do, Joe Lillian will get my first phone call! Thanks for caring Joe!

I called THEM & was told the appt was missed due to an illness & we set a 2nd appt. I called at the appt time to verify that they were coming & was told it was too hot so we set a 3rd appt. Zaden came, checked everything & said I'd get their estimate in a day or 2. 9 days passed so I left them a message at 11:30 AM & the estimate was sent at 12:09 that day. I accepted the bid 2 days later. 5 days passed & crickets, so I called & left a message stating I was frustrated about the non-communication & was considering calling another company. The same day, I received a text apologizing that they weren't able to get to me as early as I'd like & to call another provider & I've been removed from their schedule. We contacted this company as part of a bidding process. There were a lot of details to work through…read moreand they were upfront with me about the cost. We knew there was a risk of the job costing more than quoted because of shoddy materials from the previous roofer being used and Chad, our sales contact, was up front about that from the get go. We didn't end up using their financing but the process to apply was quick and simple. Then they had their gutter contractor come out to replace our gutters as well and they look wonderful (and work which is what matters most!). While there were issues, concerns or miscommunications we were always contacted quickly by Chad or Frank, their foreman, and walked through the problem with as much care as possible. I would absolutely use this company again and hope to for future repairs!
