Had my I phone 6 glass replaced only to discover the replacement glass was incompatible with my polarized sun glasses and I would be unable to view my screen when I wore these glasses. the next day after my repair was made I realized this huge problem And contacted the store to tell them about my dilemma. Outstanding service and ability to repair my sons water damaged iPhone 6s!!! Thank you Alan and your team for your work and water damage recovery process. You were able to save a Birthday gift my husband and I had just bought our 11 year old. I had taken this phone to another local repair shop who after having the phone for 2 weeks stated that it was irreparable and to basically trash it!! As a last ditch effort I called Drop Smash Fix to see if there was any hope at recovering the phone. wow... where to begin. We went in on Sat @ 5:20pm. The guy comes out from the back after waiting 7 min. I tell him I need the micro usb port changed. He yells to the back do u have time to do a usb port. The guy jose yells back no I don't have time. The guy Oscar says we can't help you. You will have to come back. Then he walks to the back says we can do a diagnostic. He prints me a receipt says he will call me in about an hour. Oscar calls leaves a voicemail we can't fix it. So we head back to the store. He tells me there are two pins broken on the motherboard. I say what? the usb port has nothing to do with the Motherboard. So we leave, we get in the car I go to turn on my phone and it will not turn on. I walk back in tell the guy Oscar, we have a big problem. My phone will not turn on. He says oh it didn't work when you dropped it off the screen was blank. I say know it was not broken it was working fine. He gets on the phone with Jose the tech who had already left. He says , Jose said it didn't work . I said yes it did. I say well you have to choices, you can get the owner on the phone and give me a loaner phone or you can pay me for my phone. He says to leave it. I say I want a receipt that states I am dropping it off. Oscar gives me the run around. I ask him to call the manager. In the meantime another customer walks in to pick up his iphone. Oscar tells him its fixed.... The customer says ok let me listen to it. After five minutes the guy says its not fixed it sounds the same. Oscar, states oh i replaced the wire it should be fine. Customer says nope. Finally Oscar says ok I won't charge you. So not only did they not disclose they broke my phone, the guy Oscar lied to my face and then tried to pull one over on the other customer lying to his face. Finally I get a call in the store from the manager Joel, I tell him what has happened. That they did not want to help me to begin with, then they broke my phone and didn't tell me. I pulled up my cell bill and it has all my calls and messages from yesterday time stamped and working up to 8 min before we walked in. They claim on their site that they are level 3 master certified... Yet when I asked where their certs were no one had one?!? So my recommendation to all they are not certified or authorized repair for any of the major brands. Take you phone or iPad there and be prepared to receive it back broken or unfixed. The owner Joel seems like a nice enough guy, but, is unaware of the lack of professionalism that his staff shows, as well as their inability to do their jobs. So today Sunday they are supposed to call me with an update, in the mean time I have had no phone, because they don't have loaner phones. It is now Sunday at 1:15, I have left three messages for the owner, no response. I am now headed to the store....Really horrible service. I knew I should not have given them my phone. They seemed shady, incompetent and I should have went with my gut. Don't believe the good reviews horrible horrible service. read more

Walked in at 5:30 pm was greeted, and attended by this really nice young man. He was extremely patient, positive and helpful. Considering i was so upset! It took 1 hour for my shattered iPhone 6s Plus screen to be replaced. The price is worth the time wait. It looks like a new phone. I wish I had a before and after picture. I hope the owner thanks his employees and maybe gives you guys a nice holiday gift. After all you are the face of their business and it wouldn't last with all the competition out there. Thanks guys. I had the worst experience here. I called first and asked if they had the screen for my phone in stock. They said that they did. I asked how long it would take to fix and they said a day. I dropped off my phone and came back to pick it up the next day. They then informed me that they didn't have the part in the first place (lied to me) and that they would have it done by 3 the next day. I came back and it still wasn't done. The next day, same story. THEN when I came back the kid behind the counter had the audacity to get my face and say "what?! What?! Your phone's not done!" 4 days later I got my phone back but the camera is now broken. There are screw driver marks all over the lens. If I could give negative stars I would. I was lied to 3 times, yelled at, and now my camera is broken. That kid behind the counter needs a serious attitude anustment. read more
