The coffee was great as well - not over-roasted, just the way good coffee should be. There's also a wide selection of teas if you're not a coffee drinker. The staff was welcoming and very friendly. I highly recommend stopping by if you appreciate healthy food and happen to be passing through or staying in Mount Shasta. Pretty dense, not spicy at all, kind of an odd texture for a bagel. Didn't taste bad, good amount of cream cheese. Overall, if I were staying within walking distance, I'd probably return for a coffee but might go elsewhere for a morning food start.
