This is amazing for what it is. It is in no way a big league water park. If you go in expecting raging waters or something fancy you will be sorely disappointed. But if you come expecting a wet and fun place for your early teen-preteen kids... then you got it. It is small enough that I can feel comfortable my kid is not going to get lost and he can experience some freedom and have fun on his own. He has a blast every time we come weather it's a few days a week or once every other week. I wish there are a few more experienced workers around but as this is the start of a new season, I can't even expect that. To;dr It's wet, it's cold, kids love it, be happy, see you there. read more

I hate having to leave a bad review for what is supposed to be such a fun place, however our experience was horrible and needs to be heard. I took my 3 year old here 2 summers ago and had a decent experience. Since it's the closest water park to us in Fallbrook we decided this summer we would go ahead and get the whole family a season pass and use the park and swimming pools as much as we could. How disappointing it was. 1. FILTHY RESTROOMS! We showed up when they first opened and went to use the bathroom over by the lap pool before hopping into the play area - it was FILTHY - which means nobody cleaned the bathrooms after closing or before opening. Hairs clogging the drains, toilet paper and seat covers all over the floor, no toilet paper on the rolls, hairs in the sinks and half the toilets had something in them - GROSS! 2. CLUELESS STAFF! They post a special sign for season pass holders to gain entrance so we formed a line in front of the building. As the other line continued to move along, our line was not. A lady went into the ticket booth but never announced that she was open! She just sat and waiting for us to come up assuming we knew she was ready! 3. NOT ENOUGH UMBRELLAS! Wonder why your customers show up so early before you open? SO THEY CAN GET LUCKY AND GET SHADE AROUND THE POOL WHEN IT IS OVER 100 DEGREES OUTSIDE! Using Dippin' Dots cart umbrellas instead of buying new real shade umbrellas would be nice. Not everyone can afford to rent a cabana for $200. Fork out some money and invest in some nice umbrellas! Every single set of chairs should have the option to open or close their umbrella. SO SAD! 4. We were told the lap pool does not offer kick-boards AND they DO NOT allow you to bring your own (this is so safe you can use them even at 24 hour fitness) SO WHY? I was hoping to teach my boy how to swim during the summer. Won't happen HERE! 5. MUSIC SO LOUD YOU CAN NOT TALK! 6. NOT ENOUGH LAZY RIVER TUBES Waiting and waiting in line for an open tube in the lazy river? Yep. They are too cheap to buy tubes for the customers. 7. STAFF UNTRAINED and WHISTLE HAPPY They hire high schoolers and give them some a whistle and so they think they have so much authority. We were yelled at by 3 different lifeguards in the lazy river and told 3 different things: My 3.5 year old was not supposed to sit on my lap on the tube. Then he was not supposed to sit on the edge of the tube facing me. Then he was not supposed to site on the edge of the tube and face away from me. We got so fed up, we just got out. I am an adult and should be able to do what feels the most comfortable for our safety. 8. POOL RULES We were playing in the pool with my 3.5 year old (who can't swim yet and was wearing swimmies) and again were scolded for him standing on the stairs. They said he has to be swimming or standing on the bottom of the pool. The lifeguard who stood there before him had no problems with him standing on the steps to gain courage. 9. Lastly we were scolded for bringing a bucket and shovel for my son to play in the water with at the kids zone. 10. GROSS FOOD Cheese pizza? Fries? Chicken nuggets? Nachos? Burgers? Hotdogs?The only thing that resembled healthy food was the salad which was covered in cheese and black beans. Not good. In closing, I understand some rules are important for safety, but this was simply ridiculous. You'll have so much more fun at Pechanga resort and casino, or drive to the Vista water park.... Booked a Girl Scout party event and the staff refused to come out to talk to us. Party was scheduled from 5-8pm. Line of girls waiting to get inside and maintenance says there is no other staff here today and no event scheduled. Deposit paid. Check cashed 5/20 prior to event date of 6/4. At 5:20 lifeguards start showing up saying they were called in for an emergency. Still no staff to come out to speak to gs event representative and girl left sad thinking the event was not going to happen. Finally gates open and manager still refusing to talk to us throughout whole event. Do NOT book for a party for this venue!! Horrible customer service!! Such a shame! read more

