I've gotten dry cleaning here many times - coats, shirts, dresses, etc and pricing and quality are both great. They're closed on Sundays but are open 8am-7pm on weekdays and shortened hours on Saturday. An elderly couple run this business and they don't talk a lot but are pleasant. It would help if this place were actually ever open when the hours of operation say they are. This is the THIRD time I've been in the morning and they are closed. And I wasn't the only customer waiting in the parking lot. The hours say 7 am -- be there at 7 am!!!! It's 7:50 and no one is there. I use to go to the Dry Clean Super Center in Dallas and always had a good experience. When I moved to Houston, I searched the site for cleaners. I couldn't find one that had good ratings without any horror stories. I decided to find my always on the J.O.B cleaners and here they were. My low rating is not due to poor qaulity as it seems a nice job was done on my clothes. They also have extremely competitive rates. My review is due to poor customer service. First, I am use to dropping off on Friday and picking up on Saturday...figured it is a chain so same policy....not the case! They don't dry clean on Saturdays, so you must pick up on Monday. I can get over that, but the part I can't get over is the fact that I pull up to their drive thru and sit and wait and sit and wait and sit and wait....finally, I went inside. I tell them that I was sitting there and no one came to help. The woman says, "Oh..the bell is broken." If the bell is broken, why not put a sign up that says "must come in" or "honk" (which granted I should have done. I said you could lose customers by not posting a sign....she didn't seem concerned...so neither am I ...wont be back! read more

I came here for an alteration on one of my formal gowns, and the lady working there named Van did an amazing job! I'm very petite, so it's difficult for me to get a dress without having to alter it to fit, especially when it comes to formal gowns. Van did a great job in bringing in the waist of the dress, shortening the length, and extending the slit--it now fits perfectly! She was also able to get it fixed up in a short amount of time, so I didn't have to wait weeks for my dress to be done like most tailors do. I was a bit skeptical at first from a few of the reviews, but I was recommended to this place by a friend who also got alterations here. It ended up being very convenient, quick, and the results were well-done! They also do dry cleaning and measurements as well. read more

So I originally came in to get a dress alterated for my engagement party. The lady, Van, was so accommodating to all of my requests and did a really fabulous job. The dress ended up fitting like a glove. I decided to ask her if she could fix all of my bridesmaid dresses as well (8 of them) I was worried at first because of the reviews but I was so relieved when she got all of them done PERFECTLY. I guess all I can say is she definitely did not disappoint on the alterations. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone who needs dress alterations! Also she alterated all of the traditional Vietnamese dresses (ao dai) for my bridesmaids and I for the wedding as well and, again, they were just how I wanted them. read more

This place is great, Van is an expert on alterations and their turnaround time is rather quick. I've been going here for months and have not had any issues at all which is rare with a dry cleaner. At some point something gets lost or damaged, nothing like that has happened and she's always welcoming when I come in! Highly recommended!! read more

Aside from dry cleaning, I have gone here on multiple occasions also for alterations - whether it was my prom dress, bridesmaid dress, or custom fittings. Van excels at what she does and I can always rely on her for excellent service. They also have two small cute dogs who greet me whenever I come in. My husband had been getting shirts laundered and the outcome was adequate minus buttons missing regularly. I had taken some nicer women's item for dry cleaning and was disappointed in the wrinkled appearance of a blouse but was able to resolve with some tlc. Made a terrible mistake taking an expensive, new silk top as it came back damaged. It was returned with a tag saying it had been damaged on arrival. Not true! It had been worn briefly and this amount of damage to the front would have been immediately noticed. Very rude and did nothing to compensate. Would caution anyone to take clothing of much value here! I have come to this dry cleaner to dry clean my white coats and any delicate clothing items that I own several times now. I'm incredibly clumsy and get random stains all over my white coats for school and they always look brand new when I get them back. All other items I send in, such as dresses and delicate material items, are cleaned wonderfully as well. My clothes are cleaned quickly, within a day or two. I love the fast service! This is the only place that I trust with my clothing to dry clean. I've received wonderful customer service from the owners of this dry cleaner. I was looking for a reasonably priced cleaners and just bought a pair of khakis at Macy's and thought I would give this place a try. The khakis were just like another pair of Tommy Hilfiger pants I have but a slightly darker color. When I put on the pants a few days later and got to work I noticed a stain on the lower part of the leg. The next day I put on the other pair I had cleaned and noticed what looked like the same spot. I looked closer at the pants and noticed the same spot on the front and back of both legs on both pairs of pants! I thought there must of been something on the press or maybe a fly or something flew in so I took the pants back to the cleaners to see if they could get the stain out. When I mentioned that maybe there was problem with the press the woman (Van) immediately became hostile and mentioned she had a trial lawyer, said she had been in business for 12 years and asked why I didn't trust her. The husband (I think) came up from the back and indicated the spots were blood and started pointing to some small dog scratch on my arm. Excuse me but one of the pairs was a completely new pair of pants that had never been worn before. I couldn't really believe what was going on at this point. The woman got so angry and aggressive she picked up the clothes and started pushing them back at me. I was going to just leave but then the husband came to his senses and took the pants and offered to clean them again while the woman went over to help another customer. When I went to pick up the pants a few days later the woman brought them out and turned up the leg bottom to show me how she could tell they were cheap pants. Oh, I guess she was right after all. Whatever. I could't believe this either. It's like they got spots on my clothes because I brought them cheap clothes. They were $60 Tommy Hilfiger Khaki pants from Macy's. They are the kind a lot of people have. I'm glad they were able to get all the spots out except for one. I can't understand why anyone in their right mind would ever go to this place. If you do, beware. If there's a problem with your clothes, it will most likely be your fault. Do yourself a favor and go any where else. You will most certainly get better service from a place that actually appreciates your business. read more
