They do an OK job, but they don't have prices posted. I ask what the prices were and they were very…read morevague. The cashier stated she would have to look at each individual price on the computer to tell me how much it cost. She admitted it would be good to get the pricing from corporate and post it.

Vicki at the front desk might have been the sweetest person I met since I moved back to cincy/northern Ky area. I had dropped off my bridesmaid dress at the end of August to get hem and dried cleaned. I was originally quoted 20 bucks over the weekend I had been called by a gentleman notifying me that the total would be 50 bucks and it would take 2 weeks, I would receive a call once it's completed. Never got a call, came into day and my bill is 100 dollars. Now I'm already confused to why I never got a call when it was finished and now my bill was tripled. Vicki is going back and forth with the owner/manager of Braxton's and she said the bill will Be now 79.99. And I'm confused to why this was never communicated, I had asked to speak to the manager and if it would be ok, I can hear her over the phone and she says "no it's not ok, but I guess I will" already from the start bad attitude. And I tried to explain in a calm matter my frustration, and confusion on why I was never notified about the new price and I had said "isn't it your job to let me know?" And manager said "no the alternations work for us" she had finally dropped it to the price the gentleman had said the second time $50. But my point is if you're a manager of a company it is your job to listen and understand the customer issue. Also, if the alternations work for you they are still apart of your company and partially represent you. I work for GE and I work in the customer service department and we never practice or show such negative attitude or lack of understanding of each situation. And I'm really upset that I had came to this cleaner as to support a business that my boyfriend had recommended. I def don't recommend this dry cleaner. And I could've gotten this done in west Chester for 25 bucks if I would've know they would try to charge me 80. I'm extremely upset that I was spoken to so unkind and I highly recommend manager to get an attitude check or to attend a management class. Awful treatment and she could use some improvement. But Vicki who was the cashier was very kind and understanding and her customer service was appreciated.

I was spending some time in the area and decided to get a new pair of jeans fixed. I got a good…read moredeal on designer jeans because the zipper was missing the pulley. I stopped by to support a local shop and a young lady told me, on a Saturday, my jeans would be ready by the following Saturday for less than $20. I show up the following Saturday and a different young lady tries to give me several wrong clothing items. I explain to her I just have jeans. She comes back to say they're not here, she has no idea where they are. What? She says she will go get a manager. An older man also has no idea where my jeans are then proceeds to tell me they might with a seamstress, he has no idea when they'll be done, how there's a national shortage on pulleys for zippers (huh?), and he'll call me soon. He said the employee never should have said one week. He promised to ship me the pants once found, free of charge to take of the hassle. I explain that I have one more weekend there and can stop by the following Saturday. He is relieved, I leave, hoping they find my jeans and a pulley. I get a text on Tuesday that my jeans are in and ready for pickup. I show up the following Saturday. A different young lady helps me. My total is $28! Mind you, I didn't get these dry cleaned, they are still brand new and only needed a pulley. I was also told by the manager that these would even be shipped for free, I was just being nice by stopping back by. I asked if that was really the price, told that's what I owe to take my jeans, so I reluctantly did, but wow. What a mess! My jeans are fixed perfectly, 5 stars on the seamstress' work, but 0 stars for the false promises on when I'd be able to pick up and for how much. I never asked for anything for free but to charge me significantly more than quoted after the item went missing and telling me it would be free? Come on, stay true to something you said! The lack of effort/keeping their word and inability to know where a customer's item is screams unprofessionalism. I cannot recommend this place any less.

Price extremely expensive , cleaning ok. Pieces cheaper elsewhere , not returning. Definitely found…read morea more economical alternative
