I called customer service to express concern about not being able to try the drums out before purchasing and the customer service rep, Eduardo, told me it's common practice for people to simply look up reviews online and most people don't try drums out first. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. Even called me crazy when I got irritated with him for talking over me so many times. I'm blown away by the experience in the worst way possible.
