I had such a great experience at this salon! I had issues scheduling but Ashley handled everything so kindly and professionally making sure my services were correct. Jaiden was my amazing hairstylist!! She is SO good at what she does and is so knowledgeable. She won me over for sure and I have been a telling everyone I know to book with her!! I've always been told my hair is as too dark to add blonde but Jaiden is the first hairstylist I've had to take what I want and apply it and recommend what's best. She also has the cutest foils (not that that matters). 10/10 highly recommend :) read more

Highly recommend Katya especially for blowouts and root touch up! She did my recent root touch up. I have (natural) black hair and being in my late 30s, I have some grays. I usually go 3 months between root touch up because I don't have a ton of grays yet; that is how long it takes for the amount of gray I have to "bother" me. With Katya it was the first time I couldn't find even a single gray hair after the root touch up! Usually I find at least a few hairs that got missed, so I was really amazed she covered every single gray! On black hair it's easy to see if any grays are missed so I was like WOW, Katya did the best job ever! She will be my go-to stylist for my root touch ups now! And I think I will go more often like every 8 weeks at least because it really is a nice confidence boost to have your roots freshly done! Katya is also just so pleasant to be around, she is so kind and has a lovely personality. I also have the unlimited blowout membership which is seriously the best deal in town! I don't need to wash my own hair anymore! I usually get a blowout twice a week, sometimes 3 times. Amazing if your schedule allows you to be in the salon often, especially for women who are busy with their careers. I can work on my laptop while getting my hair blow dried and curled! Sometimes two girls will be blow drying my hair at the same time while I'm working - major boss babe vibes! LOL. The blowout membership is only for level 2 and below stylists though, which Katya has graduated beyond. But many of the other girls do great blowouts too. I will leave a more detailed review later about the salon but just wanted to shoutout Katya, if you are looking for root touch up perfection, she's your gal! The owner Ashley is also a wonderful person, she makes you feel like family, she is really a gem in the Walnut Creek community. read more

this is such a cute salon! Samantha is the best stylist especially for Asian hair / brunettes. I love the highlights and money pieces she did on me & it matches my features so well. The service took about 3 hours which is standard & she takes care to wash your hair really well & scrub all the dirty stuff out. My hair lasts so much longer when she does it! Highly recommend this salon & Samantha! read more

I am extremely traumatized by my experience at this salon. Asked for blonde and left with falling out, damaged, gray hair. I booked a full highlight with confidence after seeing photos on their website. In fact, I used one of their own pictures as my reference. What I received was nothing close. Throughout the appointment, I had many different people working on my hair with what seemed like zero communication. Camille and Emily were doing my highlights while Valeria was putting brown dye on the wrong sections of my hair. Once I got home, I realized multiple sections were completely missed. Camille told me the toner would be on for 10 minutes. It ended up sitting for over 20 before Emily finally rinsed it out. I voiced my frustration with the color, and Emily attempted to fix it with color remover and another toner, but it didn't work. I could hear her on the phone in the back asking someone what to do. A total lack of professionalism. The owner, Ashley, explained that my hair was gray because the stylists used the wrong toner TWICE. Despite this nightmare, Ashley still charged me for the service. She later messaged offering a complimentary correction, but never responded when I followed up on Instagram. I'm not surprised. I spent almost nine hours in that chair only to walk out with fried, patchy, awful. I want my money back. I would never recommend this salon. Also, went to a different salon to attempt to fix it and they recommended not touching my hair for at least a year bc of how much damage they did to it. My hair was LITERALLY falling out. read more

I had been going to the same stylist for over a year and my hair was becoming more damaged as time went on. I am in a stylist chair every four weeks so this should not be an issue. Made a last minute appointment with Maddie for a root touch up, 10 minutes verses the 40 minutes the other stylist did. Came out great! Went back a week later and Maddie reshaped my hair with a wonderful cut! The transformation was amazing. Prices are reasonable. Recommend this salon! Thank you Maddie! read more

I've been searching for a new hairstylist for about 2 years with no luck. I was at Stem Salon and then Lìmon, and both times my stylists ended up retiring... so the search continued. Then I found Jaiden at Flowers Hair Salon and OMG. She is a hair god. I'm very picky about my hair, especially my blonde, and it's been a long time since someone actually got it right. I originally found her on Instagram and her work is stunning, but seeing it in person is a whole different level. She's super knowledgeable, explains everything she's doing, and really takes her time especially with bleaching and correcting previous work. You can tell she genuinely cares about the health of your hair, which is huge for me because I like to keep my hair long. I finally feel like I found someone I can trust!! TYSM JAIDEN!! Book with Jaiden! You won't regret it! I think you'd be lucky to land her and her prices are not inflated like Stem Salon and Lìmon!!! The salon itself is a super cute vibe and huge. There's a separate room for hair washing and the whole place feels so zen... thanks again Jaiden! I'm so in love with my hair! read more