This is by far the dirtiest I have ever seen this waterpark. I took my family here last Tuesday. It has seriously declined since reopening. I can understand staffing issues but damn it's gross right now. Not like "hmm... I wonder if they cleaned this area?"... but more like "how much of everyone's DNA is seeping into my body" gross. The good stuff is that the staff is nice and is very affordable for a family. Prices of food and drinks are not too bad as well. Specifically the watersides and stairs leading up to them are covered in bird shit. There is a huge like albatross nest or something in the upper middle and caked in bird shit all over the slides. Not exaggerating one bit, you may feel like hurling from the smell as you ascend. The lazy River is full of everyone's hair,bandaids, bees, and smells like BO. There is a pool that is 4 feet deep just to the right of the kids playground area that you literally cannot see the bottom it's so cloudy and murky. The Olympic pool is not too bad as far as cleanliness in general. I do believe this can be fixed, but your going to need to put in the work and either have a night crew come in and pressure wash everything and have people throughout the day cleaning. You execs sitting on your bums in the office are going to need to roll your sleeves up and get to work and pick up the slack until you can get staffed since all the lazy ones are still sitting at home suckling Uncle Sams teat. Start by walking the park without tunnel vision as a customer would, put your bathing suit on and use all your attractions. Now is not the time to get sloppy and live up to the bad name Perris has, but to realize you are going to have more and more customers coming in since Covid. Is this the impression you want to give them? I want you to succeed, and I want to take my family back, but if it's like that again when I go I'll drive further and pay more to go somewhere else. We visited July 3rd....after being charged full price for a family of 5, we find out the water slides aren't working. None of them. Since we came for a birthday party, we spent the majority of the time at their cabana, the splash pad and the lazy river - which come to find out was DISGUSTING!!!! Of course the kids didn't realize until it was too late!! Never mind the terrible service - even though we would have settled for just clean swimming pool water! You literally couldn't even see the bottom and it had trash floating around in it. Now, my little has her first ear infection from that nasty water!!! Clearly whatever issue was going on with the slides not working also effected the filters to the lazy river and who knows what else. All I know for sure is - I am absolutely never returning, and I should have called the health department that day!! read more

Had a terrible experience today. Stood in line for an hour to get in. All the slides were broken. Messed around trying to get a locker for a good 15 minutes before anyone told us to go to the reservation area. My grand daughter stood in line for 45 minutes to ride the FloRider only to be told she couldn't ride because we didn't sign a waver. Maybe someone should tell you that when you come in. So we paid $62 to float in a river and jump in a swimming pool. Only good thing was I didn't buy a season pass. Dodged a bullet there! read more

Really wanted to love it because it's the local water park but boy does it disappoint. How are there very few maybe 9 umbrellas for the families who do not make the $70 cabana offer on top of the $20 daily fee. So for our family $100 and no shade. Pretty awful teen lifeguards who yell at the kids all day long. I say just drive the 45 mins to Oceanside beach. It's free weather is amazing and you can enjoy your snacks without a $20 fee on top of it all. Way to let us down read more

Little hidden gem! I've lived here almost 2 years and I never knew a water pro was 2 freeway exits away! My husband, my son and I went yesterday (8/13/17) and it was only $50 for the 3 of us. My son, who is 7 years old, was able to go on everything without needing our supervision. There are lifeguards everywhere! I really appreciated that because it let my husband and I have fun also without having to helicopter our son. The food prices weren't too outrageous. Everything was so clean. The ONLY thing I didn't like was they shut down all the water around 1:30 or so so the staff can take a 30 minute lunch. So we just left because there wasn't anything to do at that point.. but overall, I really enjoyed myself. It was an amazing way to end summer, and I know we'll be back. read more

It's a shame, it has nice facilities but its managed horribly. THE WAIT WILL BE SO LONG TO GET IN, we waited 30 minutes. So incompetent are they that half way through check in at the ticket booth the lady switches with another employee to do god know what else and after they've gotten my name, address, phone number, DL, mothers maiden name, will and testiment and birth dates of everyone in my family, I have to give them my information ALL OVER AGAIN with zero apologises The line itself was long and extremely slow moving and no wonder they clearly have no method for efficiency. Be warned, they have a sign that says they are subject to close early without notice. For lunch they will close down every pool, splash pad and wave simulator, etc instead of having a rotation to cover employees lunches like every other business in this country. Yes, that's right they will COMPLETELY CLOSE DOWN EVERYTHING and your forced to melt until they come back or you could buy their food and eat lunch yourself. Its dugusting by the way, they dont even bother to microwave it long enough so you'll be left with cold nachos or whatever other overpriced garbage they serve there. Rest assured they have a mile long list of things you cant do and they will strategically place a NAZI gaurd evey 10 feet disguised as a life gaurd to insure you and your family are NOT HAVING FUN. First time and last time visitors all on the same day! Thanks to "Presley", a young female allowed to be in charge of customer service when someone asks for a supervisor. We came for a Friday night swim session and stood in line outside the gates for roughly 30 minutes. That allowed plenty of time to take notice of all the signage outside of the park. There were at least two of these same signs front and center to customer viewing. It stated to rent a locker for your valuables, the cost is $1 and an additional $1 each time you access the locker. Mind you, the whole place is cash-only once inside (per sloppy hand written signs on snack bar windows, etc). We go up to the customer service to inquire about rental. I had a dollar bill in my hand. The girl says "no sorry, it's $5 to rent a lock now". I asked to speak with a supervisor because despite the signage, she stated they would not honor their $1 rental fee. Here showed up Presley. Good grief, good help must be in short supply. Big mistake for this place to have someone like her try to even begin address an issue where they are totally in the wrong. I can go on and on, but I'll just leave it at "we won't be back". read more

