After every practice, he sent thoughtful, detailed notes that were such a joy to read. He always highlighted our son's progress, spoke so positively about his potential, and made it clear that he truly cared about helping each student grow. Those updates meant so much to us as parents. The owner, Michael, is also wonderful to work with. He's incredibly hands-on, approachable, and genuinely invested in the success of both the students and the program. You can tell he pours his heart into creating a positive experience for every family. We also had the pleasure of interacting with Lex and Ally, and they were just as amazing--friendly, helpful, and always willing to answer questions or lend a hand. While I was in town visiting my son, he mentioned that there was a music store not far from us that he'd like to visit. I wasn't prepared for the size of this place-it's far more than just a "music store." He had a gleeful look of awe as he admired the selection of brass instruments and was able to play a few of them too. He'll be ready to make a purchase soon, so he wants to know for sure which one is just right. If you don't quite know what you're looking for, or need some elevated service, you might find someone, you might not.
