    The fun ass humor !!!

LITERALLY !!! could not stop laughing. This cast had me in a chokehold from start to finish. Every single actor was phenomenal, unhinged in the best way, and fully committed to the chaos. The way they pulled the crowd in? Elite. I felt like part of the show and honestly... I didn't mind one bit. I was entertained, unbothered, and sipping like royalty the entire time. 10 out of 10 a messy, brilliant, absolutely iconic night.

Had an amazing time, lots of laughs for sure. If you don't like sexual jokes then this performance is definitely not for you. My only complaint is that it was wooden bench style setting and it was very uncomfortable to sit still there for 1.5 hours. There isnt even room to stretch your legs unless you are in the front row. They offer and option to order drinks/pay from your phone and they were delivered pretty swiftly!

Such a fun evening to go on a date or a girls night out! Very small Cocktail menu to be aware of which IMHO is the only negative, but they do have wine and beer on the menu. The actors are phenomenal and great at improv. It will definitely be a memorable night!

TO PEE, OR NOT TO PEE.... That is the question. Doth thee dare risk breaking the seal in the middle of the show?? You may want to evacuate your bladder before the play or you will miss parts of the show going back and forth to the restroom. Or even worse, you might laugh so hard you will end up peeing your pants! I saw Drunk Dracula, but all their shows follow a similar format. As you enter the room, you are handed a specialty shot of alcohol concocted by the bartender. For all you lushes, there is a bar to keep the drinks flowing... like blood (dracula joke) but you're gonna need it, because there is a drink-on-queue opportunities throughout the show. The room is pretty small, and close quarters, seating about 40 people. The seats are bench seating so be prepared to sit upright for over an hour almost shoulder to shoulder. But if your back is hurting just reading that, the top seats around the perimeter are bar style seating on stools with a narrow counter in front of you. Don't fret, there is not a bad seat in the house; it's 10 feet from the top seat to the floor. These shows are like a Frat Party meets 'Whose Line Is It Anyways' if it took place in the GLOBE THEATER. Drunk Dracula was a riot. You can enjoy sinking shots while you watch Dracula sinks his teeth into his victim. The show is very interactive. The King and Queen (designated to whoever is the highest bidder) can dictate parts of the show's plot when they are given choices by the actors, as well as determines when the actors must drink shots. It's quite the power trip! I wouldn't be surprised if you'd want to wear a crown around your house afterwards. There are mini games throughout the show where audience members become contestants, and of course, losers DRINK! This is a high energy show complete with song and dance. It's a got all the elements to be a thespian's Midsummer Night's Dream come true! Dracula is known to suck, but the show does not; it is hysterical! The actor will occasionally break character, and also joke with audience amid their act and ad lib. You can Count on Drunk Dracula to give you good laugh and a good buzz.

EVERYONE in Arizona should experience this! Date night, birthday group, anniversary party, bachelor party, back to school teachers, college field trip- ALL OF THE ABOVE!! In my case- therapy bonding activity. It's so much fun. You do NOT need to be a drinker to enjoy this. I was sober and had a complete blast! Had me weak in my knees. Key note to those in the throne: RING YOUR BELL!! Angela was hilarious followed by the stars: Ryan, ksjusha and the handsome bald gentleman who we had intensity crisis with every time he had a new cosplay act. We thought there were more than 4 actors at one point. Sorry your name isn't on the website sir.... Unless another identity change ....perhaps with hair?? All of them were absolutely wonderful. We highly recommend to anyone who wants to have a fun night out!

Drunk Shakespeare is a great evening of entertainment. The abridged version of "Romeo and Juliet" as performed by a cast of five actors is full of pop culture references, bawdy humor, improvisation and the most famous scenes from the play. And one of the actors takes four shots of vodka before the show, which adds to the laughs. Some negative reviews have been left by people who were dismayed by the adult content, so please be advised: The are a lot of sex jokes in the performance, along with, well, I won't spoil things, but the show is not for prudes. It's definitely R-rated, so make your decision to attend or not accordingly. If I had one quibble, it's that the signature cocktails are quite expensive for how not-strong they are. If I were to go back, I'd get something in a can. Also note that seating is bleacher-style and the back row is the only seating option with any back support, in case that's an issue for you. Overall, Drunk Shakespeare was a blast, and I would go again.

Turn up your volume when listening to these videos so you can get a sneak peak of all your in for My boyfriend surprised me with a date night to Drunk Shakespeare I had no idea I was in for such a special treat Even if you aren't a Shakespeare fan you're still gonna love this The venue is small and intimate which allows you to really participate and get into the plot Add in the fact that they love audience participation and pull members from the crowd to help bring scenes to life I've never laughed so hard Seriously my cheeks were hurting after the show And you know how most places like this have great entertainment but crappy cocktails I'm pleased to announce that the cocktails are strong The entertainment is top notch There's no way you won't enjoy yourself

Went to Drunk Christmas Carol. I was so hilarious. The actors did and amazing job and kept the story going strong. Don't know how they did it! Great improv. Must go see it!

After seeing both Drunk Dracula and Drunk Christmas Carol, I can confidently say every production guarantees laughter from start to finish. The energy is infectious--the staff and actors are having as much fun as you are.

This show was hilarious! We received complimentary drinks at the door. Additional drinks and snacks were available to order and served right at your seat. The show was very entertaining and pretty off-script. We really enjoyed the show and intimate setting. The seats, however, are very uncomfortable. I'd recommend brining a seat cushion with you.

The most recent was…read moreon a Thursday night around 10:30 p.m. This speakeasy is located on Mill Ave., the center of Tempe's party scene. Because of its location, parking isn't easy. If you're looking for free parking, you're going to have a long walk. Outside of that, you'll have to pay for parking in a garage or metered street parking. Ambiance (4/5): Hint hint. Idle Hands is located inside Devil's Hideaway. A true speakeasy shouldn't have signage outside indicating its location. Unfortunately, there's a sign for Idle Hands outside of Devil's Hideaway which takes away the sense of mystery and intrigue that a true speakeasy provides. Outside of this hiccup, it's a cool speakeasy. It's intimate, with 10 or so seats at the bar and about 10 seats in booths facing the bar. There's a projector screen behind the bar that had mystical motion graphics the first time I stopped by (thinking wizards) and Halloween motion graphics the second time (with it being a day before the holiday). There were some other Halloween decorations up. The only area of improvement? The music often doesn't match the vibe. A lot of the music they were playing on my last visit was Irish music that would be fitting for a pub. Service (4/5): I had the same bartender each time. He knows how to make a good drink and is pretty efficient. When you close out, he only gives you the merchant copy. Which is a pet peeve of mine. Let me get that customer copy too. But overall, a good experience. Especially at a college bar. Food (N/A): I've only had drinks both times. Idle Hands actually doesn't have food, but Devil's Hideaway does. And you're allowed to bring food from there into the speakeasy. Drinks (4.5/5): It's pretty surprising to see a speakeasy on a college campus. I was impressed with the creativity of the menu, both in terms of the ingredients used and the fusion of flavors. I've had a different cocktail each time, and they've all been great. My favorite was one served in a box filled with smoke. Talk about a cool presentation! The hallmarks of a solid speakeasy are elevated cocktails, nice ambiance (dimly lit), an intimate space, and mystery/intrigue. While the intrigue is lacking at Idle Hands, and the music can be improved, they hit it out of the park in the other areas. One of my favorite speakeasies I've been to in Phoenix (and surrounding areas). I am, after all, the self-appointed king of speakeasies. The king gives his stamp of approval.