Love the park its very clean, my only issue here is the time is open till, I live in Perris and our bad weather is during June to Oct. and it would be cool if they opened at a later time like from 2-8pm its too sunny to spend too many hours under our sun with very little shade to stay under even if we are inside the water its too hot to be there from any time from noon to even 3 I feel that the best time would be from 3 to 8 during the week and weekends even longer till 10, specially mow that it doesn't get dark early it will be the perfect time for patents that work till like 5 also to be able to enjoy this place, that is so cozy and fun! read more

I give five stars based on my girls' enjoyment. Sure it is not huge like Raging Waters or unique like LEGOLAND's Water Park, but it is only $18 per person above the height of 42". We went on Sunday, Memorial Day weekend. It was free the day before and I heard packed. Sunday was reasonably crowded, but not bad. As mentioned in other reviews: no outside food or drink allowed, but not strictly enforced. I wish I had "smuggled" my water and M&M's, but they gave free ice water inside and had good food, so I was not heartbroken. We spent the whole day having fun. The food is amusement park priced (hotdog combo seemed to be the best value also adding chicken to the salad for $1 seemed to be a cheap addition). The food service is slow (they seem to still be figuring out a rhythm and it is hard to find honest money handlers). Burgers and dogs are flame-broiled on an outside grill and taste good. Girls loved the accordion fries. My girls are aged 7 & 12. The younger one did not want to go on the three large slides. The older, only a couple times. The lines were not bad. Lazy river had plenty of tubes when we were there. Lockers are only a quarter (25 cents) very cheap for security. Showers were with hot water. Very nice at the end of the day. My girls favored the lazy river, hot toddler pool, and playground pool. Bring lots of sunscreen. Enjoy! read more

Tried this place for a day and LOVED IT! So we got season passes and been coming back at least 3days a week! Last year we had soak city passes and this place I think is way better! It's almost the same as soak city with everything they have. Slides, lazy river, the pretend surfing (I don't know what it's called sorry) I love the pool for the toddlers! Doesn't get crowded. Lots of chairs and umbrellas everywhere! Very clean! Best thing for us is it's only 25min from our house in San Jacinto. Prices are reasonable. A lil on the high side if your only going for the day. Getting a season pass is more worth it and cheap! They go by height of the child not age. My kids love this place and I do too! I just wished they would stay open a lil bit more later during summer. Only Wednesday's they open 11-9pm. Rest of the days they closed at 6pm which I think is too early. read more

This is not a 1 star for the place I have never been there And for the most part don't think I want to go there... I called on Monday to make reservations for my family and some friends and I could not figure out there web site for the life of me! So I called and every option the phone gives you ends up talking to a voice mail... it took the full 48 hours to get to me so Wednesday I get a call and I try a Reserve a VIP Tent and we where getting to the point of payment and some how here line went dead so I called back right away thinking there would be somewhere there then waiting just thinking someone would call me back nothing I finally called again this morning and I finally got a call back to here sorry we are sold out! We had a great time! All the staff were really hard working & implemented proper rules across the board. They worked well with younger kids on the wave rider, they were patient and helpful. Most importantly they were actively watching kids. Sure it's a smaller water park as some reviews negatively remark, but with young kiddos sometimes smaller is better. I felt there was plenty to do with a group of 3 kids, two being 6 and one 2. They really had fun! The park was clean and the option to bring your own cooler was nice, although with a fee but I felt it was reasonable. At a bigger place you'd pay for parking perhaps so a fee to bring your own food instead of a parking fee is whatever in my opinion. It was a great way to cool off without a drive as we came from Menifee. I think for locals and neighboring cities this is a great day trip without longer travel. I'd definitely go again and now the kids would love to as well. I'd recommend it. read more

