So eventually I gave up and called Hair by Ann, got an immediate reply, saw her today and was very pleased with the results. I also called Third Reflection and got a response in 2 days. I'm patient, but zero call backs for me is a huge red flag. I'm posting this as much as anything to get a message to Ash Salon's management to please do better. Ash is down to earth and the stylists are professionals, they listen and my highlights were perfect, and the color looks so natural. She's done my hair 3 times now and every time she never disappoints. She's great about giving me advice on what to do with my hair- because I struggle with knowing the next best move and how to manage it. I'm really bad at keeping up my roots so she's been great with giving me a light balayage that's blended to my roots so I don't have to worry about getting it done as often. At my last appointment I spoke with her about getting clip in extensions to wear on the weekends and she gave me a great recommendation of what hair to buy. Noelle is the bomb diggity y'all! She is such a talented stylist, and has a knack for understanding her clients. She isn't happy until YOU are happy! I'm impressed by her ability to "speak my language" and give me the exact color I'm looking for, every time. Not to mention she is super friendly, professional and fun. I recently had my blonde color done before a beach trip and she offered to redo my lowlights if the sun bleached them out. The salon is awesome with such a cool vibe compared to other salons in the area that I've been to. It's very clean and all of the staff are so friendly. She listens well to what you want, suggests when necessary and is a cut and colorist queen- she was able to get my hair the color I wanted the very first time and was able to give me the full body layered cut without messing with my length (and you know how that goes sometimes with stylists).
