Came in for dinner to try them out and so glad we did. I'm still thinking about the drizzle burger. Enjoyed everything we ate. Was a bit pricey but you get what you pay for and I would gladly pay for it again. The house chips the burgers come with are so good so if you're thinking of doing fries instead don't. Nothing like a fresh beer and burgers after exploring Shasta.

Delicious! They don't have gluten free wraps, but they were happy to make the mountain climber in a bowl. Overall, the flavors were well balanced, maybe a little heavy on the sauce, but it made for a great breakfast. I recommend half ranch, half chipotle sauce! Prices are very reasonable and the wait for food wasn't too bad as it was a weekday. They offer a good variety of beverages. Eat here!

Hot Mess Fries

Hot Mess Fries! Wow! Soooo good. Ate outside on the patio on a glorious sunny day. Perfect

Based on reviews, I picked here for lunch and was not disappointed! Tons of outdoor seats with a view of Mount Shasta! My sandwich was great! Had a bit of a kick to it ~ which was a bit spicy to my liking, but I enjoyed it nonetheless. The bread was also delish too!

Drizzle is one of those places you never forget and will always stop by when you visit Mt Shasta. The food is all made fresh, and it's made with lots of love. It's an amazing spot in the downtown area, it's all Outdoor seating , open space, artistic flair all around you. Amazing promotion work done on every post. Honestly yall did a wonderful job creating a vibe. There is no indoor seating so if it's cold dress warm. Service was fantastic, the team working was amazing with taking our orders, suggestions, small talk etc. you can tell they have a rhythm. The burritos were amazing both too big , not too small but wow they were packed with flavor. The early bird was light , delicious and the sauce was perfect. I got the mountain climber and I love pastrami so I was really stoked. The pastrami was tender, not over salty, had amazing flavor and they crisped the edges which made it that much more amazing. Usually pastrami feels heavy after and that was not the case. I ended up getting one of their peanut butter cookies and had it with my Mexican Mocha ... I have to tip my hat to you because there is a place called better buzz and they have a mocha de Mexico and your Mexican mocha rivals theirs .. my wife got the Peanut butter latte and you could just not go wrong with your choices here. Drizzle I will be a stop every time we venture out this way, some places use sauces to overtake their food but Drizzle does not . Their sauce and fresh ingredients complement one another. You could take out just the pastrami or hash browns and have them on their own and they are seasoned well. Me and my wife love to cook and one day would love to open up a little spot that has this kind of flair in their food. Cheers Drizzle... and to everyone who stops here or is passing by ... don't question it just give them a try. Let me know when yall get 2x shirts in I'll use that as an excuse to come back haha.

My all time favorite from this place is their peanut butter latte, amazing!!!! Their wrap isn't the best, and I wish it would I've came with salsa but I had to go back the second day to get their latte because it was that delicious!!!

Don't Go Bacon My Heart burger

Eye-catching is the first word to describe this food joint! Despite a bustling courtyard, we found a nice street-side high table to sit at. We also started salivating at the sight of the photographed food art posters gracing the light posts. We ordered the Don't Go Bacon My Heart burger with fries. But this was a difficult decision with other cleverly-named items such as The OG burger or The Smokeshow. The shoestring fries were made from real potatoes- perfectly fried & seasoned! Our burger was made with the freshest ingredients- from the red onion slices and tomato, to the lettuce. The patty was perfectly grilled, doused with homemade ranch dressing & sprinkled with delicious bacon bits! The order call names were also very entertaining in to hear while we waited for our food: Macho Man, Skinny Jeans, & Adorable. We will return & you should make a debut!

Fresh AF

Fans of Yak Shak, fear not! Drizzle is merely a rebrand of the beloved burger and coffee shop in Mt Shasta. This place serves some of the best burgers I've ever had. My go to is the Fresh AF, which features a lovely jalapeño aolli and plenty of cilantro with crispy onions and a hint of brown sugar. I recommend upgrading to their fries. I almost always get a bowl of soul or chai as a drink to go. The view of Mt Shasta are incredible and there is plenty of outdoor seating. The staff are friendly. Don't pass this place by when driving along The 5!

Quick stop here with great service - thanks for the wonderful welcoming experience, Ryan. (: Latte was solid, food came out quick. Breakfast cookie is unique - pretty sure it'll help me reach my fiber quota for the day, lol.

What's Shakin' Bacon

We just tried the What's Shakin' Bacon breakfast burrito and are waiting for the lunch menu to open so we can try the burgers. Leaving this review a bit early (will update later) to get a free cookie LOL The breakfast burrito was delicious! My partner and I don't like cheese so we ordered it without, which I think messed with the balance of flavors a bit (made it too salty/saucy), but I think this would be perfect for people who like cheese! We still loved it too, and I really like that they use hash browns instead of rice cus the crunch/crust of the hash browns add some great texture and flavor. Sauce was really good too, and the tortilla was super delicious, I really like how they seared it. So far so good!

Huge cookies the size of two fists! Great ambiance friendly staff. Highly recommend the "local" breakfast burrito. Super filling we split between 2 people well worth the price. It's our first time to Shasta and this was our first food stop on our road trip. Worth it! Also check the bathroom, you WONT be disappointed

This is definitely the spot to go to for an enjoyable outdoor lunch in Mount Shasta. They have a nice patio with lots of covered areas to sit that our dog friendly. The music is good and the vibe is relaxed. They have a really unique menu with lots of delicious options and the presentation on the food is pretty good. We tried the Double Trouble and the Hot Mess Fries. My husband liked the Double trouble better than I did because I'm not really a fan of spring mix on hamburgers, but it was pretty much on everything on the menu but I enjoyed the hot mess Fries. The fries were a bit limp themselves, but the smoky taste of the chicken and the savory cheese really made them. I think their homemade chips were my favorite though. We'll be back to try more of their interesting flavor combinations soon.

Went to a burger joint with some of the top burgers in the country and we ordered bowls and salads. That was our fail but the food wasn't! The food was great...as were the smoothies and the milkshakes!

Boom boom breakfast burrito with chipotle.

We got their Brownie a la mode, let me tell ya.... it was GIGANTIC! And very yummy for $6 bucks, worth it! Love the fact that this is their very first BBD, a corky fun stop for us ;) Downside, the bathroom was not the best, kinda dingy, but I guess is the standard for a diner bathroom. All in all this will definitely continue to be a stop on our Mt Shasta excursions & drive bys! Is in a pretty good location, right off the freeway.

It was a 10 minute drive from the campsite and when we arrived, it was packed! We had a group of 14 so our wait was over 40 minutes but we had a few people in our bunch that love this diner and wanted to eat at the flagship location. Considering it was Sunday, it was lunchtime, and everyone was probably leaving to drive back to reality, the wait didn't seem too bad. The service was quick and the portions were really good. The country fried steak was yummy- I like how the breading was really crispy and flavorful but the inside was still nice and soft. The potatoes were a little too soft but the flavor was there. Our server was very attentive and we didn't wait long for anything we requested. Definitely a good spot to go to if you're passing by the area!

We chose a booth inside and the music was very pleasant, not too loud, which we appreciated. Our server, Anna, was very upbeat and approved of our menu choices. Don had the GOAT burger. It was similar to what we get at Eureka in Southern California. But actually, it was even better than theirs. Very moist and delicious with the excellent flavor profile. We asked for the fries extra crispy, which did not happen, but they were still pretty good fries. I had the best seared Ahi salad I've ever tasted! I had it with balsamic dressing because I don't like spicy. If we were staying another night in Mt. Shasta, I would come here again, just to get that salad. So delicious!
