If you have an older home please don't try dealing with your exhaust vent yourself. We found out the hard way, but thanks to the Dryer Vent Wizard, our exhaust vent is cleaned out, and we now know exactly how often we need to do this. Hint: it's more often than you think! This business is 1000/10 stars: timely, professional, friendly, knowledgeable. Our house is 1996 build with a 90' run of venting containing several elbows. We tried cleaning ourselves with a purchased kit (0/10 would not recommend). We called them when our efforts failed, and they were able to clean the vent, plus give us recommendations on how to move forward. If you're in the tri-city area, definitely give these guys a call! You will not be disappointed! read more

Excellent job! Great guy. Showed up on time and communicated by text to keep me updated. Drove over an hour just for me

Very professional! Can't say enough that being on time, upfront with expectations and cost is so important.Silouan is the owner and can not say enough good things as finding good contractors to do all that is hard to find.Communication was on point. Replaced my entire vent line that collapsed and had it done in no time. read more

He was great very professional and now our dryer works like new and no worries about our house catching on fire....thanks again!

I feel so relieved I called these guys! I initially stumbled upon them via Instagram, and their videos were so satisfying to watch lol, I had to get the service. I started following them about 2 months back and when my new dryer started having issues drying, I knew it was time to call. I called and the very next day, at 8:30am I had a nice guy named Gabriel come by. He was at my home a little over 2 hours. He did an assessment and quoted me before even beginning. He did a phenomenal job! He was prompt, polite, informative, and transparent. After the service, my dryer is now drying faster than my washer is washing lol. It cost more than I expected it to $$$$, but I feel safer now knowing there's nothing that will catch fire stuck in the pipe. My dryer running at super speed is a huge bonus! I'll use them again next year, they were very professional, and I'm super happy with the results. read more

I don't usually write business reviews--I'm more of a foodie reviewer--but this experience deserves an exception. The technician who came out did a great job diagnosing and resolving the issues with my dryer. We moved into a new house in July 2024, and the dryer we ordered was likely installed by an outsourced team. It seemed like they might have cut corners during installation. My dryer wasn't drying clothes properly-- the sensor would stop after just a few minutes, and even when I set a 30-minute timer, it still wasn't working right. I wasn't sure if the issue was with the installation or the sensor itself. The Dryer Vent Wizard technician came on January 10, 2025, and checked everything thoroughly. He confirmed there were no clogs in the vents or the dryer itself. However, he found some small punctures and tears in the installation, which were likely causing the problem. He replaced those on the spot, and my dryer has been working perfectly ever since. I'm so relieved it wasn't a bigger issue, and I really appreciate the technician's expertise and efficiency. I highly recommend this company--they identified the problem quickly and resolved it during the same visit. Thank you! read more

These guys really saved my bacon, no exaggeration. I highly recommend Vent Wizard if Redlands. My dryer had basically stopped drying clothes- they were very damp after almost 2 hours of drying. I had a dryer repairman come out & replace the sensor, and clean out the tube from the dryer to the wall. He didn"t ask about the secondary vent, so beware of cheap repairmen because they are not as knowledgeable as Vent Wizard. After sketchy repairmen leaves, I do a load of laundry and dryer is STILL not working. I decided to just purchase a new dryer. New dryer arrives, same problem. Clothes not drying. I I looked up duct cleaning services found Vent Wizard. The good reviews indicated good value & professionalism. The appointment was easy to make, with all steps explained. Silouan, the owner, came out and explained what he would do, after patiently listening to me, and he identified the problem. The vent on my roof was seriously clogged. I was shocked. My house should have burned down. Silouan unclogged it and made timely recommendations to help make sure it doesn't happen again. I am very pleased with Vent Wizard of Redlands and highly recommend them! read more

Pam was very polite and great at scheduling my appointment in a timely manner. Silouan was awesome! He was punctual, kind, and informative. He was very transparent with everything he was doing- never tried upselling me on anything. Ended up just doing a typical maintenance cleaning. He was super efficient with his work and knowledgeable on other issues I had in my house too. I highly recommend! read more

Great job from start to finish. Problem fixed. Cost was reasonable. I highly recommend this business.

