Moved from the Los Angeles almost a year ago and was looking for a new place for my blowouts. I found that place plus more at the Drybar. Great blow out, scalp massage, and conversation with Samantha. Would recommend to everyone! read more

Amazing service and had a great time. My stylist did a great job I didn't even know my hair could look like that!

Quick easy and fun! I hope to be back soon! Amorianna and Zoe were great for my daughter and I.

I'm a BarFly (so a regular) and just had one of the best experiences I've had with Samantha as my stylist.. Getting a blow out is a splurge. This location is one I can count on. read more

Love the convenience of Drybar and typically can book last minute when I need to and still get an appointment. Makes such a difference to have a blowout and usually make it in and out in under an hour. Today I had Samantha and got a scalp massage which was amazing! read more

Amazing service! Love the stylists. They are kind and do a wonderful job. Lovely store and vibe

I just want to come in here and say the amount of negativity and anger people have in these reviews are outrageous ! I'm a double barfly for 3 years and come once weekly and I've had multiple girls from the location and they are amazing so heartwarming, nice, I've never felt more comfortable in my life! I've read some people complain about having to wait 15-20 or even 30 minutes but they never see their stylists sitting down or being lazy! They are all hardworking individuals and have people after people , and I promise if u can wait for your Starbucks coffee for 15 minutes u can wait for a dam wash ESPICALLY I read a review from a Tania complaint about the add ons, ma'am if you are complaining about that why get your hair done #BROKE , it's so obvious that's they are more please gain some commen sense the vibe is great ! read more

Samatha gave me the best scalp massage. The whole experience was wonderful from start to finish. She was a joy and I loved talking with her. She did an amazing job with my hair and gave me exactly what I was looking for! read more

I had a wonderful experience! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. After a long day it was relaxing to enjoy a blowout .

Amazing experience!Amazing stuff . I am always going in the same location in Walnut Creek!

Super amazing service, came for my daughters 13th birthday as a duo and both stylist were amazing. Amazing people the vibe was great!

This is the second time this has happened where you book an appointment online... They run a deposit on your credit card... And then you get to the salon you wait for 20 to 30 minutes to be told they're understaffed and they're going to have to move your appointment. It is the most frustrating situation, especially during a weekday when you schedule around meetings and appointments and book in advance and no one can accommodate you. They only have two stylus in there and one refused to do my hair because she had to leave. Very disappointing and will never be going back one time I understand, but when it happens more than once, it's clearly an issue with the salon. read more

Amorianna totally transformed my hair !!! she did my hair so beautifully and I recommend her to anyone who wants to walk out with hair perfection !! especially for the thick hair girlies read more

My blowout was amazing. Samantha helped me find the perfect style for my night out. She was perfect without rushing (some other blow dry bars treat you like cattle). I will definitely be going back. read more

I love DryBar! They always do a great job! I've been going to the location for years.

I've been to Drybar many times, but I've never had anyone as perfect as Lali. She did an AMAZING job on my blowout -- it was everything I wanted and more. She also gave me the best hair wash I've ever had! Most stylists rush through that step, but she took her time, made sure my scalp was thoroughly cleaned, and didn't miss a single spot. She went above and beyond throughout the entire experience and was so kind and lovely to talk to. Highly recommend her! read more

Great service! I come here a lot and every hair stylist always does my hair just how I want. Highly recommend

Samantha was great. Great service and great customer service! Went above and beyond for me!

They always have availability and I got an amazing blowout. Quick and easy. And who doesn't love a scalp massage?!

If I am writing a review about a hair salon it is because I found my new favorite place. I need a professional haircut and cleanup every two weeks and thankfully I found my new steady. Karina has provided excellent service and I couldn't be happier. I will be coming back here regularly. read more

My previous stylist at this location recently relocated. Amorianna did an amazing job on my hair today.

I was in town for the weekend and didn't want to bother doing my own hair and thought I would treat myself to a blowout. While I don't, this often I was excited to feel pretty for the weekend. This isn't exactly what happened. The young woman who did my hair could not have been nicer. The issue was that the blowout only lasted until dinner. My event was the next day, and I had to redo my hair. Having had it just cut by my regular stylist and the blowout lasted 5 days. I did reach out to the salon, and they offered me an add-on service. I don't want this. I also don't live near a salon in my city. I feel like they should make this right by giving me my money back. read more

I travel for work and have visited MANY Drybar locations throughout the US and manager Charis at Walnut Creek was incredible. I have very thick, coarse hair and she listened and did my mai tai perfectly and consistently, two mornings in a row. She also managed to bust them out in under 45 mins where most Drybar stylists take an hour on my hair due to it's thickness. The salon was clean and everyone seemed really nice. I'd definitely return. read more

I've been going to Drybar locations for years in different cities and have always had great experiences until this visit. I was in town for a conference and booked my 9:00 a.m. appointment a week in advance. My friend also booked for 9:00 a.m., but she received a call saying her appointment was completely canceled because they were understaffed. They offered her noon instead, but our conference started at 11:00, so that wasn't possible. They called me next and asked to move my appointment from 9:00 to 9:15 due to the same staffing issue. I agreed, arrived promptly at 9:00, and waited patiently. At 9:15, one of the stylists finished her client I assumed I'd be next. Instead, she went to the back, returned briefly to chat with another stylist, and then disappeared again. By 9:30, no one had even started my service. When I finally asked if I'd be seen soon, the stylist said, "Yeah, just as soon as she's done," with no sense of urgency or apology. At that point, I felt completely stuck my conference was approaching, and I'd already wasted 30 minutes. The service and communication were unprofessional and disappointing, especially from a brand that usually prides itself on reliability and customer care. I truly hope management addresses the staffing and scheduling issues so other customers don't have the same experience. read more

Hit or miss experience. I've gone and had different ppl to try them out and only one girl was able to style my hair now I like. I asked for a blow out twice and showed a picture and they literally didn't do anything like it. So just going to try finding a real salon. Really nice people and nice ambience but I can't keep leaving disappointed. Tried it three times and not worth the drive for me or the convience with schedule. Maybe if you just want styling it'll be fine, but as a curly hair girl going in for blowouts I end up leaving with a mushroom look or my hair looks dry and frizzy. read more

Samantha was amazing! I highly recommend her as a stylist if you ever have the opportunity.
