They looked forward to every class, and it was incredible to see their confidence and love of music grow. The instructors were fantastic, especially Noah, the keys instructor. He always highlighted our son's progress, spoke so positively about his potential, and made it clear that he truly cared about helping each student grow. Those updates meant so much to us as parents. The owner, Michael, is also wonderful to work with. He's incredibly hands-on, approachable, and genuinely invested in the success of both the students and the program. You can tell he pours his heart into creating a positive experience for every family. We also had the pleasure of interacting with Lex and Ally, and they were just as amazing--friendly, helpful, and always willing to answer questions or lend a hand. While I was in town visiting my son, he mentioned that there was a music store not far from us that he'd like to visit. If you don't quite know what you're looking for, or need some elevated service, you might find someone, you might not. It's a more laid-back approach to customer service-we had to seek someone out for help. But I suppose I prefer that over an in-your-face sales person trying to close a deal.