Highly recommended. Silouan and Dean did a great job -- my dryer vent was clogged again and I *Just* had it cleaned a year ago. Look how much yucky stuff they got out! Don't wait till your dryer stops heating (that's what we did). Get it cleaned regularly. Our dryer has been working "fine" but sucking energy. We have 4 kids so it clogs up fast. Now it's going to save energy by heating quicker. "The roof, the roof, the roof is on fire." Don't let this song apply to you! Dont' get water, get proactive, get cleaned today! read more

The next day he came to clear the massive amount of lint that was behind my dryer as well as place a new dryer vent tube. The owner was extremely professional and I would strongly recommend his services and will be using him in the future if need be. read more

Souzan did a good job cleaning the vent BUT the service was $350 for about 15 minutes of work! From the time he arrived, did his explanation of service, completed the job, and then wrote up paperwork, he was there 30 minutes max. read more

I had a great experience with this service. The tech really knew what he was doing he tested everything using special tools and explained things in a way I could actually understand. Turns out my dryer vent was super clogged over 70% blocked and the transition hose had holes, which was causing lint to build up behind the dryer and messing with the airflow. He was super honest and thorough, and I liked that he pointed out the inside of the dryer was clean. He didn't try to push extra stuff I didn't need, just focused on what was really important. I definitely recommend them if you need a dryer vent inspection or cleaning done right. read more

One of the best in Redlands! They do a complete inspection of the system before making recommendations. Money well spent. I knew what I was going to pay before they started the work. Most places quote you and then end up being more which is a sketchy bait and switch if you ask me. This duo is competent and I will be doing business with them going into the future. Highly recommended and competitively priced. read more

He was very transparent on what was being done and the breakdown of pricing for the service. You definitely get what you pay for here! I need a ventilation cleaning . I totally neglected it since a long time too embarrassed to say how long . Anyways it needed a service and a vent replacement. It took its toll on my dryer causing me to dry longer and clean my dryer more often from servicing. My fault my mistake . The positive thing is the exit pipe was plastic and not a vent flex hose . So when Silouan cleaned it there was no chance of damage. Excellent job . The cost was a little more than what I expected but I had no choice I had to have the service. He was respectful. Yes I probably could have negotiated down more of a price . I needed the service again . At the end of the day your not buying a car your buying reliability. Experience, quality and value . After his completed work the vent you can hear it flowing through like a whistle in the wind . Thank you Silouan Lewko Tell him I sent you so I can get a referral please read more

Silouan provided amazing quality work! My husband and I spent a lot of money and time on several technicians who promised to fix our brand new washer/dryer combo but did the bare minimum. Silouan from Dryer Vent Wizard was different; he was thorough, knowledgeable, and helped us figure out the real issue: a baby bird's nest stuck in our vent. He explained everything clearly, made sure the job was done right, and gave us peace of mind. We wish we would have called Dryer Vent Wizard first, it would have saved us so much time and money! Highly recommend. read more

Needed my 15+ year old dryer vent cleaned. Silouan, the owner, contacted me quickly. Explained this company's services which fit my needs. I last had my dryer vent cleaned maybe 3 years ago by another company. At that time, the tech installed a new "foil wrapped slinky" type exhaust tube/hose but it was so long he had to snake it around the back of the dryer to the vent. Over time, because of the bend in the hose, it had become clogged with lint. Made an appointment for servicing, Gabriel called when he on his way, arrived on time. Very professional, explained that he would first be running a diagnostic of my dryer and this showed it was only working about 30% efficiency which explains why it was taking 2 cycles to dry towels. Silouan explained to me about the hoses they install which could be modified with no snaking (unlike the one I had) and his hoses are fire resistant. Within an hour, Gabriel had completed the work we agreed on, and ran another diagnostic to show my dryer now is working like the day I purchased it (and towels now are dried in one cycle). This is a small family owned business. I'm impressed with the customer service and the professionalism of the tech. I will gladly use them again should the need arise. read more