Went in for a haircut by Olivia. My hair needed some updating as I had it all one length for YEARS. I asked for face framing and a little bit of long layering as I was too nervous to do anything major. Olivia took her time and made sure she asked all the right questions about exactly what I was looking for. She did a great job and gave me exactly what I asked for and updated my look. On top of doing a great job on my hair, she is also very friendly and personable. Overall I had a fun time and walked out feeling great about my hair. I have found my new stylist! read more

Jaden was extraordinary. I showed her a photo of a hairstyle I wanted to emulate. A type of effortless off-duty Parisian model hairstyle. She examined how I parted my hair, how I styled my hair, asked feedback of where the face frame should start where I'd be comfortable. She noticed where my ends started to be too long where it looked stringy. She washed my hair, cut, and styled. She made me look and feel like the best version of me that I envisioned. First blow out .. Damn I look good! Definitely returning. read more

I really enjoy my hair blowout experience with RUBY. She's nice and friendly. When she washed my hair it was like a mini spa moment, gentle and soothing. And the shampoo smelled so good. Made a last minute appointment and was pleased that they were able to accommodate me for a two process hair dye and haircut. When I arrived I was greeted quickly and the girl who did my hair was very sweet. She tired, I know she did, but unfortunately her lack of experience with hair that is thinning and affected by perimenopause really showed. When I called the salon, I asked for someone who was highly experienced and when I arrived, I was paired with someone who may do a wonderful job with healthy and vibrant hair, but just frankly did not know how to work with hair like mine. I was very specific in stating that I wanted my grays to be blended so I was looking for highlights and low lights and I walked out paying $375 with tip and basically looking the same as when I walked in. I looked no different. You could still see all of my grays and they were not blended at all. The very next morning I called back and was paired with the owner of the salon. she was very nice and understanding and did a wonderful job in repairing my hair. I walked out feeling beautiful and refreshed, and the color looked great temporarily. Just 10 days later, my grays were back. The color had completely faded, and I looked the same as I did that day when I walked into the salon. again, I paid $375. I also bought product which was another $180. So overall this experience cost me about $500 and just two weeks later I'm looking the same as I did the day I walked in. If you have healthy hair and you don't have grays and you want to pay top dollar then this is the place for you. If you're a perimenopausal woman who is struggling with hair loss and hair texture change, and you're looking to walk out of their feeling beautiful and maintaining that look for more than two weeks then this is probably not the place for you. Very nice people, nice salon, but the products they use are not meant to maintain the color and vibrancy for the 6 to 8 weeks that they indicated. **response to questions from Ashley- yes, once with the brunette shampoo I purchased. I don't really wash my hair often to help preserve the color. *** thank you for offering Ashley but I will not be coming back. I've already spent about 6 hours and have not been satisfied with the results. I do appreciate your offer tho. This isn't new growth. I wish it was! read more

My favorite salon. Regina does my hair and has been for years. I'm blonde and my hair always comes out pure perfection

Extreamly horrible experience. Joccelyn did my bleach retouch and completely ruined my hair. She used no foils and left hot spots, banding, and multiple patches. If you come here be warned. $200 for nothing read more

I'm honestly so disappointed so sad. Today I went there with my daughter to do our hairs. I showed Samantha, sent her a video of how I want my hair. She asked if I want exactly like the video I responded yes I want the same. Well today I got married it was my big day and after I left the salon I was just crying because my hair looked just so bad. It was falling apart. It was frizzy. It was absolutely ugly. And my daughter's braids came off 30 min after. We paid $200 for this hair. I definitely wish I did it myself I never had an experience like this before. My day was ruined my picture look absolutely terrible. I hate it that I trusted them with my hair. A 10 year old would do better than what I was received. Please if you hairstylist don't know how to style hair please let your customers know don't just confidently assure them. My special day was absolutely ruined. read more

They were able to accommodate me last minute and though I arrived a bit late I did not feel rushed even when more clients came in and needed to be worked on. Nice layered haircut. The only reason I did not give them a 5/5 was due to pricing. I paid $141 + tip. Seemed a bit off given the other reviews and their website listing haircuts at $100(I did not see until I checked after the appointment). Payment system did not work so I paid the stylist through Apple Pay. *Thank you for the transparency and swift response from Ashley to fix their pricing system!Changed to 5/5 read more

I found Mirian as she popped up on my Instagram stories feed one day. I was so glad because it's not always easy to find hairdressers that know how to work with curly hair. She was very responsive, kind and helpful on Instagram. I was looking for just a root touch up and a baby trim to get me by. While in the chair, she was nice, offered water, and was able to color match my roots perfectly. Mirian is a good listener because she did exactly what I wanted. The wash, cut, treatment and blow dry style was perfect. She's like a hair magician and turned me from having greys and white roots to feeling pretty again! The location is nice and clean too. The front is cute with pink and white decor. The back is in black and white glam decor. They have Kevin Murphy products too.
