I didn't have to worry, I was really impressed by the way they handled my clothes. I went in one day to dry a pair of suit pants, a suit jacket and a white dress shirt I asked when it would be ready and they told me the very next day, that is unheard of. I thought my cleaning would be finished at the end of the day, but I got a text saying that my clothes were ready in the middle of the day. Really fast service. Also, I think she was the owner, but she thanked me for coming in and being a new customer and was very kind. I called back to ask a question and she answered so politely. I highly recommend this cleaners. My clothes look fabulous, they were done quickly and they are really professional and really nice people

I tried A-1 with a comforter and they were so much more professional and friendly. Charli (front desk person) is amazing and great with customers. I ended up taking all of my laundry and dry cleaning to A-1 and now won't go anywhere else. Not the least expensive but worth it to not have my clothes ruined. They do everything on site so nothing gets sent out and lost. I'm retired now so I don't need to go as often but this will be my cleaners from now on. Also nice touch -- they text when your order is ready. Too many times, my previous cleaners would say "ready x, y, or z" and then say - "not back yet, come back tomorrow." Never again.

The pregnant lady whomever she is requested I put the pants on and I agreed. Mind you she never really greeted me or said much other than a quick hand gesture to room and to try pant on. I came out she took pins right away and started to hem the pant up. I said how much she told me the price. I said ok that's not bad, but I'll be back because I have 2 pairs and I want to make sure which size of pant I'm going to keep and also bring my cowboy boots in with me since I want to wear these pants specifically with my boots. I wanted to make sure the length was right with my boots on. Mind you I simply came in for a quote. From the moment I told her this she unpinned the pants and completely walked away from me and ignored me as if i was non existent and a nobody. She was so RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL. No customer service etiquette at all. It was so bad that she knocked on the fitting room door to rush me out the store as I was changing back into my original pants I walked in with stating that their was a customer needing to try on. While she had 2 other open rooms "this customer" could have used to change. In my entire life I have never been treated in such a way. She priced me well and I had every intention of coming back, but based on how she treated me a potential customer I absolutely will not come back nor will I recommend this place to anyone. My business will be given elsewhere. ZERO STARS is my true rating. I'm surprised they have such good ratings which is why I came in the first place but that was absolutely not my experience here. That lady whom was pregnant has ZERO customer service skills she is extremely RUDE and should be removed from her position if she is not the owner. I did ask her if she was the owner she said nothing. I asked her "Why do you have an attitude"? And she replied because I wasn't doing business there and proceeded with a hand gesture of like whatever just leave. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE NOR WILL I EVER RETURN! Within 2 weeks, my dress was ready and fit perfectly and exactly the way I wanted it to. The material was satin and I could not tell where she altered it, it was that seamless!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. They will leave your clothes smelling horrible and ruin them to the point…read morewhere they themselves are not able to remove the smell and then blame you for not giving them enough time to fix it. They then tell you that other people have the same issue but they were patient enough to wait 3WEEKS to get it done. They will not pay you for the clothes value that they ruined, only the service they charged. After coming here for years and having several issues with them like making holes on some of our items, or even leaving stains on them, they have reached the limit with this. And just FYI they kept my clothes for almost a week to "fix" the issue. After trying to pick them up twice, I decided to just take them as they are and took the money back for the service. But now I need to see to fix the items myself or once again have to buy them. DON'T come here. The owners are rude and will not help when problems like this happen. I laugh about it now, but she went as far as to call me ugly for telling her that this was too much and I find it unfair to not take responsibility for the ruined clothes. Horrible service.