This is our 4th year (with passes) and we love the place. Staff has always been awesome, and while the wait to get in may take time.. we've never had to wait "30 minutes". Aside from the; unsupervised, rude, foul mouthed little kids (like 8-9 year olds).. never had a problem with teens or adults. To say this is the worst Water Park in existence is like saying Hitler was an awful person, they just truly speak for themselves. Let's start with the price, $18 per person to go in one lazy river with one kiddie play area and 2 slides off in the distance that you can't go on. I feel like the guy who created Water Parks would be rolling in his grave if he found out that all you need is one pool to call your establishment a water park. The food stand is a joke there's no menu outside of it so have fun playing the guessing game with what's on the menu. The plastic chairs are far worse than you get at Walmart and something I wouldn't even put on my front porch out of self worthiness. The cabanas are the most moronic and useless thing I've ever seen. No privacy, made out of a material more thin than bedsheets. No shade anywhere, no trees no decoration no theme going on at all. It's like your little brother trying to make a water park for the first time on Roller Coaster Tycoon. Fight for shade like a Neanderthal fighting to stay alive in the wilderness during a cold winter season. The 'tubes' are worse than what are made in China. Your underwear is probably sturdier than the material. Oh! And don't forget to get yelled at by these 'life guards' for holding onto another persons raft, even if you're trying to be romantic with your partner or helping your kid learn how to swim. Also enjoy spending $80 on the worst cabana you've ever seen, would almost rather rent a porta potty. Do you enjoy good music? Then enjoy not hearing a single second of any of your favorite songs on the mostly country radio with every song almost skipped entirely of its lyrics which is hilariously awful and I've never heard anything like it. Did you want an umbrella? Sorry those only go to the lazy staff. Grass around the area is dead and drier than the Sahara desert. I understand that this place isn't located in luxury city but did they really take the idea of 'needing no shade cause it's a water park and you should get some sun' too far. We literally just walked into this place and we're asked to leave the lazy river and refused to let us on one of the 2 water slides that are here for 'safety checks'. Because remember it's important to check for safety in a water park that has one pool and 2 slides. The check in service is garbage and the system is slow, so enjoy cooking in the sun like a piece of steak on the grill while you wait to pay IMAX theater prices for something that is worse than the most negatively review IMAX movie you wasted your money on. And enjoy getting forced into paying almost $100 for a cabana because if you don't you'll have fun walking around getting deep fried all day. In conclusion, I could make a cooler water park in my back yard with just a pool and a plastic slide. I could at least create a theme and an actual atmosphere that makes somewhat sense. I wouldn't even take my babies if I had any, or my pets here for play time. Someone could literally offer me everything on the house and I wouldn't walk through that door one more time if my life depended on it. If you're looking to get wet and have a fun time, you can honestly jump in a septic tank and have far more fun than this ridiculous excuse of a 'water park'. I'd rather run up and endless flight of stairs than be seen in this dump ever again. Avoid at all costs if you have even half a brain cell. Wish I could give a 0 star rating. The lifeguards and staff at this place are absolutely inept! I was floating in the lazy river with my niece for about 30 mins when a lifeguard came by and told me she could not have wing floaties on her arms. My niece is not a strong swimmer and since I was told I am not allowed to wait for an intertube I asked what else should I do? The life guard told me you need to get out now. Mind you I have already been floating with her for 30 mins prior. There was no consistency between lifeguard either. 7 of the 8 guards were okay with wing floaties because they saw that my niece was in no immediate danger. I will never return to this place again! Came here for the first time because I literally live down the street from it now and my daughter loved it ! She's 6 and she went on all the big slides and everything. She didn't wanna leave. We were only there for a few hours but it was plenty enough time. It wasn't crowded at all which was me nice ! The employees all seemed really nice. I saw they sell Cup of noodles there I thought that was funny but smart , It made me want some. If you want to take your own food it's a "$20 cooler fee" but your able to take waters in for free . This is our 3rd year doing swim and we always celebrate completing with a water park visit. This year it seems like they're trying to make up for covid by packing everyone in to a level that is unsafe. My daughter is younger so she can only go on one area, but they're allowing teens and even adults that are a lot older to run through and knock kids over. I couldn't properly supervise her and it wasn't safe. The lifeguards are young and not paying attention. It's a free for all, the park is too full. I was only there for a small amount of time and wanted my money back, since we weren't even able to play. I spoke with a blonde manager who came out immediately angry, rude, condescending, and accusatory. Finger pointing and telling me I can't have a refund because I came to a water park expecting to play with no children, which absolutely was NOT the caE (we are repeat customers) She's horrible, the next woman I spoke with was no better. There was a wonderful young man, he couldn't have been older than 13 checking bags at the front and he managed to be kinder and more adept at customer service than those women were combined. Please take a lesson from the youth you've hired. Don't go here, it's dirty, unsafe, overpriced and the women management are TRASH. read more

They charge you a $20 cooler fee if you bring in ANYTHING drink or food related and then employ the SLOWEST people at the food/drink counter. It seriously took this girl over 8 minutes to get 6 water bottles and 3 soft drinks. She had to type in my entire name etc from my debit card to run it. She wrote down every drink I needed...the full name for example "1 large diet coke, 1 large lemonade, 1 large sprite" and after all that I had to remind her about the last drink because telling her the 1st two drinks and writing them down as fast as a sloth at the DMV scrambled her brain too much. My point is, if you are going to make people stand out in the hot sun in line for ridiculous amounts of time, train them to work faster or quit charging 20 dollars so we can bring in our own hydration!!! read more
